ایک طویل جدوجہد کے بعد اٹھارہ سو پینسٹھ میں امریکی آئین میں تیرھویں ترمیم کے ذریعے امریکہ میں غلامی کا خاتمہ کر دیا گیا. افریقن امریکن ‘کالے’ آزادی کا جشن مناتے گلیوں، سڑکوں اور پارکوں میں نکل آئے. وہ اچھل کود کر رہے تھے، ایک دوسرے کے گلے مل رہے تھے اور ہوا میں مکے لہرا رہے تھے. کبھی کبھی کوئی مکہ کسی راہگیر کو لگ جاتا تو وہ مجمع سے دور فٹ پاتھ پر کھڑے ہوکر کالوں کا جشن آزادی دیکھنے لگ جاتا. عین اسی وقت واشنگٹن کی ایک گلی میں ایک کالا اسی طریقے سے جشن آزادی منا رہا تھا اور ہوا میں مکے لہرا رہا تھا کہ اچانک اسکا مکا ایک گورے امریکن کے ناک پر جا لگا. گورا بہت متعصبی اور مغرور تھا. وہ اب بھی خود کو اس ملک کا مالک اور کالوں کو اپنا غلام سمجھتا تھا. اس سے یہ برداشت نہ ہو سکا کہ کوئی کالا اسکی ناک پر مکہ مارنے کی جرات کرے. اس نے غصے میں دھوبی پٹکا مارا اور کالے کو زمین پر گرا لیا. زمین پر گراتے ہی اس نے کالے کے منہ پر تین چار زوردار تھپڑ رسید کیے اور پوچھا کہ تم نے میری ناک پر مکہ مارنے کی جرات کیسے کی؟ کالا زمین پر لیتے لیتے کراہتے ہویے بولا کہ میں تو آزادی کا جشن منا رہا تھا. اب ہم غلام نہیں ہیں ہم آزاد میں اور سب کچھ کر سکتے ہیں. گورا امریکی کالے کے کان اپنے گھٹنے سے رگڑتے ہوئے بولا کہ یاد رکھو تمہیں غلامی سے نجات ملی ہے آزادی نہیں. تمہاری آزادی ایک محدود آزادی ہے اور یہ آزادی وہاں ختم ہو جاتی ہے جہاں سے ہم گوروں کی ناک شروع ہوتی ہے. اسکے بعد گورا اسکو چھوڑ کر اپنے گھر کی طرف چل دیا. کالا سمجھ گیا کہ ابھی اسکو غلامی سے نجات ملی ہے اور آزادی کی منزل ابھی بہت دور ہے. آزادی کے حصول کے لیے ابھی انکو بہت قربانیاں دینی ہیں اور خود کو آزادی کا اہل ثابت کرنا ہے. چناچہ وہ زمین سے اٹھا، اپنے کپڑے جھاڑے اور بھاگتا ہوا ساتھ والے پارک میں موجود کالوں کے جلوس میں شامل ہوگیا اور اسی جوش و خروش سے نعرے لگاکر غلامی کے خاتمے کا جشن منانے لگا. غلامی کے خاتمے کے اعلان کے ساتھ ہی گوروں کا رویہ کالوں کے ساتھ مزید سخت ہو گیا. ان پر ملازمت کے حصول کے دروازے بند کر دیے گئے. انکو ہر شعبہ زندگی میں نسلی تعصب اور امتیازی سلوک کا سامنا کرنا پڑا. انکے بچوں کے سکول الگ تھے. انکی بسیں الگ تھیں انکے چرچ الگ تھے. انکے ریسٹورنٹس اور ہوٹلز الگ تھے. اکثر ہوٹلوں اور پارکوں میں لکھا ہوتا تھا کہ یہاں کتوں اور کالوں کا داخلہ ممنوع ہے.غرض ان سے مکمل نسلی امتیاز برتا جاتا رہا لیکن کالوں نے ہمت نہیں ہاری اور ثابت قدم رہ کر آزادی کی منزل کی جانب بڑھتے رہے. کوئی ایک سو سال کی مزید جدوجہد کے بعد کالے مکمل آزادی یعنی گوروں کے برابر حقوق حاصل کرنے میں کامیاب ہو گئے. کالوں کی جدوجہد آزادی جنوری دوہزار نو کو اسوقت اپنے عروج پر پہنچ گئی جب ایک کالا امریکی صدر کی حیثیت سے ملک کے سب سے بڑے عہدے پر فائز ہوا یعنی صدر امریکہ بنا.
اس تمہید کا مقصد آپکو کالوں کی جدوجہد آزادی سے روشناس کروانا نہیں بلکہ یہ بتانا ہے کہ غلامی سے نجات کا مطلب آزادی ہرگز نہیں ہوتا. غلامی کے خاتمے اور آزادی کے حصول کے درمیان ایک طویل فاصلہ ہوتا ہے اور یہ فاصلہ سالوں سے لیکر صدیوں تک محیط ہو سکتا ہے. یہ فاصلہ طے کرتے وقت قدم قدم پر ثابت کرنا پڑتا ہے کہ فاصلہ طے کرنے والا آزادی حاصل کرنے کے اہل ہے. قائد اعظم رحمت الله علیہ نے ہمیں ہندووں اور انگریزوں کی غلامی سے نجات تو دلا دی لیکن انکی بے وقت وفات نے انہیں آزادی کی منزل تک ہماری رہنمائی کرنے کی مہلت نہ دی. انکی وفات کے بعد ہمیں کوئی ایسا رہنما نہ مل سکا جو آزادی کی منزل تک لے جاتا. بحیثیت پاکستانی قوم ہم نے بھی غلامی سے نجات اور آزادی کے حصول تک کا سفر طے کرنے کی کوشش نہیں کی اور نتیجتا ہم ہندوؤں اور انگریزوں کی غلامی سے نکل کر امریکہ اور اسٹبلشمنٹ کی غلامی میں آگئے. آزادی کی منزل کی طرف پیشقدمی کرنے کی بجائے ہم نے اپنے ہی ہمسفر بھائیوں کو غلام بنانا شروع کر دیا اور وہ خود کو غلاموں کے غلام سمجھنے لگے. ہمارے بھائی ہمارے ساتھ قدم سے قدم ملا کر آزادی کی منزل کی طرف مارچ کرنے کی بجائے غلاموں کی غلامی سے نجات حاصل کرنے میں مشغول ہوگئے. پھر وہ وقت آیا کہ ہمارے قافلے میں شامل آدھے سے زیادہ لوگوں نے ہم سے اپنے راستے ہی الگ کر لیے. ہم نے غلامی سے نجات تو شاید حاصل کر لی لیکن ہم اب تک آزادی کے لیے بھٹک رہے ہیں.
آجکل ہماری عدلیہ بھی اپنی آزادی کا جشن منانے میں مصروف ہے. ہر طرف عدلیہ کی آزادی کے نعروں کی گونج سنائی دے رہی ہے. عدلیہ اپنی مکمل آزادی اور خود مختاری کا دعوا کرتی ہے لیکن ہر کوئی جانتا ہے کہ عدلیہ کی آزادی دراصل عدلیہ کی بحالی ہے اور بحالی بھی وہ جو فوج کی طرف سے خیرات میں ملی ہے. عدلیہ کی بحالی اور آزادی کے درمیان بھی وہی طویل فاصلہ ہے جو سالوں سے لیکر صدیوں تک محیط ہو سکتا ہے. یہ فاصلہ طے کرتے ہوئے عدلیہ کو بھی ہر قدم پر یہ ثابت کرنا ہوگا کہ وہ آزادی کے اہل ہے. اب رہا یہ سوال کہ کیا ہماری آزاد عدلیہ صحیح سمت میں قدم بڑھا رہی ہے یا اپنے آپ کو آزادی کے اہل ثابت کر رہی ہے؟ اسکا جواب عدلیہ بحالی تحریک میں شامل لوگوں سے ہی لیا جاسکتا ہے. سب سے پہلے عدلیہ بحالی تحریک کے سرخیل علی احمد کرد نے اسکا جواب نفی میں سر ہلا کر دیا. اسکے بعد دبی دبی آوازیں اعتزاز احسن اور دوسرے وکلاء کی جانب سے آنے لگیں. وقت کے ساتھ ساتھ ان آوازوں میں سابق ججوں، سول سوسایٹی، انسانی حقوق کی تنظیموں اور صحافیوں کی آوازوں کا اضافہ ہوگیا جن میں خاص طور پر جسٹس طارق، جسٹس فخر الدین جی ابراہیم، عاصمہ جہانگیر، ثمر من الله، ابصار عالم، مظہر عباس وغیرہ قابل ذکر ہیں. اب تو ٹی وی شوز کے شرکاء کھل کر کہ رہے ہیں کہ عدلیہ اسٹبلشمنٹ کے کھیل میں شامل ہو چکی ہے. عدلیہ کی موجودہ آزادی عام لوگوں یا سیاستدانوں تک محدود ہے. عدلیہ کی آزادی وہاں جا کر ختم ہو جاتی ہے جہاں سے فوجیوں کے بوٹ شروع ہوتے ہیں. جی ہاں جہاں سے فوجیوں کے بوٹ شروع ہوتے ہیں. فوجیوں کی یونیفارم اور ٹوپی تو بہت دور کی بات ہے. اگر کسی کو یقین نہیں آ رہا تو مجھے ایک بھی ایسا فیصلہ بتا دیں جہاں عدلیہ فوجیوں کے بوٹوں سے آگے بڑھی ہو. عدلیہ کو اسی وقت آزاد و خود مختار سمجھا جائے گا جب اسکا دست انصاف فوجیوں کے گریباں تک بھی پہنچے گا ورنہ عدلیہ کی آزادی محدود ہی ہوگی بیشک عدلیہ اپنی آزادی اور غیر جانبداری کا جتنا مرضی شور مچائے. عدلیہ کو آزادی کی منزل تک پہنچنے کے لیے ابھی بہت طویل سفر کرنا ہے. عدلیہ کو آزادی کی منزل کی طرف رواں اس قافلے میں شامل لوگوں سے قدم سے قدم ملا کر چلنا چاہئیے. اسٹبلشمنٹ کی غلامی عدلیہ کو آزادی کی منزل سے بہت دور لے جائے گی.
عدلیہ کے سامنے اسوقت دو مثالیں ہیں. ایک کالوں کی کامیاب جدوجہد آزادی کی اور دوسری پاکستانی قوم کی ناکام جدوجہد آزادی کی. اب یہ عدلیہ پر منحصر ہے کہ وہ اسٹبلشمنٹ کی غلامی میں جانا چاہتی ہے یا اپنے ہمسفروں کے ساتھ قدم سے قدم ملا کر مکمل آزادی کآ حصول چاہتی ہے. مکمل آزادی کا حصول کوئی آسان کام نہیں ہے. یہ ایک طویل سفر ہے اور اس راستے پر چلتے ہوئے ہر قدم پر عدلیہ کو ثابت کرنا ہے کہ وہ آزادی کے اہل ہے. یہ تب ہی ممکن ہوگا جب عدلیہ بلا تفریق سب کو انصاف کے کٹہرے میں لائے گی اور اسکا دست انصاف کرپٹ سیاستدانوں، بیوروکریٹس، کاروباری لوگوں، سرکاری افسران کے علاوہ فوج اور اسٹبلشمنٹ کے گریباں تک بھی جائے گا. یہ کام اور آزادی کا یہ راستہ کٹھن ضرور ہے لیکن ناممکن نہیں ہے. یہ منزل تب ہمیں ملے گی جب عدلیہ فوج کو پاکستانی آئین پر عمل کرنے پر مجبور کر دے گی اور فوج کی روایتی اجارہ داری ختم ہوجائے گی. یہ منزل انشااللہ ضرور آئے گی

If you place people with criminal background to control law and order of state then this situation is obvious.Karachi management neglected the lawlessness of 12 may and 27 dec giving way to rule the community without rules so now all communities are handling law and order as per their ways.
As a result things will happens the same as discussed in the program.
This would have not happened if 10th moharram criminials were caught right after they were exposed.Why people seeing with open arms caught on camere are not being caught by law enforcing agencies.
If those people would have caught and would bring to courts, i swear things might have start getting change slowly. right now no one fear from law. it’s all system fault. we can never change if we dont intend to change.

these target killings, It will never yeild any positive results, if we start discussing the relative importance of all the different Islamic rituals in the eyes of each individual Muslims. At a time like this, we are even more in the dire need of keeping all the nation united. The simple reason for that is these attacks have found targets in every walk of life. If we stop doing one thing, they will taregt some others. Which means we need to invest time on finding the attackers. Because for these rascals, Namaz, Haj, or Aashura are the same thing. The bottom line is: No Muslim is safe anywhere in any kind of religious/non- religious activity in Pakistan. On Aashura day in Karachi whatever happened is a big tragedy, but who is responsible for this incident? Obviously, the federal Interior minister is responsible for peace in the whole country and provincial Interior Minister is fully responsible for the peace in the province, but unfortunately both the ministers are not capable to hold this post. They have to resign on this event rather they must be kicked out from their posts and must be arrested for this negligence. Interior provincial Minister Zulfiqar Mirza has expressed his views before Aashura that he has been planning to break PAKISTAN, so this is his all conspiracy against Pakistan, but the worst part is this that neither President nor Prime Minister has taken any serious action against this traitor. This shows the collaboration of President & Prime Minister in this scandal. Chief Justice of Pakistan must take immediate action on this scandal and punish severally all those culprits, who are involved in this case.
If action would have taken at that point, situation might have changed today.
The recent Karachi incident is a classical example of dishonesty of our elite with Pakistan and its people. Before blaming anyone for the incident, there are few facts that must be in mind:- When the looting and rampage started, police ran away from the affected regions. They only came back when they realized that they would encounter nobody. – The fire brigade trucks were not able to reach to the fired regions even when the looters/terrorists were long gone.- There was no security checking of the route or the box, which has the bomb was not checked.- If the blast was detonated with wireless signal through cellular phone, where were the jammers, which the authorities claim that the procession was equipped with. – Where were the MQM workers? They only contented looking their city burnt by few hundred people. Everybody knows that MQM street force is very active and armed. Why couldn’t they stop a handful of people?I have been thinking about all these facts and have come up with a theory which, to me, is very alarming. First of all, it was a plot of interior ministry (Rehman Malik), Blackwater and MQM. Its a common methodology that to solve a case, one should look for the beneficiary. It has been a part of great plan of USA and allies to see Karachi as a separate entity from Pakistan. The terrorism, secretarial violence and economic meltdown are the perfect tools. Additionally, through this incident they were able to escalate hatred of Karachiites towards Pakistan and a doubt against Karachiites in rest of the Pakistan. They could not do it without the help of Govenment (at least interior ministry) and MQM. Because at any time the Police or MQM workers could jump in to stop the violence. MQM achieved their Karachi related agenda by blazing the markets they were interested in. The only positive perspective of the incident is the right timing of the media to expose whats happening. It not only kept the emotions of the people intact, but also, pressurize the MQM leadership to prove themselves to be innocent. To do so, they started cooperating the affected market owners. This theory can well be wrong, but at the same time most probable. However, blaming MQM as part of the plot can be a weak assumption, if they answer the fire brigade issue and reason for the fact that MQM workers never responded in a convincing manner.

I am a bit concerned as any other Pakistani would have been after the tragic Ashura/ Chelum incident’s. It is an eye opener for the whole nation who despite being perhaps the most unfortunate lot of people being economically ruined and exploited by the handful of the so- called wadera shahi for the last 64 years. We can only blame the illiteracy.
I hope incidents like ex attorny general murder and recent attack on sheikh rasheed will be taken seriously and government will show that no one is staronger then government.
well said, but short of few words you forgot to include, say boldly that this judiciary is not what we had thought about, they are dancing around nawaz ganja and trying to prove that by giving a fail decision on NRO, there is no law and rule in the country, what the judiciary is doing, they can not even force there decision to sell sugar for 40 rupees, what a shame, we feel sorry for judiciary,they should be bold and courageous enough to do every thing from every source, but sincierly speking, they are the same peoples wearing mask, to which peoples have given it name that this is a free judiciary, belive it that these mask man will do nothing, because after 50 + days, what the PM and other leaders like fauzia wahab had said publicly, and so vocal that here 8000 km away i hear the stupid speeches by these and other leaders, where is contempt of court, why CJ don’t take any action against them, what are they afraid of, CJ SHOULD USE HIS UNLIMITED POWERS TO RESTORE AND DO EVERY THING LEFT AND RIGHT TO BRING THE CRIMINALS TO JUSTICE, PLEASE DON’T WAIT.

Various untoward incidents of bomb explosions at the public places, perpetration of suicide bombings by extremist elements bathed in religion and dogmatism and firing of bullets on the innocent civilians by the miscreants bear out that Volatile law and order situation is gravely affecting social, political, economic and religious fabric of Pakistan.
This law and order situation will take us down only, if we are so concern then why is our agencies and government officails are not doing any thing on it?

This slogan is perfect for zardari, people expected that the situation would greatly improve and they would get relief after the February 18, 2008, elections and restoration of democracy in Pakistan. The innocent people were unaware what was in store for them. They were again fooled and cheated by the cunning, corrupt and cruel leaders. Instead of food, medicine and breathing space, they are getting choked, poison and death. They are compelled to commit suicides and crimes. Instead of getting relief, they are struggling for survival.

ویسے ایک سوال کا جواب مجھے ابھی تک نہیں مل سکا. جب عدالت کسی دہشتگرد، چور، ڈاکو یا قاتل کو مجرم قرار دیتی ہے جو اسکو سزا بھی سناتی ہے. ہماری سپریم کورٹ نے ریٹایرڈ جنرل پرویز مشرف کو آئین توڑنے کا مجرم قرار دیا لیکن اسکے لیے کوئی سزا ہی تجویز نہیں کی گئی. اگر ہماری اعَلیٰ ترین عدالت ایک ریٹایرڈ جنرل کو سزا نہیں سنا سکتی تو حاضر سروس جرنیلوں کو تو سزا کا تصور ہی نہیں کیا جاسکتا. جب تک جرنیلوں کو آئین شکنی کی سزا نہیں ملے گی ہماری عدلیہھہ آزاد نہیں ہوگی اور عدلیہ کی آزادی کے سب نعرے کھوکھلے ہونگے

yes i agree with you on that,also Police does not take any action. People are totally helpless and fed up with the increasing criminal activities. They are given death threats and as a result some families have fled the area and hiding from the criminals

We love Pakistan very much and that’s why keep highlighting the bad situation with the hope that the authorities there would take notice, intervene and improve the situation. جناب. پہلے سوال کا جواب پہ؛لے آنا چاہئیے. پہلا سوال یہ ہے کہ جرنیلوں کو سزا کا حکم کون دے گا؟ جب پہلے سوال کا جواب مل جائے گا یعنی سزا سنا دی جائے گی تو اس پر عمل درآمد بھی ہوجائے گا. پہلے سزا سنانے والے تو شیر بنیں. مجھے یقین ہے کہ آپکی لاڈلی عدلیہ کبھی یہ رسک نہیں لے گی

فوج یہ سمجھتی ہے کہ قائد اعظم رحمت الله علیہ نے پاکستان اسلیے بنایا تھا کہ فوج اس پر حکمرانی کرے گی اور عوام سرحدوں کی حفاظت کریں گے. ہر دس پندرہ سال بعد فوج ایک دو سال کے لیے اقتدار کا تھوراہ سا حصہ سیاستدانوں کو دے دیتی ہے. بالکل اسی طرح جسطرح شیر شکار کرکے جانور کا گوست خود کھا لیتا ہے اور ہڈیاں کتوں کو ڈال دیتا ہے تاکہ اسکا پیٹ بھی بھر جائے اور کتے بھی بھونکنے سے باز رہیں
عدلیہ کی بحالی سے عدلیہ کی آزادی تک
ایک طویل جدوجہد کے بعد اٹھارہ سو پینسٹھ میں امریکی آئین میں تیرھویں ترمیم کے ذریعے امریکہ میں غلامی کا خاتمہ کر دیا گیا. افریقن امریکن ‘کالے’ آزادی کا جشن مناتے گلیوں، سڑکوں اور پارکوں میں نکل آئے. وہ اچھل کود کر رہے تھے، ایک دوسرے کے گلے مل رہے تھے اور ہوا میں مکے لہرا رہے تھے. کبھی کبھی کوئی مکہ کسی راہگیر کو لگ جاتا تو وہ مجمع سے دور فٹ پاتھ پر کھڑے ہوکر کالوں کا جشن آزادی دیکھنے لگ جاتا. عین اسی وقت واشنگٹن کی ایک گلی میں ایک کالا اسی طریقے سے جشن آزادی منا رہا تھا اور ہوا میں مکے لہرا رہا تھا کہ اچانک اسکا مکا ایک گورے امریکن کے ناک پر جا لگا. گورا بہت متعصبی اور مغرور تھا. وہ اب بھی خود کو اس ملک کا مالک اور کالوں کو اپنا غلام سمجھتا تھا. اس سے یہ برداشت نہ ہو سکا کہ کوئی کالا اسکی ناک پر مکہ مارنے کی جرات کرے. اس نے غصے میں دھوبی پٹکا مارا اور کالے کو زمین پر گرا لیا. زمین پر گراتے ہی اس نے کالے کے منہ پر تین چار زوردار تھپڑ رسید کیے اور پوچھا کہ تم نے میری ناک پر مکہ مارنے کی جرات کیسے کی؟ کالا زمین پر لیتے لیتے کراہتے ہویے بولا کہ میں تو آزادی کا جشن منا رہا تھا. اب ہم غلام نہیں ہیں ہم آزاد میں اور سب کچھ کر سکتے ہیں. گورا امریکی کالے کے کان اپنے گھٹنے سے رگڑتے ہوئے بولا کہ یاد رکھو تمہیں غلامی سے نجات ملی ہے آزادی نہیں. تمہاری آزادی ایک محدود آزادی ہے اور یہ آزادی وہاں ختم ہو جاتی ہے جہاں سے ہم گوروں کی ناک شروع ہوتی ہے. اسکے بعد گورا اسکو چھوڑ کر اپنے گھر کی طرف چل دیا. کالا سمجھ گیا کہ ابھی اسکو غلامی سے نجات ملی ہے اور آزادی کی منزل ابھی بہت دور ہے. آزادی کے حصول کے لیے ابھی انکو بہت قربانیاں دینی ہیں اور خود کو آزادی کا اہل ثابت کرنا ہے. چناچہ وہ زمین سے اٹھا، اپنے کپڑے جھاڑے اور بھاگتا ہوا ساتھ والے پارک میں موجود کالوں کے جلوس میں شامل ہوگیا اور اسی جوش و خروش سے نعرے لگاکر غلامی کے خاتمے کا جشن منانے لگا. غلامی کے خاتمے کے اعلان کے ساتھ ہی گوروں کا رویہ کالوں کے ساتھ مزید سخت ہو گیا. ان پر ملازمت کے حصول کے دروازے بند کر دیے گئے. انکو ہر شعبہ زندگی میں نسلی تعصب اور امتیازی سلوک کا سامنا کرنا پڑا. انکے بچوں کے سکول الگ تھے. انکی بسیں الگ تھیں انکے چرچ الگ تھے. انکے ریسٹورنٹس اور ہوٹلز الگ تھے. اکثر ہوٹلوں اور پارکوں میں لکھا ہوتا تھا کہ یہاں کتوں اور کالوں کا داخلہ ممنوع ہے.غرض ان سے مکمل نسلی امتیاز برتا جاتا رہا لیکن کالوں نے ہمت نہیں ہاری اور ثابت قدم رہ کر آزادی کی منزل کی جانب بڑھتے رہے. کوئی ایک سو سال کی مزید جدوجہد کے بعد کالے مکمل آزادی یعنی گوروں کے برابر حقوق حاصل کرنے میں کامیاب ہو گئے. کالوں کی جدوجہد آزادی جنوری دوہزار نو کو اسوقت اپنے عروج پر پہنچ گئی جب ایک کالا امریکی صدر کی حیثیت سے ملک کے سب سے بڑے عہدے پر فائز ہوا یعنی صدر امریکہ بنا.
اس تمہید کا مقصد آپکو کالوں کی جدوجہد آزادی سے روشناس کروانا نہیں بلکہ یہ بتانا ہے کہ غلامی سے نجات کا مطلب آزادی ہرگز نہیں ہوتا. غلامی کے خاتمے اور آزادی کے حصول کے درمیان ایک طویل فاصلہ ہوتا ہے اور یہ فاصلہ سالوں سے لیکر صدیوں تک محیط ہو سکتا ہے. یہ فاصلہ طے کرتے وقت قدم قدم پر ثابت کرنا پڑتا ہے کہ فاصلہ طے کرنے والا آزادی حاصل کرنے کے اہل ہے. قائد اعظم رحمت الله علیہ نے ہمیں ہندووں اور انگریزوں کی غلامی سے نجات تو دلا دی لیکن انکی بے وقت وفات نے انہیں آزادی کی منزل تک ہماری رہنمائی کرنے کی مہلت نہ دی. انکی وفات کے بعد ہمیں کوئی ایسا رہنما نہ مل سکا جو آزادی کی منزل تک لے جاتا. بحیثیت پاکستانی قوم ہم نے بھی غلامی سے نجات اور آزادی کے حصول تک کا سفر طے کرنے کی کوشش نہیں کی اور نتیجتا ہم ہندوؤں اور انگریزوں کی غلامی سے نکل کر امریکہ اور اسٹبلشمنٹ کی غلامی میں آگئے. آزادی کی منزل کی طرف پیشقدمی کرنے کی بجائے ہم نے اپنے ہی ہمسفر بھائیوں کو غلام بنانا شروع کر دیا اور وہ خود کو غلاموں کے غلام سمجھنے لگے. ہمارے بھائی ہمارے ساتھ قدم سے قدم ملا کر آزادی کی منزل کی طرف مارچ کرنے کی بجائے غلاموں کی غلامی سے نجات حاصل کرنے میں مشغول ہوگئے. پھر وہ وقت آیا کہ ہمارے قافلے میں شامل آدھے سے زیادہ لوگوں نے ہم سے اپنے راستے ہی الگ کر لیے. ہم نے غلامی سے نجات تو شاید حاصل کر لی لیکن ہم اب تک آزادی کے لیے بھٹک رہے ہیں.
آجکل ہماری عدلیہ بھی اپنی آزادی کا جشن منانے میں مصروف ہے. ہر طرف عدلیہ کی آزادی کے نعروں کی گونج سنائی دے رہی ہے. عدلیہ اپنی مکمل آزادی اور خود مختاری کا دعوا کرتی ہے لیکن ہر کوئی جانتا ہے کہ عدلیہ کی آزادی دراصل عدلیہ کی بحالی ہے اور بحالی بھی وہ جو فوج کی طرف سے خیرات میں ملی ہے. عدلیہ کی بحالی اور آزادی کے درمیان بھی وہی طویل فاصلہ ہے جو سالوں سے لیکر صدیوں تک محیط ہو سکتا ہے. یہ فاصلہ طے کرتے ہوئے عدلیہ کو بھی ہر قدم پر یہ ثابت کرنا ہوگا کہ وہ آزادی کے اہل ہے. اب رہا یہ سوال کہ کیا ہماری آزاد عدلیہ صحیح سمت میں قدم بڑھا رہی ہے یا اپنے آپ کو آزادی کے اہل ثابت کر رہی ہے؟ اسکا جواب عدلیہ بحالی تحریک میں شامل لوگوں سے ہی لیا جاسکتا ہے. سب سے پہلے عدلیہ بحالی تحریک کے سرخیل علی احمد کرد نے اسکا جواب نفی میں سر ہلا کر دیا. اسکے بعد دبی دبی آوازیں اعتزاز احسن اور دوسرے وکلاء کی جانب سے آنے لگیں. وقت کے ساتھ ساتھ ان آوازوں میں سابق ججوں، سول سوسایٹی، انسانی حقوق کی تنظیموں اور صحافیوں کی آوازوں کا اضافہ ہوگیا جن میں خاص طور پر جسٹس طارق، جسٹس فخر الدین جی ابراہیم، عاصمہ جہانگیر، ثمر من الله، ابصار عالم، مظہر عباس وغیرہ قابل ذکر ہیں. اب تو ٹی وی شوز کے شرکاء کھل کر کہ رہے ہیں کہ عدلیہ اسٹبلشمنٹ کے کھیل میں شامل ہو چکی ہے. عدلیہ کی موجودہ آزادی عام لوگوں یا سیاستدانوں تک محدود ہے. عدلیہ کی آزادی وہاں جا کر ختم ہو جاتی ہے جہاں سے فوجیوں کے بوٹ شروع ہوتے ہیں. جی ہاں جہاں سے فوجیوں کے بوٹ شروع ہوتے ہیں. فوجیوں کی یونیفارم اور ٹوپی تو بہت دور کی بات ہے. اگر کسی کو یقین نہیں آ رہا تو مجھے ایک بھی ایسا فیصلہ بتا دیں جہاں عدلیہ فوجیوں کے بوٹوں سے آگے بڑھی ہو. عدلیہ کو اسی وقت آزاد و خود مختار سمجھا جائے گا جب اسکا دست انصاف فوجیوں کے گریباں تک بھی پہنچے گا ورنہ عدلیہ کی آزادی محدود ہی ہوگی بیشک عدلیہ اپنی آزادی اور غیر جانبداری کا جتنا مرضی شور مچائے. عدلیہ کو آزادی کی منزل تک پہنچنے کے لیے ابھی بہت طویل سفر کرنا ہے. عدلیہ کو آزادی کی منزل کی طرف رواں اس قافلے میں شامل لوگوں سے قدم سے قدم ملا کر چلنا چاہئیے. اسٹبلشمنٹ کی غلامی عدلیہ کو آزادی کی منزل سے بہت دور لے جائے گی.
عدلیہ کے سامنے اسوقت دو مثالیں ہیں. ایک کالوں کی کامیاب جدوجہد آزادی کی اور دوسری پاکستانی قوم کی ناکام جدوجہد آزادی کی. اب یہ عدلیہ پر منحصر ہے کہ وہ اسٹبلشمنٹ کی غلامی میں جانا چاہتی ہے یا اپنے ہمسفروں کے ساتھ قدم سے قدم ملا کر مکمل آزادی کآ حصول چاہتی ہے. مکمل آزادی کا حصول کوئی آسان کام نہیں ہے. یہ ایک طویل سفر ہے اور اس راستے پر چلتے ہوئے ہر قدم پر عدلیہ کو ثابت کرنا ہے کہ وہ آزادی کے اہل ہے. یہ تب ہی ممکن ہوگا جب عدلیہ بلا تفریق سب کو انصاف کے کٹہرے میں لائے گی اور اسکا دست انصاف کرپٹ سیاستدانوں، بیوروکریٹس، کاروباری لوگوں، سرکاری افسران کے علاوہ فوج اور اسٹبلشمنٹ کے گریباں تک بھی جائے گا. یہ کام اور آزادی کا یہ راستہ کٹھن ضرور ہے لیکن ناممکن نہیں ہے. یہ منزل تب ہمیں ملے گی جب عدلیہ فوج کو پاکستانی آئین پر عمل کرنے پر مجبور کر دے گی اور فوج کی روایتی اجارہ داری ختم ہوجائے گی. یہ منزل انشااللہ ضرور آئے گی

This old man does realize that the only meaning of revolution in pakistan is not Imran khan but Taliban like it happened in afghanistan.Taliban have got the arms,idea(islam),training(Thanks to pakistan Army),man power(religious madressas) and anger(US invasion in Afghanistan+drone attacks).

Where is the democracy? Army/ Establishment robbed it, and what did they give us in return ? they gave us their own version of democracy which does not even deserve the name of democracy.
Look at our financial position, look at our language, culture, society. they have taken it all. Look at our schools, our colleges, the education and instruction of our children. I am always surprised at these people who keep telling us:”We are making such progress. Pakistan has a target and we are fast approaching it.”

If you place people with criminal background to control law and order of state then this situation is obvious.Karachi management neglected the lawlessness of 12 may and 27 dec giving way to rule the community without rules so now all communities are handling law and order as per their ways.
As a result things will happens the same as discussed in the program.
This would have not happened if 10th moharram criminials were caught right after they were exposed.Why people seeing with open arms caught on camere are not being caught by law enforcing agencies.
If those people would have caught and would bring to courts, i swear things might have start getting change slowly. right now no one fear from law. it’s all system fault. we can never change if we dont intend to change.

these target killings, It will never yeild any positive results, if we start discussing the relative importance of all the different Islamic rituals in the eyes of each individual Muslims. At a time like this, we are even more in the dire need of keeping all the nation united. The simple reason for that is these attacks have found targets in every walk of life. If we stop doing one thing, they will taregt some others. Which means we need to invest time on finding the attackers. Because for these rascals, Namaz, Haj, or Aashura are the same thing. The bottom line is: No Muslim is safe anywhere in any kind of religious/non- religious activity in Pakistan. We need to find the attackers before they kill more, rather than trying to stop events that can attract them: I think its utterly obvious how much effort and money this stretegy can save, besides having the deerly needed advantage of keeping Pakistan and Muslims united. What happened in Karachi after Benazir’s assasination was a very obvious example that the attackers are bound to find one target or other

On Aashura day in Karachi whatever happened is a big tragedy, but who is responsible for this incident? Obviously, the federal Interior minister is responsible for peace in the whole country and provincial Interior Minister is fully responsible for the peace in the province, but unfortunately both the ministers are not capable to hold this post. They have to resign on this event rather they must be kicked out from their posts and must be arrested for this negligence. Interior provincial Minister Zulfiqar Mirza has expressed his views before Aashura that he has been planning to break PAKISTAN, so this is his all conspiracy against Pakistan, but the worst part is this that neither President nor Prime Minister has taken any serious action against this traitor. This shows the collaboration of President & Prime Minister in this scandal. Chief Justice of Pakistan must take immediate action on this scandal and punish severally all those culprits, who are involved in this case.
If action would have taken at that point, situation might have changed today.
The country’s Intelligence networks should become competently efficient far ahead of the terrorists’ evil plans of killings and massacres.
The recent Karachi incident is a classical example of dishonesty of our elite with Pakistan and its people. Before blaming anyone for the incident, there are few facts that must be in mind:- When the looting and rampage started, police ran away from the affected regions. They only came back when they realized that they would encounter nobody. – The fire brigade trucks were not able to reach to the fired regions even when the looters/terrorists were long gone.- There was no security checking of the route or the box, which has the bomb was not checked.- If the blast was detonated with wireless signal through cellular phone, where were the jammers, which the authorities claim that the procession was equipped with. – Where were the MQM workers? They only contented looking their city burnt by few hundred people. Everybody knows that MQM street force is very active and armed. Why couldn’t they stop a handful of people?I have been thinking about all these facts and have come up with a theory which, to me, is very alarming. First of all, it was a plot of interior ministry (Rehman Malik), Blackwater and MQM. Its a common methodology that to solve a case, one should look for the beneficiary. It has been a part of great plan of USA and allies to see Karachi as a separate entity from Pakistan. The terrorism, secretarial violence and economic meltdown are the perfect tools. Additionally, through this incident they were able to escalate hatred of Karachiites towards Pakistan and a doubt against Karachiites in rest of the Pakistan. They could not do it without the help of Govenment (at least interior ministry) and MQM. Because at any time the Police or MQM workers could jump in to stop the violence. MQM achieved their Karachi related agenda by blazing the markets they were interested in. The only positive perspective of the incident is the right timing of the media to expose whats happening. It not only kept the emotions of the people intact, but also, pressurize the MQM leadership to prove themselves to be innocent. To do so, they started cooperating the affected market owners. This theory can well be wrong, but at the same time most probable. However, blaming MQM as part of the plot can be a weak assumption, if they answer the fire brigade issue and reason for the fact that MQM workers never responded in a convincing manner.

I am a bit concerned as any other Pakistani would have been after the tragic Ashura/ Chelum incident’s. It is an eye opener for the whole nation who despite being perhaps the most unfortunate lot of people being economically ruined and exploited by the handful of the so- called wadera shahi for the last 64 years. We can only blame the illiteracy.
I hope incidents like ex attorny general murder and recent attack on sheikh rasheed will be taken seriously and government will show that no one is staronger then government.
well said, but short of few words you forgot to include, say boldly that this judiciary is not what we had thought about, they are dancing around nawaz ganja and trying to prove that by giving a fail decision on NRO, there is no law and rule in the country, what the judiciary is doing, they can not even force there decision to sell sugar for 40 rupees, what a shame, we feel sorry for judiciary,they should be bold and courageous enough to do every thing from every source, but sincierly speking, they are the same peoples wearing mask, to which peoples have given it name that this is a free judiciary, belive it that these mask man will do nothing, because after 50 + days, what the PM and other leaders like fauzia wahab had said publicly, and so vocal that here 8000 km away i hear the stupid speeches by these and other leaders, where is contempt of court, why CJ don’t take any action against them, what are they afraid of, CJ SHOULD USE HIS UNLIMITED POWERS TO RESTORE AND DO EVERY THING LEFT AND RIGHT TO BRING THE CRIMINALS TO JUSTICE, PLEASE DON’T WAIT.

This slogan is perfect for zardari, people expected that the situation would greatly improve and they would get relief after the February 18, 2008, elections and restoration of democracy in Pakistan. The innocent people were unaware what was in store for them. They were again fooled and cheated by the cunning, corrupt and cruel leaders. Instead of food, medicine and breathing space, they are getting choked, poison and death. They are compelled to commit suicides and crimes. Instead of getting relief, they are struggling for survival.

ویسے ایک سوال کا جواب مجھے ابھی تک نہیں مل سکا. جب عدالت کسی دہشتگرد، چور، ڈاکو یا قاتل کو مجرم قرار دیتی ہے جو اسکو سزا بھی سناتی ہے. ہماری سپریم کورٹ نے ریٹایرڈ جنرل پرویز مشرف کو آئین توڑنے کا مجرم قرار دیا لیکن اسکے لیے کوئی سزا ہی تجویز نہیں کی گئی. اگر ہماری اعَلیٰ ترین عدالت ایک ریٹایرڈ جنرل کو سزا نہیں سنا سکتی تو حاضر سروس جرنیلوں کو تو سزا کا تصور ہی نہیں کیا جاسکتا. جب تک جرنیلوں کو آئین شکنی کی سزا نہیں ملے گی ہماری عدلیہھہ آزاد نہیں ہوگی اور عدلیہ کی آزادی کے سب نعرے کھوکھلے ہونگے

بھائی جی. آپکا بھی بہت شکریہ کہ آپ نے مضمون پڑھنے کے لیے وقت نکالا. جہاں تک اتفاق نہ کرنے کا تعلق ہے تو وہ آپکا جمہوری حق ہے. پاکستانیوں کی اکثریت پاکستان کا روشن مستقبل چاہتی ہے لیکن ماضی میں انکو اتنے دھوکے دیے گئے ہیں کہ اب وہ کسی کسی کسی بات پر یقین کرنے کو تیار نہیں ہیں اور ان میں ایک طرح کی بے ہسی آگئی ہے جو کہ ایک بہت خطرناک چیز ہے

بھائی جی. مشرف فوج کا جرنیل رہا ہے. اس فوج کا جو اپنے کتوں کو بھی قومی پرچم میں لپیٹ کر اور گارڈ آف آنر دے کر دفن کرتی ہے. اسکو کون انصاف کے کٹہرے میں لیے گا؟ یہ فوج کی خیرات میں بحال کی ہوئی عدلیہ یا یہ خیرات میں ملی ہوئی جمہوریت؟ یہ ہمارا وہ خواب ہے جسکا حقیقت ہے کہیں دور دور کا بھی واسطہ نہیں ہے

حسین رجب بھائی. بہت شکریہ. میں بالکل ٹھیک ہوں. آپکی بات سے اتفاق کرتا ہوں کہ یہ دن کا خواب ہے. مسئلہ یہ ہے کہ سسٹم کون قائم کرے کا. یہاں تو ہم لوگ گیارہ سال کرپٹ فوجی حکمرانوں کو برداشت کر لیتے ہیں لیکن کرپٹ سیاستداں ہم سے دودن برداشت نہیں ہوتے. جب تک عدلیہ آزاد نہیں ہوگی کوئی مسئلہ حل نہیں ہوگا

جناب. پہلے سوال کا جواب پہ؛لے آنا چاہئیے. پہلا سوال یہ ہے کہ جرنیلوں کو سزا کا حکم کون دے گا؟ جب پہلے سوال کا جواب مل جائے گا یعنی سزا سنا دی جائے گی تو اس پر عمل درآمد بھی ہوجائے گا. پہلے سزا سنانے والے تو شیر بنیں. مجھے یقین ہے کہ آپکی لاڈلی عدلیہ کبھی یہ رسک نہیں لے گی

I agree with Bawa, We have to noose these Generals to save Pakistan. They were responsible for creating Bangla Dash, and they are heading to devide the remaining Pakistan once more.
فوج یہ سمجھتی ہے کہ قائد اعظم رحمت الله علیہ نے پاکستان اسلیے بنایا تھا کہ فوج اس پر حکمرانی کرے گی اور عوام سرحدوں کی حفاظت کریں گے. ہر دس پندرہ سال بعد فوج ایک دو سال کے لیے اقتدار کا تھوراہ سا حصہ سیاستدانوں کو دے دیتی ہے. بالکل اسی طرح جسطرح شیر شکار کرکے جانور کا گوست خود کھا لیتا ہے اور ہڈیاں کتوں کو ڈال دیتا ہے تاکہ اسکا پیٹ بھی بھر جائے اور کتے بھی بھونکنے سے باز رہیں
