General Durani was so critical of politicians and their lack of will to do some thing but when he was asked about military roll and message normally military give he was trying to dodge the question.There was no clear answer and he had good excuses . One thing is very clear that military is also responsible for the chaos in the country or may be only military is responsible.It is true that Zardari and co is not able to resolve the problems but who is responsible for these problems and to make stupid decisions,obviously Musharaf and military.General Kiani is one of those people equally responsible to let the Americans take over this country.If he has taken few good steps now he is trying to rectify his own mistakes.

Gen Durani comments that when ever military try to give some advice to government it is seen as conspiracy may be true but political leader ship has reason to be ambiguous.Three coup,s are enough evidence that normally when military come up with some sort of suggestion there is also wrong intentions behind.I do not like Zardari at all but where was military when Musharaf was selling the interest of this country to Americans why military did not come up with some suggestion or piece of advice.

CCPO Karachi said that police has reached the people responsible for Karachi carnage.I wonder that we will ever learn the truth,what if MQM or America are responsible like some people are talking in that direction.Will our government openly tell to the people of Pakistan the truth or going make a story to cover up.

Our politicians normally stress on one thing that they are democratically elected,yes they are but do they know the democratic principals after they get elected i doubt that?
The roll of parliament is almost nothing in such crucial and dangerous times in our history.
National issues are discussed between handful of people with out consulting the parliament and parliament has no problem with that practice.It is not the real form of democracy like Gen;Durani said.

I personally feel that if the existing Defence Committee of the Cabinet is strengthened, headed by PM, including leader of the opposition in National Assembly and Senate, Defence Minister, Foreign Minister, where they can invite services chiefs, could help provide an oversight over the day to day military operations and domestic security mechanism.
Gillani should think on these lines to set up a war cabinet ot strengthen Defence Committee.
Even there is a National Security Committee of Raza Rabbani and Ishaq Dar. This could be elevated with more powers.
If there is a will there is a way.

What kind of parliament we have it is supreme court taking notice of every thing including price hike and government is non existing.Power outage is a common practice for hours.
Government can not take credit for one good job they have done in two years.
