They are from the families of Mir Jafir and Mir Sadiq’s. And people of NWFP sick and tired of ANP’s lying like their ally PPP in whole Pakistan has no credibility at all.

1. The Pakistani Constitution is wrong
The Constitution does not setup the government properly
The Constitution does not protect the rights of Pakistanis
There is no clear line between the legislative and executive branches of the government
Chief Executive of the country should be elected directly from the people of Pakistan (MNA-status unacceptable)
The chief Executive of the province should directly be elected by the people of that province (MPA-status unacceptable)

Chief executive of the country should not appoint the judiciary or military generals. He/she can make his/her recommendation only. Senate and National Assembly should vote on new appointments in Judiciary and in armed forces.

The Senator should be public representative and can server for 4-years (three terms maximum)
The member of National Assembly should be public representative and can server for 3-years (four times maximum)
The Chief executive (Prime Minister/President) should server for 5 years.
The Chief executive of the country can no longer serve more than twice

All criminals (95% of the National Assembly, provisional Assemblies and Senator) must be sent to jail without bail.

Why 95% are criminals?

For the past 62-years these gangsters / terrorists made money. (The politicians, Generals, Bureaucrats, Judges and media people become rich but not common public)

2. The Constitution should fix the number of ministries and the ministers should not be the public representative of the National / province Assembly. The ministers should be the best in the respective field and directly report to the chief executive of the country/province.

Same is the case with province ministries.

If a public representative (MNA/MPA) want to serve a ministry, he/she has to resign from the legislative branch first.

The 3-pillar model of government should be implemented in Federal, Province, Division, District and Tehsil and union council’s levels.

Taxes: Taxes would be collected by Tehsil, District, Division, Province level. All the people should pay taxes. Province government should collect taxes for the federal.

All the tax return of the public office holders should be accessible to the public at any time.

We (the people) of Pakistan want to know the money spent on all elections and source of that money.

During the election, a bi-weekly (money collected / spent for the election report) should be accessible to the general public of those who are contesting the general election.
