You are right not only that Zardari is not mature enough to be the president of Pakistan.
Zardari was punished in absentia in BMW reference case, he may have to pay the cost now. This disqualification was made part of the constitution under 17th amendment.
There was ample time to repeal controversial 17th amendment and get rid of such anomalies, but zardari refused to listen, as he was not keen to let go powers acquired by Musharraf under the same 17th amendment.
If someone challenges his eligibility, the court would have no choice but announce a verdict within the confines of law and constitution.
