People like javed minadad, wasim bari, inzamam, wasim akram…all great players, but poor team leaders and dishonest human beings damaged cricket in Pakistan a lot.

No matter how bad wicket keeper Kamran Akmal is he is much much better than Sarfraz Ahmed.Sarfraz is unable to catch straight forward balls and as far batting ability is concern he is not even close to Akmal.After Akmal dropped catched in Sydney test there was a huge campaign of propaganda against Akmal and in the favor of Sarfraz.So far what ever cricket Sarfraz has played it proved that he is a bad bad choice.Rashid Latif declared Gulraz Sadaf of Multan the best wicket keeper of Pakistan and Mohammad Salman of Faisalbad #2.I do not under stand why best is left behind and a ordinary player has played test cricket for Pakistan.
There is no doubt that Mian Dad is one of the best player in the history of test cricket,but this man is always controversial.As a captain there was revolt against him and when ever he is part of the board he is center of controversy.Every body criticizing Ajaz Butt and rightly so but i believe Miandad and Wasim Bari are also equally responsible.I have no doubt that Miandad has ambitions to become board chairman himself .

You said right sarfraz Ahmed can not play even one inning like Kamran Akmal in his whole career it is a real shame the way Karachi media was doing day and night propaganda against Akmal and in the favor of Sarfraz Ahmed.

Aamer Sohail is the man who selected chairman Pakistan cricket board Toqeer Zia son Junaid Zia just to make Toqeer Zia happy and be in the good books.Aamer was criticizing selection of the team where as he himself was not an honest selector.
Ajaz Butt,Miandad,Bari and others no doubt are not doing good job but Toqeer Zia and Amer Sohail are trying to make big out of it not for the sake of Pakistan cricket but to get back in to the board for big salaries.

I totally agreed with you.Abdul Qadir was the only man who gave his honest opinion all others were criticizing more for personal gains and less for the interest of the cricket.
Let Abdul Qadir by the Chief Selector for next two years. I am sure he would be able to find some committed and honest players. Do not expect good from corrupt and greedy people to deliver.

I think the chief selector or the selection committee should be outsourced like the coach and other officials. If we have a local selector(s) then we will keep blaming on one another. Now, Cricket is not limited to Karchi or Lahore anymore as it used to be like 15-20 years ago. More and more talent needs to be explored through out the country and then the decision for selecting the final 17 or 20 whatever should solely be an act of that foreign selector otherwise we will always be at this loggerhead.
Someone should take note of how cricker was ruined in Pakistan by corrupt like ijaz but, javed miandad, gen tauqir zia and wasim bari…a buch of crooks.
