Mr. Sindhoo said in reference to UK, that parliment can make any law except some points, including, it is not against the national interest. Question is to this Sindhoo, that is NRO not against the national interest?? Do we have parlimentary system or presidental? We have “choon choon ka murabah”.
I don’t know since yesterday what has happened to Talat Hussain. He is definitely not coming with all cylinders firing. Even in his yesterday’s programme when ANP Ghulam A Bilour was backing up Zardari and speaking in favour of NRO, I noticed that Talat Hussain did not bowl a bouncer at him. And he allowed Ghulam A Bilour to coninue and say whatever he liked about NRO.
Surprisingly Talat Hussain never raised the issue of the construction of Kala Bagh Dam project with Ghulam Bilour and would have told him that so long as PPP does not press ahead for the construction of Kala Bagh Dam, then ANP will give full support to Zardari.
Again in today’s programme as @fsher has put it (above) that Talat Hussain should come up the issues of common person’s inrerest.
I may be wrong, either Talat Hussain has been harrased by Rehman Malik/Agencies or someone is trying to scare his wife or family members so that Talat Hussain should keep a low profile.
I am sure all readers must have noticed stress on Talat Hussain’s face. I think we should all send supporting personal e-mail messages to Talat Hussain. And if Talat Hussain you are reading these lines then I would say that only You-Talat, Imran Khan, Dr Shahid Masood and Javed Chaudhry are the only hope.
Real problem of Pakistan is neither Poverty nor terrorism, they are just the symptoms. Real problem is the ethics of Pakistanis, specially the ones in power. Pakistanis call themselves Muslim, but they are definitely not true followers of Prophet (pbuh). Unless issues of injustice and corruption are faced heads-on, this country will continue to suffer.
