Why would the courts ask for the help of the armed forces? Pakistan is not a banana republic! The systems are in place and the roles are defined and under no circumstance such an adventurism can be allowed. This encouragement has led to the coups in Pakistan

Of course when govt.- would not comply with the SC orders, then SC has all rights, and powers to call arm force to implment the orders and judgement of the SC.! Why you have doubt in it.-?
For us, the People of Pakistan. SC needs our support more & more, every single day. It’s not the SC that has decided that its time to End the corruption once & for all. It’s us.
It’s the People of Pakistan that made the decision! They were just trying to be lucky for one last time so that they could loot this nation with both the hands, legs and that Big Mouth!.

u r right bro … its not gonna happen … u will only find this in “merey Mutabiq” … and all other analysts and writers are confident that there are other solutions so military intervention is out of question ….
more over … this extreme will only happen if the supposition that zardari will be convicted and then this govt. not doing things according to the verdict … even if it happens it will take a long time as the 2 cases which were most prominent were one in pakistan and other in swiss court .. the swiss court will take a reasonable time to reopen and proceed and more over there are complications now which will benefit zardari … and the case in pakistan is unlikely to be opened …
although … the mater of illegibility of Mr. President can be challenged … that is a serious mater for zardari .but … it has nothing to do with military intervention
@ Qasim! Let’s not allow emotions to take over wisdom, I am not sure on how to respond to your “When” and “Why’s” and under no pretext Supreme Court can ask for the assistance of army. The armed forces like other institutions come under the executive authority they are not super constitutional bodies.

A country cannot thrive unless there is separation of powers and a consistent balance maintained. The nation supports the army operations but only in the war on extremism. It has nothing to do with the politics of the country as we have faced numerous failed military regimes already.
