Akram Sheikh seems to be ready to open murder investigations of Murtza Bhutto, Justice Nizam and his son and Afzal Baloch (murdered due to land dispute).
Seems to be tightnoose for Zardari.

Not only murders his corruption trail has again surfaced. Nm showed papers of New York proeprty, then Ansar Abbasi has mentioned 300 acres land grab in Islamabad. What is happening here?

  • niazmand said:

That Justice Nizam case and Afzal Baloch case are serious one.
    @Fasih Ahmed
you have mentioned this land grab issue. Same was case with Baloch who was former health secretary and get involved in a land dispute with the person under debate. Both charges are of very serious nature.

Since I read that you are defending Riaz Malik in SC, I do not respect you. You preach with Quranic Verses but I am sure you know you are defending a Culprit rather than an Accused.

Real problem of Pakistan is neither Poverty nor terrorism, they are just the symptoms. Real problem is the ethics of Pakistanis, specially the ones in power. Pakistanis call themselves Muslim, but they are definitely not true followers of Prophet (pbuh). Unless issues of injustice and corruption are faced heads-on, this country will continue to suffer.

First of all we have to admit that Zardari himself is best to destroy himself, he does not need push from establishment and others. I still feel he may survive if he decides to sacrifice very controversial and dubious characters like Rehman malik, Hussain Haqqani, Wajid Shasul Hassan, Javed Faruqi, Zulfiqar Mirza….they have nothing to do with PPP, they are just thugs.

Then he he can bring old PPP loyalists of BB and seek raproachment with other parties on constitutional amendments. This will easily ensure that everyone will feel onaboard and happy.

He chose a very bad path on Kerry Lugar Bill, which ensured his downfall. In an attempt to tame army, he also invited public reaction, 85 percent (Gallup) people opposed this bill and zardari and Shah Mehmood Qureshi (whose son is employee of Kerry Lugar) supported this law as historic success.

Seccondly, US was trying to trigger sectarian clashes lik ethey did in Iraq. Pak-Iran border clash, killing of Baloch leaders and trouble in Kurram was being supported by US/RAW, but he kept a mum on the subject.
    http://thenews.com.pk/updates.asp?id=90798

Same is the case with presence of FBI and CIA cells across Pakistan, which were initially allowed by Mush bastard, but zardari and rehman malik opened the gates for evryone and MI6 was free to do whatever they want to in Balochistan.

  • Awaam said:

Lastly he annoyed Saudi Arabia in the hope to get more money from friends of pakistan and faile dto get a single penny, everyone linked their support with IMF programme, refusing to trust him and declared him head of a corrupt government.
That was I think too much to handle.

You are absolutely right Zardari does not need any enemy he is pathetic ,self destructive. Greed has taken over his mind and sole i do not know how much money he needs. He is already richest man of Pakistan. He has thugs around him as think tank to loot more and more.

  • jiwaypakistan said:

Even we put aside the crimes Zardari committed in the past ,Pakistan is going through the worst times of its history worst than 1971 and see who we got in office.Man with evil instinct who can only do good to himself not to the country. He just do not have any vision what to do and how.

  • Wajahat said:

In Mir Murtaza Bhutto’s murder 2 FIRs were registered by the police on September 20, 1996 and September 29, 1996 after the murder, but Zardari was arrested on allegations made in FIR 443/96, the third FIR registered, that he conspired to murder Murtaza Bhutto.

Alam Baloch was a former federal secretary who was killed on September 18, 1997 in Hyderabad while Zardari was already in prison in Karachi and reportedly land dispute between the two led to supspicision on zardari.

In Justice Nizam’s murder official announcement on January 12, 1999 said that Asif Zardari had been implicated in the murder of Justice Nizam Ahmed who was gunned down in June 1996 along with his son. A former PPP candidate from Sialkot, Akhtar Javed Pirzada, who had also been arrested in this case, later became approver for the state. However, soon after dismissal of Nawaz Sharif government Pirzada changed his position.

Only God knows the real truth.

Gen Zia hanged Bhuttto and the whole nation paid a very heavy price. Whatever is the pretext, I do not support any attempt to hang another civilian.

I fully agree that Zardari is completely incomptent, does not deserve to be President of Pakistan, but do not repeat mistakes of the past.

If a General ruins this country, he is allowed to leave with guard of honour and in the case of civilians, we think otherwise.

I have given details of cases, because Advocate Akram Sheikh seems to be convinced that he should be tried for murder of Justice Nizam and Baloch. Facts are given above details can be checked from the courts.

There is no doubt that some body is behind this sudden campaign against Zardari but who is responsible for that he himself.I also believe that every body is digging his past to scare him and make him to leave the office once he quits there will be no more talks about his past.As a matter of fact we will see people advising us to move on think about our problems and forget Zardari just like there are people who tell to the nation that it is waste of time to bring Musharaf back and convict him for his crimes.

You are right every case against Zardari can not be true and at the same time he is not absolutely innocent. But one thing is for sure that he absolutely incompetent for the job of president of Pakistan.I hold every PPP MNA responsible to put this man in the office at the first place. What they had in their minds when they decided to make him the president of Pakistan. It means they care about Zardari more than Pakistan.

  • Wajahat said:

    Let me repeat here again:

If Pakistani institutions have the power, put General Pervez Musharraf and Asif Ali Zardari on trial in an open court, alongwith all those parliamentarians who have cases against them and generals who abetted in these crimes, then its even handed.

It will be accepted, otherwise there would be strong rejection.

Javed Hashmi said in the programme that there were three MPs who submitted certificates in the Courts about unstable state of mind and get themselves hospitalized. Those cases are still pending but they are MNAs now.

  • azadpakistan said:

Akram Sheikh was going little too far yes we all want Zardari to go and replace him with some sensible man we also like Zardari to face cases against him in the court to prove his innocence. We do not like Zardari but i will like to ask Akram Sheikh what about his beloved leader Mian Nawaz Sharif how different is he from Zardari ?until now he was hiding in Rai wind and now suddenly he is so vocal about Zardari ,NRO and other problems of Pakistan. He said he is not friendly opposition he just do not want to derail democracy and now what happened he is trying to derail democracy .Because now he is told to do so.

You are very right we do not make our independent decisions there is always a big power interest behind or a military general and always we see a huge wave of propaganda before some thing is about to happen or a change is about to come because of hidden agenda of few people. That is the reason we are in worst situation a country possibly could. We work for our enemy in the name of vast interest of Pakistan.Yes Zardari,Musharaf and every body who is responsible to compromise the interest of Pakistan harm our country should bring to the justice and punished not just politically motivated cases.

  • roshanpakistansara said:

It was very clear that Tariq Azeem is smelling another opportunity to be the part of the government in the result of a possible change in Pakistan. No matter how bad situation we are in these politicians never learn a lesson.Greed and personal interests take over the interest of Pakistan. His former boss the worst president in the history of Pakistan Pervez Musharaf who is solely responsible for the chaos in the country also need to bring to the justice and punished along with Tariq Azeem himself he was the man who vigorously defending the worst crime ever committed in this country by a head of state the LAL MASJID tragedy.

Zardari in office enjoys immunity as President, the dispute would definitely arise about his qualification as President due to the court judgement that has declared decisions taken by Dogar void abnitio, except for routine matters.

However, Zardari should some political acumen. Get rid of Rehman Malik, Faruqi and others who are tainted people and got their cases withdrawn due to NRO. That would remove pressure from him

Rehman Malik and Hussain Haqqani enjoy perhaps 100 percent public hate due to their double-role, represent Pakistan by watch US and British interests.

But to do this Zardari has to move quickly maybe during this week to save the system.

Yes the problem is ethics our leaders lie to our own people they beg to America to get government in their own country and western leaders claim they are most civilized people in the world fact of the matter is they are beasts in suits and ties.No body is responsible for the killing of innocent human being more than west and yet they are the champions of human rights.United State and Israel have set the worst examples of terrorism and they say they are fighting against terrorism.America and west is worried about Iranian nuclear program but has no problem with Israeli nuclear ambitions.

    – The foreigners affiliated with the notorious private military contractor Blackwater, whose security company Blackwater was later renamed as Xe Services LLC, arrived in Islamabad on Tuesday through a PIA flight, sources told TheNation.
“Of the 274 passengers, who boarded Pakistan’s national flag carrier-PIA, flight PK-786 from Heathrow Airport UK, 202 were foreigners but they were fluently speaking Urdu language,” disclosed the sources.
The officials on duty at Shaheed Benazir International Airport Islamabad said, “We had instructions to allow the foreigners entry without custom procedure.”
The sources said that the plane reached the Islamabad airport at 4:08am, and they had received the official instructions from the authorities not to inspect any of them and clear them immediately from the airport.

read this story of THE NATION and think about it every body suddenly talking about Zardari and the crimes he committed do we remember that just two days ago KLB and foreign terrorist agencies were the topic of hot debates. Is it a effort to divert our attention from terrorists working against Pakistan, are we being manipulated by exploiting hate in our minds against Zardari because of his crimes? Be careful above mentioned report about the arrival of 202 black water terrorists in Pakistan is very alarming keep your eyes open do not let our enemy take advantage of our non-sense with the help of our corrupt politicians.

And you think this would help?? Would it not be better if the media could just show the clear faces of these politicians and give the real picture to the nation!! After every bomb last we see these politicians condemning the attack for just a few seconds. Rather then accusing them the media is more concerned to show bloodbath to demoralize the nation to the worst.
