Chief justice must act to to stop brutal abuse of Police powers, I/G of Police should be held responsible if a citizen is brutalized or falsly held in a police station under his jurisdiction. If a citizen was found locked up illegaly in a Police station without any charges then the Police officials should be charged with kidnaping. We have to tell these Police officials that they are not above the law like any other citizen in Pakistan.
