Every other PPP member used to come on TV and give his verdict against something that was in court. And not only that, you guys used to stand outside the Supreme Court to support one party during hearings of the case.

You could not present a single solid logic on where the Supreme Court has stepped above from their Constitutional Limit, the same Constitution that the Parliament has made. Again you have been giving your BS logics without giving any legal or constitutional reference.
Now if there are clauses in constitution that you think that the judiciary is excessively using, the only one to be blamed is parliament, because they have the lawmakers and have powers to fix the constitution as per their wishes. Zafar Ali Shah rightly said that SC gave so much time to parliament to fix all the ordinances, what did parliament do?

This also included Chief Justice Saeed-uz-Zaman Siddiqui who was put under house arrest and prevented from going to court by a junior armed officer. Why didn’t you think of going to constitutional avenue at that time for protest? Are you sure it did not have to do anything with the Musharraf’s “Enlightened Moderation” agenda that is generally loved by NGO women like yourself?
3- You blamed the Supreme Court for so many things that they even have NOT done yet, but MAY do in the future based on your personal “ilhaaams” that you are getting fed from your divine sources. So far this is the first time in history of Pakistan that SC have got up their own feet and there could be no examples from the past mistakes that you or anyone in Pakistan could refer where judiciary damaged the system by doing constitutional actions for the betterment of people of Pakistan. How can you come on national media and blame an institution based on your prejudice when no such examples exist in the history?
4- You said that Supreme Court MAY even look into the pretext of ordinances issued by the President? How can a person can be so shameless and biased against the judiciary? Can’t you see what the parliament has been doing for 2 years? Kiya Parliament siraf amb choopnay laye bethi hay? Can’t the F you see that any ordinance is a SLAP on face of parliament? Why can’t laws discussed in parliaments and approved by the parliament? Why the parliament could not pass tens of ordinances of Musharraf since 2007 and had to renew them using more ordinances? Does this means we could have any laws being made by a single person and continued indefinitely by renewing indefinitely? You sometime like giving examples where it suit you. Let me give you one example that Zardari issued an ordinance of “Gashti Adalatain” or mobile courts to crush the judicial movement, which was revoked since it was found to be illegal since the parliament was already under session. The simple reason for that attempted black law was that the parliament would have never approved that law.
5- You accused the Supreme Court again and again about why all 17 judge gave unanimous decision? Do you think this was a cricket match where only one team made all the score and therefore there must be a “baimaan empire” or that team must have done “ball tampering”? You did not have any issue when entire parliament unanimously decided to elect Gilani as PM, but you have problem with SC who gave a fearless decision for the first time, and that decision would have been same if it was any civilized country of the world.
If 563 members of national and provincial assemblies can give unanimous decision in the favor of Zardari to elect him as President then how the hell in the world only 17 judges can not be unanimous? Bull…. asma is idiot

The only reason PPP won the election of Feb 2007 was , that the media and all the top anchors were calling Benazir a Shaheed.
Despite the fact that Zardari ( and Benazir) killed Murtaza Bhutto, a very large number of fools on Saturday in Faisalabd and again a very large numer of fools in Lahore yesterday came out in support of PPP under Raja Riaz.
I have always said that Pakistani Awam is stupid, jahil and junglee, because they always vote in favour of Bhutto family. We need anothe Gen Zia to sort out this Zardari.
