Aitzaz made an important statement that SC order will entail a larger accountability process, whereby 30-35 top politicians/public ofice holders will face trial under SC supervision.
If that happens in a transparent manner and it continues and covers all public office holders, the nation would really feel satisfied.

Good programme but if court,s decision had come before the programme it would have been very interesting.Any way lot thoughtful opinion both by Aitzaz Ahsan and Saad rafiq.I must say one thing that Aitzaz Ahsan holds back his clear opinion. He always void any statement he could hold responsible for,As a lawyer it is acceptable but as politician it is not.

First step towards justice has been taken, now no Dakoo politician or military general should go home unpunished.

Mian Nawaz Sharif once again before something very important about to happen left the country pretending his wife,s treatment. We all criticize Zardari for his crimes we should not forget Nawaz Sharif and his intentions.Once he comes back to Pakistan he should be asked this question of leaving Pakistan at very important gestures.

All the beneficiaries of MQM through NRO have one thing in common, they all have murder charges against them including Dr Ishrat-ul-Abad.How it is possible that all the murder cases were politically motivated.Lot of my friends from Karachi told me that these charges are true and majority of MQM members is involved in criminal activities and the are witness.Decision of the court is the beginning of justice process not the end.

There were some incidents of firing and unrest in interior of Sindh. It is obvious that it is not the common Sindhi but people with political intentions. One thing is very clear that PPP will do its best to use Sindh card though unsuccessfully and create chaos in the country to save Zardari,s butts.

Very good decision all the accusers should bring to the justice and punished accordingly.I will like to make a point here that NRO protected people who were involved in corruption a while ago.Court and NAB should also take appropriate action against Choudhry Brothers who not only invented the name of NRO but also broke all the records of corruption.Above of all to be on the side of a worst dictator of our history.

Supreme Court detailed order should also put in place a system of accountability, a transparent mechanism, which is consistent with law and beyond abuse. If the court outlines basic set of principles that would be a real service for Pakistan.

SC order is okay, but real test would be how such cases are subjected to trial in NAB or any other court. Justice should be done. If someone committed a crime, he must get a punishment and vice versa. It should remain transpranet where dirty people like former attorney general have no room to muddy the water.

tell aitzaz, if this is a historical and a good decision then offer your services for its implementation in letter and spirit and do be with the robberes and victims at the same time

Thats very right this man is very smart he thinks hundred times before uttering a word. There is one thing very obvious about him that he knows a lot but he is not ready to come with clear statement. He wants to keep his party and judiciary happy simultaneously.
Another thing is this that i believe after his visit to America he is trying to keep distance from rest of the PPP.May be he is going to get important roll in the government in the near future.

Thats exactly right motive should not be just to punish some corrupt people but also the steps of prevention so no body could take our rights and wealth away and if some does should be punished.

PPP MNA,s from Sindh have threatened that if the court decision comes against Sindhi president the consequences will be very serious.First of all our supreme court should not only surrender to this blackmailing.Secondly supreme court should take serious notice of this statement and charge these people for contempt of court.
My final point is that the dirty game of PPP is on to protect Zardari.
