Also if you’ll recall the polls of the members of this site – you’ll also recall that the most popular anchors are not always correct. Yes they might have reflected the views of the viewers but not the reality. The owners anchors have their own agenda and a very good example is Fox TV in the US and Times of London.
I would hope that the owners/administrators of this site will keep a hard copy record to donate to the national media archives so that one day they will be useful to sociologists and political historians.
Once again excellent analysis by Najam Sethi. I remember during the Lal Masjid operation a few of our anchors (i think it was hamid mir but I am not 100% sure) called one of the ghazi brothers, who was rightly killed, while the operation was going on. I could not believe it! I was both surprised and angry as to why our armed forces would allow such practice during an operation where many of our jawans embraced shahadat. I also remember all these anchors making false accusations after the lal masjid operation that multiple thousands of girls were killed and their bodies were secretly being buried in the dead of the night. How awful!
By the way sethi was referring to the question by Talat Hussain who asked hillary the the US is paying 700million dollars per year for the use of its base in one of the ex-soviet republics. He made a complete ass of himself.
