I am from Sindh and PPP has gross root level support and they have dedicated workers who actually make PPP win every time. But after the demise of BB shaheed,People of Sindh are now looking towards Main NS a hope for better future of province and country as whole. The anger is growing against Zardari govt due to his support for terrorist org MQM+Post Flood Relief activities are flawed+BB shaheed Case in in cold waters,No significant progress+No brave stance against injustices against Sindhi people at the hands of their federal Govt and MQM lobby.

There is clearly room for Mian sb to visit Sindh and organise his party at gross root level and I am sure,he can manage to win many seats. The current BRAVE stance of Mian sb has won the hearts of people of Pakistan and espcially Sindh.I wish PMLN all the best.

  3. usman55 says:

Very clear and concise … Nawaz Sharif has come out as a statesman. Making of a leader or at least a strong political figure requires years of political process. After 3 decades NS has shown just that.

Only political person in Pakistan who does what he says without being loud mouth unlike another tanga party teenage hero.

  4. iqbal0ka0pakistan says:

He actually looked like that he has a clear goal set in his mind, and his recent past shows that he is already stick to that (specially talking about All Muslim League alliance thing). Thats something which is new to our politics and I wish him good luck for his future, although he has chosen a hard and bumpy track but inshallah we’ll benefit from it.

  5. Jahil says:

Nawaz Shareef is a termite to Pakistan just like the current PPP leadership is. NS is master of deadlines. Has anyone in media recently asked him what happened to his famous 1o point anti-corruption agenda for which the government had 15 days to say yes/no and 90 days to implement? These losers are so blessed with such a careless and forgetful country. I am sick of seeing their lying multi-faucet faces. “Sharam naheen aati in bey-zameeroon ko” talking about love of the country which they have looted and sold. I am sure they think they can suck some more blood out of this semi-dead body called Pakistan. Allah gharaq keray Pakistan dushmanoon ko.

    Very Clear & Daring stance!!!!!!

I have lost respect for Imran Khan as anchors have to provoke him to get any statement against Military Establishment and his freind Haroon Raheed’s stance is no secret any more.

Nawaz Sharif has more stake in the current system than IK, JI etc. but he is the only leader to look into the eyes of mother of all problems i.e. MILITARY ESTABLISHMENT.

    Hatts OFF!!!!

  7. hazratkhan says:

Wonderful Stance of a Pakistani Politician NS!

Most of the anchors are non-sense and agencies agent? From last three days I see their real bad character?

  8. aqibmunir says:

    VOICE of Sindh!!!

Full 5 years must be given to PPP govt. to eradicate total sympathy from the province and that’s what NS wants, which better for our Nation and all provinces!!!!!!

Chaaa Gyaaa Nawaz Sharif. Sama tv just did a program against NS. They say how NS has the audacity to ask Agencies to give their funding details in the Budget. WHy not???? 60% of the budget going to them, People without food, electricity. OBL hiding just across them, its agencies job to find him and they were busy in making alliances of political parties (PPP- PML Q, PTI-MQM), funding PTI, providing him numbers on the second day of a failed first day Dherna in Peshawar. I hope they understand this and come back to their job.

    @aqibmunir

    Sindh Voice.

Bro,actually during Mush era whole PMLN org was made crumbled in SIndh.PMLN needs a serious and sincere effort to re-organise their party base in Sindh.People are yearning for better change and NS has gained respect for his brave stance against Establishment (Mother of all problems).Without a party structure at local level,PMLN will give a clear way to PPP and MQM leaders to win elections. It’s high time for PMLN to make proper use of it…Sindhi Nationalists, social workers, students and civil SOciety of Sindh can be contacted and rallied to make permanent in roads in Sindh.

BUT…If PMLN wont make serious efforts in this right time to organise PARTY and reach people of Sindh except only taking brave stance, then they will loose in Sindh as IK is looser in Sindh.

  13. progressivepk says:

Now its turning point…No change of face or party can SOLVE Pakistan problems but It REQUIRES change of SYSTEM..a new social contract for Pakistan.A new Pakistan for all of us free from Establishment chains, and Establishment proxies in Politics+Journalism+ Bureaucracy.

Baluchistan is burning today because of Military policies and Pakhtoon Kahva is burning due to Military policies,Sindh doubts the sanctity of Military since the days of one unit. Now Punjab is feeling the same heat from Mighty mind set of Establishment. To the words of Mian NS “The goal is change establishment mind set to make a new Pakistan”.Lets hope he succeeds.

  14. that is the difference between a national leader and isi-sponsored leader. first one identifies issues and provide remedies while isi leader only spreads negative without any solution or usually the solution is to jump from the plane without checking if you are wearing a working parachute or not.

  15. progressivepk says:

History tells us that both National and International Establishment cooperated in order to wipe any one who could challenge their “Chaudrahat” or who could reduce their influence.ZAB and BB are two recent examples how ZAB was hanged based on false case and manipulation in Zia Dictator era and again in MUSH dictator era BB was assassinated.ANy popular and pro people leader is taken as ENEMY number 1 of Establishment and they make conspiracies from all sides in order to teach him/her a lesson.

On current bold stance of NS,I am really worried about NS and I am afraid that may be again Military Establishment may try to counter NS with some new dirty plans.because they wont allow any one to challenge their unparalleled power and control over state. They have BIG interests in this country from bakery, cement, housing schemes, banks, construction, and list goes on .How will they allow any one to question on their Budget, authority and financial schemes???But with the prays of whole Nation and support,I hope NS stays safe and steer this country out of old dirty establishment mind set towards better and progressive time.

    God bless you!

  16. aawan says:

Munafiq party ke geeder leader. Jab waqt bura aaeyga Pakistan yeah geeder dum daba ke bhaag jaeyein ge.

We can’t trust you anymore. Go to the country where your wealth and family is and where you pay taxes.

  17. changee says:

This is what should be said by revolutionary Imran Khan sahib as well but unluckily he is doing politics these days he was not known for i.e. joining hands with army establishment.

  18. KAWA says:

    @Jahil
I agree with you. We need Altaf Bhai and our beloved Commando to lead us to success. Look how successful Musharraf Bhai left us after 10 years of his rule…

Your nick name reflects the depth of your comments.. People like you have a single line agenda. “Condemn every other politician of every province except……..

Estalblishment used IK as they used him in musharaf refrendum. Media tried their best to make him a leader but still he has no vote in public of pakistan but only in internet and in media . All ISI agents like Haroon rashid, mubahsar luqman, hamid mir etc tried to make him a leader but mian sahib stance on mother of all evil milatary establishment clean bold all ISI agents.

This is the time to get rid of establishment if people support mian sb and reject all ISI agents.

I am glad PMLN and Nawaz Sharif came out today spoke boldly and honestly. I am sure Pasha and Kiyani planned yesterday’s dog and pony show to go back to business as usual.

Miyan was spot on all important issues. Hats off to him.

  21. Jahil says:

I apologize if my foot landed on someone’s tail. Obviously I am ignorant and thanks for guiding me :-) KAWA keep your tarot cards working. You guessed my province correct lol. Now get yourself out of gutter. I dont have any agenda. This is my 3rd or fourth comment in last two years. You however are here every now and then “frying your luch”

  22. I have respect for both NS and Imran. Both if become one is the only hope left for our dying country. I wish Imran set aside his ego and stop dreaming a majority in the next elections and join NS hand, form an alliance and steer the country out of all the crisises. PPP and PML-Q are both sold commodities and their vision is to stay in power no matter how low the situation requires them to go. They are a curse on Pakistan. Corrupt, incompetent and liars. And those people who are talking about NS assets should first talk about the stash that is hidden by Zardari and Chaudry Brothers. These pests have eaten the country. Being rich is not a crime. Sharif family is rich before they came into politics. It is about time, all the honest and sincere leaders and politicians get united and throw these corrupt politicians out.

And one more thing I would advise NS. Please do not take any stupid step against US at this time. US is angry as most of the Pakistanis are because there is something that none of us know except the intelligence agency of both countries. No matter how bad you might thing US is… but all they are doing is protect their country. Stop believing in all the conspiracy theories. There might be a some truth in it but no one knows for certain if they are true. We were allies and I being a citizen of Pakistan am ready to forgive them for what has happened. I am watching this whole situation from US and believe me any wrong move would put pakistan is a mortal danger, God forbid, Pakistan could become the next Iraq. We don’t have either the power and money to fight a war against anyone. We lost East Pakistan because of stubborness of some of our Generals and Political leaders. Please do not commit the same mistake again. May Allah protect our beloved country and remove these corrupt leaders once and for all.

  23. choudhryhashmet says:

In past 30 years Nawaz Sharif has mastered the art of deception, he is now a pro at decieving the masses. Nawaz has a clear goal in mind and that is his prime minister ship in 2013.

His is stance against the establishment is however comendable, but his intention behind it is not right. He wants to rule Pakistan with a complete autonomy, where parliament and even judicciary are not able to hold him accountable as proven by his attacks on the judiciary.

When he becomes the prime minister, it will be back to normal with Qarz Utaro, Mulk Sanawaro, sestay tractor, privitization scam. Where is the commision on Raymond Davis case? Where is the commision on Hudaybia Paper Mills scam, where is the commision on the flats and mansions he own in London which he transfered to his sons and now says they are nor his?

Why did he pay 5000 in taxes. And most of all, his achilles heel is Saudi Arabia, would Pakistan be able to make a soveriegn foreign policy under Nawaz Sharif’s rule without any interference from Saudi Arabia?

Politics is the art of manufacuring consent, and politicians who master this art become successful, Mian Sahab is slowly mastering this art but I am not sure if he is sincere about it!!

900 chuhay kha kay nilli hajj ko challi!!!

NS rules the world and rocks Zardari can not have press confrence like mian sahib period.Zardari is a sissy and cowword always hiding in bunker and parliament wants him to stop drone attacks.

  25. sahilkhan says:

I support NS because he has valuable policy, those who are supporting MQM, they should know that they are in government against the wish of their supporter . So I must say that NS is the only hope for Pakistan. I agree to some friends that Pml n should come in Sindh, I must say that they will support them JAGO PAKISTAN.

  26. wbuttar says:

I have been a critic of Nawaz Shareef, but his stand ragarding involvement of agencies carry some weight (now it reveals that his own party was involved in meddling the affairs). Still I am sure he is not capable to head this country as twice (as PM) and twice (as CM) he ruled this country and he is fully responsible for this caos. What efforts he has made in the last three years to make Punjab propsperous and as far as law and order is concerned his provice is even worst. In center he proved to be an Insurance Policy of PPP.

He should immediately declare his real assets/source of income and tax paid etc and publicly apologise his involvement with Establishment for over two decades (including taking money) etc, then we will consider him as a viable alternative.

  27. Fawad Alam says:

Mian Nawaz Sharif demanded that our intelligence agencies “should work within their constitutional ambit” instead of “subverting the constitution, toppling governments, running parallel administrations and strengthening one political party at the cost of others”. The PML-N chief opined that it was about time the foreign policy should be formulated by the civilian democratic government and demanded that the army and intelligence agencies’ budgets should be presented in the National Assembly. There is merit in Mr Sharif’s demands. The PPP and its coalition partners should avail this historic opportunity of tilting the balance of power in favour of civilians. Civilian supremacy will not only set our future in the right direction but will help improve Pak-US relations as well. The military’s game is over bar the shouting; our politicians must take charge now.

  28. Fawad Alam says:

While the PML-N Chief is right now speaking about corruption in Pakistan after his condolence meeting with President Asif Zardari, I am pleased to highlight one news item that has caught our attention. According to The News, the allies of PML-N in the media, Federal Board of Revenue has been barred by a two member bench from recovering Special Excise Duty from the three sugar mills that belong to Mian Nawaz Sharif and his family. The names of these sugar mills are:

    Ittefaq Sugar Mills – Sahiwal
    Brothers Sugar Mills – Lahore
    Ramzan Sugar Mills – Jhang

However right the pleading of the Sharif Family against the claims of FBR, they had a bigger platform available to tell the people of Pakistan the impact of SED on inflation and what not, but then they choose to take the easy route. Go to Lahore High Court and seek a stay order. Let the status quo remain there and take advantage. On top of that, lambasted the government for not raising taxes from those who are due to pay taxes. Kya yeh khula tazad nahee?? Another point to note the commonality between Sharif Family and Geo/Jang group? They talk about increasing tax net and reducing expenditure but then go to high courts to get stay orders on recovery of tax from them! Shameful isn’t it?
