I am sure few of them ‘d definitely be reading pkp blogs. Its a very good feedback. I know Dr. Shahid Masood mentioned pkp couple of times in his columns. Also Haroon Rashid’s son had few posts here when his father was in the middle of some controversy. Other than that I am not aware who else read these blogs from our electronic and print media.

@fazle rabbi: I wouldn’t put MMA in line with those parties. Why?

Because there are 6 different religious parties envolved. Only one of them has shown signs of bad deeds i.e., JUI-F, that is because of their leader’s actions of the past and present.

Rest of MMA has never been bad to the nation. In-fact MMA is a “tehreek” in which religious parties try to bring together ALL factions for betterment of people Pakistan. I can’t dismiss that as something negligible.

Yes, granted they are humans. They do make mistakes. Doesn’t everyone do that? … Make mistakes?

Making mistakes doesn’t hurt us unless it is intentional. I don’t see any such attempt from member political parties of MMA

JUI-F is the only political party that can be slapped as having people who are criminals. None of the others can.

I believe, if an impartial, fast, across the board justice system is established in Pakistan, the people having grievances against JUI-F can also get their dues

Some information I found about Aafia Sidiqqui

… Dr. Afia Siddiqui, who studied at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology, US, for about 10 years and did her PhD in genetics, returned to Pakistan in 2002. Having failed to get a suitable job, she again visited the US on a valid visa in February 2003 to search for a job and to submit an application to the US immigration authorities. She moved there freely and came back to Karachi by the end of February 2003 after renting a post office box in her name in Maryland for the receipt of her mail. It has been claimed by the FBI (Newsweek International, June 23, 2003, issue) that the box was hired for one Mr Majid Khan, an alleged member of Al Qaeda residing in Baltimore…..

….In April or May 2002, the FBI questions Siddiqui and Khan for the first time and asks them about their purchases. [Boston Globe, 9/22/2006] But the two don’t seem dangerous, as Siddiqui is a neuroscientist who received a PhD and studied at MIT, while Khan is a medical doctor. Plus they have two young children and Siddiqui is pregnant. There are no reports of US intelligence tracking them or watch listing them. Their whole family moves to Pakistan on June 26, 2002, but then Siddiqui and Khan get divorced soon thereafter. Siddiqui comes back to the US briefly by herself from December 25, 2002, to January 2, 2003. On March 1, 2003, Pakistan announces that 9/11 mastermind Khalid Sheikh Mohammed (KSM) has been captured (see March 1, 2003). Some days later, Siddiqui drives away from a family house in Pakistan and disappears. Some later media reports will claim that she is soon arrested by Pakistani agents but other reports will deny it. Reportedly, KSM quickly confesses and mentions her name as an al-Qaeda sleeper agent, working as a “fixer” for other operatives coming to the US. On March 18, the FBI puts out a worldwide alert for Siddiqui and her ex-husband Khan, but Khan has completely disappeared as well….

You say Begunah Afia. Other party say Afia commited crime against USA.

What I do not understand is that what Afia did that angered USA. Can someone also throw light on the story (the story USA believes in, even if it is wrong) that led to arrest of Afia,
or it is prohibited to state that story.
