Process of reforms should be open and transparent, not secretive. Today I came to know about many changes in the constitution for this first through this prog.
Why not they open up a debate, if not in media, then discuss threadbare in the house.
Koi Aqle-Qul Nahi. So must debate before introducing change.
1- Provincial Autonomy….Good
2-Judiciary……………………Do not Undermine Independence
3-Discretion…………………..Abolish all discretionary powers of President, PM and CJ
4-Accountability…………….Strict accountability of parliamentarians, Generals, Judges, PM, President and senior bureaucrats.
5-Transparency……………..Make it part of the constitution that loan/tax defaulters would not be eligible to contest elections and there should be a bar on holding public office for ever on such persons.

Ishaq Dar is the most dumb person I have ever seen.
its the same person who once said that increase in fuel prices will not effect an ordinary person.
Look at the way he was licking the feet of Gilani in his last meeting at Raiwand.
Provincial autonomy,share of the provinces in the natural resources and development of democratic institutions are the problems making most of the mess in the country.These problems should had been resolved 60 years ago,but this time these issues should be settled once for ever.
It is good thing that PML(N) and ANP have reached to the decision on the change of the name of the NWFP.I do not understand why little problems take so long to resolve in Pakistan.In my opinion it would have been much better if both ANP and PML(N) had decided to plebiscite in the province on the new name.
There should be another amendment in the constitution for those swinishness people of this country who join the cabinet of a dictator in the so called vast interest of the country.There should be death penalty if any one joins and support a dictator in the future.
There should be special concessions for Baluchistan and northern areas of Pakistan.These parts of the country are ignored for last 62 years and revolutionary steps should be taken on now or never basis.

I hope constitutional amendments do not bring another chaos in the country.
Very informative programme.First time we learned some detail of amendments about to come,they sound good but let,s see the outcome.

I think all the amendments should become part of the constitution with consensus so we would never need another amendment in the constitution.
I doubt Ishaq Dar is even Matric pass.
He always talk rubbish and loves to lick the – of whoever he see. even Zardari, Gilani or Nawaz Sharif.
