yes but he is clean never heard about him in any corruption or deal. but he is person of lobbyist listen too much to IMF and world bank because he belongs to same school of thought. Not even close to Mahboobul Haque. He was very patriot and used to devise budget in such a way that rich could be trapped and poor get some benefits. In Sartaj Aziz case , it was other way around his philosopy is free market kind of discussion…………….
