To listen faisal raza abidi is shear waste of time.He is extremely a stupid and useless man. I fail to understand how this man has been taken as Advisor of Zardari.Obviously it is evident that Zardari himself has no ability to assess the stupidity of this person.Zardari should immediately get rid of him.
……Faisal Raza Abidi is shear waste of time. He is extremely stupid and useless man…….
Malik Saheb, what’s the matter with you, its our public, we are stupid in fact… we are 100% stupid, junglee and jahil thats why we keep electing the same people over and over again. Remember this man Faisal Raza Abidi can win on PPP ticket from anywhere in Pakistan very eeeeeeeeeeeeesily.
Malik Saheb, only reason Zardari has not resigned so far is because he has got public support. If tomorrow Zardari is removed by Gen Kiyani the entire Sind and Southern Punjab will come out on the streets. Don’t underestimate the stupidity of Pakistani nation because its the result on election day what matters, and on the election day the brain of Pakistani nation doesn’t work……..and on the election day this nation only remember the name of B H U T T O. And if tomorrow Faisal Raza Abidi was contesting election from Lahore-NA123, he could have won eeeeeeeeeeeeeeesily.
And Asif Zardari if you are reading these lines then don’t resign, don’t return Swiss money because we are a stupid nation and we love Bhutto name.
It is slow and painful process but it is still possible to change minds of the people like me (stupid, janglee and jahil) through demonstration of good behaviour and patience on part of intelligent, cultured and educated folks like you. I think I am now converted to support PTI after reading your above and similar comments for the last few weeks.
I dont know if I am still stupid, janglee or jahil though or have progressed to the next level / your league.
Well done and thanks for opening my eyes and broadening my vision.
@hyporite
If you were in Baghbanpura tomorrow…..will you vote for Hamid Mairaj ??

Just missed out one thing from my above comment. In your last sentence you said, ” Zardari should immediately get rid of him……Are you suggesting that after getting rid of this Faisal Abidi…..then Zardari can stay on……….. Come on Malik Saheb you sound like a sensible man to me.
Please comment.
I am not a great fan of Abidi but I like to see Asghar Khan Appeal and Mehran case opened, what is stopping Supreme Court from opening these cases ?.
I agree with Kurd that poor people in small courts must get speedy justice, I also like to see fee limitations placed on greedy lawyers who never hesitate in fleecing and cheating their clients “poor public”.
Chief justice alone can not solve the problem. His position is powerless in one way that he can not order to arrest a person unless he is sitting in the court. We have to understand that the administration or Executive branch of the government is the most powerful. They are the one who in fact deliver the justice by acting upon constitution or law of the land.
Courts can only do so much, if there is no regard or respect of their orders than Court can not come out of the court room to deliver the justice. Take the case of NRO and we will know who is doing right or wrong. I like Mr. kurds remarks that every head of the department irrespective of the lower or higher level is responsible for its proper function.
If you can not do what you are suppose to do as a head of the department than you loose the right to be the caretaker. They say “If you can not stand the heat than do not enter the kitchen”. We have Prime Minister who is powerless under the current system and than we have a President who do not have great judgement and has gathered around some strange people.
There are too many other reasons but if courts deliver the justice and the executive branch implements that justice than lot of problems that we face today will become histoy.
I pray that in this turning point in the history, Allah will guide us to the right path. Ameen.
I honestly believe that the credit of restoring sacked jusdiciary goes to the people of Pakistan led by democratic political parties and lawyers. It is a shere fallacy to assume that lawyers alone have the credit of achieving this feat. Lawyers would never have succeeded in restoring Ifthikhar and his colleagues if political parties and its workers had not backed them.
And we must not forget that movement for the restoration of judiciary was actually against a dictatorian system imposed on the country by usuerper Gen. Musharaf. People not only wanted the restoration of jusiciary but also the overthrowing of dictatorship. People wanted genuine democracy in the country, and that is why people actively participated in that movement.
I am sure to get a speedy justice we need to have a Independent Judiciary +Independent POLICE force .Moreover 100% cleaning is not possible in one or two years.
Justice is stopped by police as well as courts.
Both of these departments MUST be independent of GOVT in all aspects
and there should b a independent mechanism of accountability of these departments.
We raise pay for these departments and set a strict system of accountability for them .
Congratulations to Javed Chaudry. The topic was good. Faisal Abidi is not an idiot, he is a genius. His job is to defend and praise his party. This is what he has done in this program. PPPP needs people like him. But he is an evil genius, as is his party. His attempt to take the credit of judiciary’s recovery is ridiculous. The fact of the matter is that PPPP was the greatest hurdle in the recovery of judiciary. His argument that it was President Zardari who signed the bill of judges’ recovery is strange, rather funny. JC has rightly made him remember that is the programs of KAL TAK, different representatives of PPPP vigorously defended Dogar and spoke against Iftikhar Chaudhary. If President Zardari was sincere to recover CJ, why didn’t he promptly implemented the Murree Accord? And perhaps Faisal Abidi can remember the Pakistan of 15 and 16 March 2009, when most of the roads of twin cities and Lahore were blocked by containers by PPPP regime. Was all this to recover CJ? What a shameless liar Abidi is. The fact remains that he has done his job assigned to him by his party. A group of rascals assigning a genius rascal to defend itself. So he is bound to do it by hook or by crook.
I dare disagree with Athar Sahab. CJ alone cannot be held responsible if the lower courts are not delivering true justice. He is really doing a good job, and hopefully he will be able to bring some positive changes in the lower courts.
Javaid Chaudry, it was a good program. Keep it up. You are really serving the weak and the poor Pakistanis by making the different kinds of corruptions of our leaders.
Sometimes the timing of the media is almost too much to notice without breaking into a great laughter. Take for example the latest episode of Kal Tak. Let us look at these two media types next to each other.First, Mr. Chaudhry spent the entire show talking about the various crises in the country. Listening to Kal Tak, one could easily believe that the end of the world is coming. Democracy is nowhere to be seen, law and order is completely absent, and only corruption is behind every door. The government is a complete failure, and PPP is secretly planning to repeal the constitution! No need to provide any evidence for any of these claims. It is enough to watch the TV ratings race to the sky to feel sufficiently justified.

Pl dont ever invite this goon Abidi, he is a rascal of highest order. Has no sense in his arguments just talking talking, yelling, yelling and yelling.
What an idiot this Javed Chaudhry is…..Just because he is not finding any topic to discuss in programme, he started maligning judiciary.
