Pakistan needs a new constitution by the people of Pakistan.

It should setup three distinct branches of Government

2. Executive
3. Judiciary

1 & 2 should be elected from the people of Pakistan. No Member of Parliament can server in any ministry. Judiciary should be suggested by the judicial branch of the country and with the approval of parliament can serve.
