I am very surprised by the soft tone adopted by Kamran Khan (or the News Editor of Geo News) because in view of the recent Report of Transparency International, Pakistan has been down graded by 5 Points and this is only because of NRO.
How can we expect to be upgraded when we sign NRO and then say that corruption is Halal.
After singning the NRO, the whole media called her a very bright and a wicked politician.
I strongly feel that during the last election (of Feb ’09), although the public gave a verdict in favour of PPP, but the media (including the top anchors) were calling Benazir as BB Shaheed, calling ZA Bhutto the bigger Shaheed, and calling Zardari as the last Nishani of Benazir. Media played a somewhat dirty role, because the print and electronic media fear that they will be shut down by the establishment once again.
Again today when Barrister Akram Sheikh was making a very strong point about corruption, Kamran Khan very rudely interrupted and was told by Akram Sheikh to shut up. (mujhe jumla mukammal kar layne deejie).
The more softer tone used by the Media, the longer will be the tenure of Zardari Govt.

Exactly, the so called BB “shaheed” was the creator of this pathetic NRO. This media has double standards, I am sure today if zardari dies, the same media will make him hero and he will be called as “mard e hur”..
