    Salam all,

Just found this on New York Times website

“In preparatory briefings for their trip, the politicians were advised that they might have to submit to extra body searches, just as randomly selected Americans must submit to secondary screening by the new machines, two officials from the American Embassy said”.

The Pakistanis were specifically warned that the United States was not a “V.I.P. culture,” unlike Pakistan, where politicians are often exempted from unpalatable procedures that other people have to tolerate, the American officials said”.

“The State Department paid each of the participants $200 a day for accommodations and food during their stay in the United States”.

then one of the senator did this

“Then, he drove off in his brand-new Hummer — an example of his affection for American autos, he said — to appear on another television program to tell his story of standing up to the American authorities.”

What you guys this about this?

You show the guts they have shown in U.S and i will salute you,its easy to be a cyber ghunda than to stand up when its time to stand up for yourself and your country…does not matter whether they talk about Hummer or anything else…appreciate what they have done instead of criticizing just for the sake of it.

    Well,
I just can’t understand why Pakistan opposes the security measures taken at USA airports when Pakistan, unfortuntaely, is the biggest exporter of terrorism in the wohle wolrd? We must admit that we have for decades created, nurtured and supported terrorists who have been creating havoc in the whole world in general and in Pakistan, Afghanistan, India, in particular. Even today, the largest number of suicide bombers are found in our country who causes immeasurable death and destruction to their own Muslim brothers and sisters.
I am really sad to see it were again my own Pashtoon brothers who were made scapegoats. I am not happy and can’t defend these 5 members f parliament. They have only strenghtened the impression about Pashtoon in the west that Pashtoons are stupid and can be used by any one for their own wicked purposes!!!!!

Wow…..i was astonished at the end when Sajid hussain turi said that if Gov doesnt open the road then we (Turi Tribe) will surely welcome Pak enemies to help us.Actually Sajid Turi is from Kurram Agerncy or Parachinar area where 80% people belongs to Shia sect.they have demolished the houses and businesses of Sunnis for decades in the area. They have killed many of them. And now he is saying that we will ask Indian and Israeli lobby sitting in Afghanistan to help us.Curse on him.he was really a disgrace to all Proud tribal people.

    Well,
Again, Urdu might be the official langauge of Pakistan but not national, as Pakistani is not, in any sense of the word, a single, united nation. There are 5 national languages in Pakistan (Pashto, Sindhi, Saraiki, Balochi and Pujabi). So, this respected, but silly member of Parliament, who is trying to look patriotic, is vaunly trying to show Urdu is national language of this multi-national state, called Pakistan. Shame of you!

dude my home is USA not pakistan… what if i show the guts… where do i go… i live in USA and thats my home. They were already briefed before the departure about extra screening. They were already here for more than six days. We the tax payers were paying 200 $ to each one of them during their stay and driving hummer in Pakistan which cost around hundred thousand after paying custom (if they did) and taking 200 $/per day for visit.

dude if you are a U.S citizen and your parents are from Pakistan and if you do something like this (which i highly doubt) you know you will be known and written as a “Pakistani Nizad American” in media, Dr Aafia Siddiqui’s kids were also US citizens and look what your USA has done to them….no matter how American you want to prove them you still are a Muslim first and then a Pakistani for them sure we don’t need people with identity crisis in Pakistan so congratulations to you for living in US (big deal)
and if you are not a Pakistani then i can so understand why you are pasting links here which shows that US hasn’t been humiliated by these 4/6 men lol
