جسٹس افتخار چوہدری نے صدر پاکستان کو سفارش کی ہے کہ :
١ – خلیل رمدے جو سپریم کورٹ سے ریٹائر ہو چکے ہیں ، انہیں سپریم کورٹ کا ایڈہاک مقرر کیا جائے ۔
٢- خواجہ شریف کو لاہور ہائی کورٹ میں چیف جسٹس کے طور پر رہنے دیا جائے ۔
٣ – جسٹس ثاقب نثار کوجو خواجہ شریف سے جونیئرہیں، سپریم کورٹ کا جج مقرر کر دیا جائے ۔
یہ تینوں سفارشات آئین کے منافی ہیں ،کیونکہ آئین کے مطابق :
= کسی عدالت میں ایڈہاک جج صرف اس وقت تعینات کیا جا سکتا ہے جب ریگولر جج کی کوئی اسامی خالی ہو لیکن اس وقت سپریم کورٹ میں کئی اسامیاں خالی پڑی ہیں ۔ اس لیئے جسٹس خلیل رمدے کو ایڈہاک جج مقرر نہیں کیا جا سکتا ۔
سپریم کورٹ کی خالی اسامی کو پر کرنے کے لیئے ہائی کورٹ کے سینیئر موسٹ چیف جسٹس کو سپریم کورٹ کا جج بنا دیا جاتا ہے ۔ اس ضابطے کے مطابق خواجہ شریف صاحب کو سپریم کورٹ میں جانا چاہیئے ۔
= جب ہائی کورٹ کا چیف جسٹس سپریم کورٹ میں چلا جاتا ہے تو پھر اسی ہائی کورٹ کے سب سے زیادہ سینیئر جج کو چیف جسٹس بنا یا جاتا ہے ۔ اس ضابطے کے مطابق جسٹس ثاقب نثار کو لاہور ہائی کورٹ کا چیف جسٹس بننا چاہیئے ۔

Supreme Court disciplined its own conduct and made it mandatory that no military takeover would get approval from SC under July 31st Judgement
SC can order any state institution, including army, under Article 190 of constitution for enforcement of its verdict, but if that happens and government fails to act in time to implement court orders………………leave it for PPP to make judgement

Parliament of Pakistan is non existent and Ather Min Allah was expressing his wishful thinking over and over again that parliament should play its role.The kind of democracy we have in Pakistan right now parliament is non functional no body even consult parliament on national issues.Couple of resolution passed by parliament are simply put in the garbage box and parliament did not even protest.
Justice Wajih udin reminded the government that three presidents and two prime ministers are licking their wounds in the result of confrontation with law.Zardri does not learn from his own mistakes how can he learn from others mistakes.

Are we an honest nation? I only ask abour moral values. How many of you would like to comment on the subject.
One thing is for sure that as a national character we have lost certain values, which were used to be our pride as a nation and as a Muslim.
But in my humble opinion, people like General Pervez Musharraf and Asif Ali Zardari who have no character as a leader, no moral values, difficult to say they are practicing Muslims or not, make your own judgement.
I think this fall in leadership to such a low had passed on a negative effect to overall our values and character. All those people who have siphoned off national wealth, many of them drink, have extra-marital activities, they are part of ruling elite, both under Musharraf and Zardari.

کسی اور کا منہ بند ہو نہ ہو، آپ کے اس تقابل نے میرا تو منہ شرم سے جھکا دیا ہے، ایک طرف بغاوت کا مجرم قانون شکن اور دوسری طرف قانون کا رکھوالا، اعلا عدلیہ کا جج- دونو نے اگر ماورائے آئین اقدامات ہی کرنے ہیں تو بھائی اتنا رولا ڈالنے کی کیا ضرورت تھی انکو بحالی کی تحریکیں چلا کر؟
