Abdul Sabour, one of the prisoners, kidnapped two years ago, by intelligence agencies from Adiala Jail was found dead in Peshawar from the area of Haji Camp. His funeral will be held tomorrow at 11:30 am in Kohat.
Three other prisoners kidnapped by intelligence agencies from the same batch met with same fate. Their bodies were also found in Peshawar last month.
The original news of the kidnapping was shared on November 26, 2010 under title “How to Control the Armed Monster“.
The intelligence agencies under command of Pakistan Army have scored a new achievement after kidnapping 11 acquitted civilian prisoners from Adiala jail recently. Although kidnappings and enforced disappearances of Pakistani civilians has been a usual business for Army, but this recent incident has brought the criminal activities of Pakistani Army to a new height where even civilian jails are not enough to stop the kidnappings, and where Army Chief would not be able to give his usual excuse that these civilians were never picked up by his men and they probably went for Jihad in Afghanistan.
The kidnapping took place after plea of families of 11 prisoners in the Court, followed by judicial order to release the prisoners who were acquitted from charges against attack on ISI and other defence personnel several months ago. The Supreme Court, which was itself kidnapped and locked by Pakistani Army just three years ago, took an unusual bold stance and called the intelligence chiefs to respond on their latest activity.
The news about death of 4th hostage was reported briefly on Geo News and has not yet reported in any print media.
These retard Military men are bent on destroying this country. The issue is that all the anger from the awam is always at the government, which is true in a lot of cases but the Military are not far behind in corruption and outright state terrorism.
The problem here is that the Military has bought in it’s puppets to do it’s bidding and in this age of so called democracy, is pulling the strings from behind the curtains, which obscures the full extent of they brutalities, coupled with a media blackout and we have a very bleak situation.
Its a horrid thought but Sometimes I wish that someone kidnaps sons of these military high ups, torture them the same way they torture illegally kidnapped people and then throw their bodies in a ganda nala to teach them a lesson and to make them feel the same pain, anguish and grief felt by the families of disappeared people.

You can’t blame the army, it is in their TRAINING to kill. Army kills period. This is how they solve the problems swiftly. If you think your army is too brutal then build the best possible relationship with India. let them build the army that will be due to possible threat from china not you. India has deep cultural relations with Pakistan, I doubt she would hurt Pakistan unless Pakistan really behave badly. After dissolving the army and just keeping the internal security forces, would leave a huge surplus defense budget which should be spent on the welfare of the people and on education.

توہیں عدالت کے نوٹس کے بعد ایجنسیوں نے ایک خود ساختہ کہانی عدالت میں سنائی تھی کہ جب ان گیارہ لوگوں کو اڈیالہ جیل سے رہا کیا گیا تو انہوں نے خود کو رضاکارانہ طور پر ایجنسیوں کے روپ میں لوگوں کے حوالے کر دیا جوکہ ان لوگوں کو قبائلی علاقہ جات میں لے گئے جہاں پر فوجی آپریشن جاری تھا اور جہاں پر دہشت گردوں کے ٹھکانے تھے جب سپریم کورٹ نے آرڈر پاس کیا تو اس علاقے میں سے 20 سے زائد لوگوں کو گرفتار کیا گیا جن میں یہ 11 افراد بھی شامل تھے اور اب ان لوگوں کا کورٹ مارشل ہو رہا ہے
اس موقع پر کسی جج کو اتنا بھی پوچھنے کی جرات نہ ہوئی تھی کہ یہ افراد کس معرکہ میں ہاتھ آئے تھے اور اس معرکے میں کتنے فوجی زخمی یا ہلاک ہوئے تھے اور کیا ان گیارہ افراد میں سے کوئی زخمی یا مارا گیاتھا؟ اور سب سے بڑھکر یہ کہ گیارہ کے گیاہ اکٹھے ہاتھ آ گئے تھے اور ان میں سے کوئی بھی فرار ہونے میں کامیاب نہ ہواتھا؟ پھر کسی جج کو یہ بھی پوچھنے کی جرات نہیں ہوئی تھی کہ سول عدالتوں کے ہوتے ہوئے ان افراد کے کورٹ مارشل کی ضرورت کیوں ہے اور انکا جرم کیا ہے؟

It is deplorable for the army, or any other institution to engage in such heinous crimes.We should condemn it in the strongest terms.
It is also illegal for the institutions(judiciary and army) to politicise themselves. Until the institutions start acting independent, such things will keep happening.
I do realize it is hard for the judiciary to accuse someone in the absence of good evidence presented by the prosecutor.

SLAMABAD: A civilian facing a court martial under the Army Act on charges of attacking the GHQ and ISI Hamza camp died mysteriously on Friday, a brother of the deceased, told Dawn on Friday.
Abdul Saboor, 29, is the fourth civilian detained in the case to have died in mysterious circumstances over the past six months — Mohammad Aamir died on Aug 15, last year, Tahseen Ullah on Dec 17, and Said Arab on Dec 18.
Their bodies were recovered from the Lady Reading Hospital in Peshawar.
Abdul Saboor’s brother, Mufti Shakoor, said that an unknown caller asked him to collect the body of his brother from the Haji camp in Peshawar.
Saboor had been picked up by intelligence agencies on Nov 25, 2007, along with his younger brothers Abdul Basit and Abdul Majid from Lahore.

It’s important that Mansoor Ijaz is present in person in court so he could be forced to answer questions by court if he is reluctant to answer any question that goes against him.
Separately, when he arrives he should be treated as the enemy of the state that he is and cases enacted accordingly then he should only be handed back to US in exchange for Afia Siddiqui. It will be idiotic to not use this opportunity to make US return Afia, for those who think Afia is innocent.
I sincerely hope that ISI would try to rethink their strategy after entering into the second decade of Afghan war and towing the US line for such a long period.

War is a war and when there is a war sh*t happens. I am sure army is not abducting these people for no reason. But having said that war does not differentiate between criminals and innocent people and collateral damage happens all the time. So, it is duty of every citizen to be vigilant and not let any bad elements live within their communities.

A little bit of history for the Hindus here. We Christians are in the 10th Crusade against Islam. We fought the 1st Crusade successfully from 1095-1099 capturing Jerusalem and killing every single Muslim in the City. ( To give a parallel timeline: This was about the time the Hindu Rajput princes had mostly capitulated to or had been defeated by the Ghaznavi dynasty out of Afghanistan). The objectives of the 2nd Crusade in 1101 were to eliminate Muslims from the entire Middle East beginning with Syria and Lebanon. The 2nd Crusade was a stalemate, as Damascus and much of Lebanon remained in Muslim hands. . The Third Crusade 1192-1197 was disastrous as Jerusalem fell to the Muslims after being controlled by the Christians for 90 years (Parallel time line: This was the time when the Ghoris defeated the Rajput kings at the Second Battle of Tarain paving the way for Muslim rule in India) . There were 6 more indecisive Crusades against the Muslims ending with the 9th in 1272 .We Christians lost most of the Byzantine Empire even though our alliance with the Mongols resulted in a near elimination of the Muslims from the face of the earth. Our Mongol allies invaded and occupied every Muslim country in the Middle East and Central Asia and slaughtered the Muslims whole sale destroying their ability to practice or propagate their faith. Iran, Turkey, Central Asia, Afghanistan, Western Pakistan,Iraq, the modern Gulf states, parts of Saudi Arabia, Lebanon, Palestine, Syria ALL fell to the Mongols and their wrath. Baghdad was reduced to ghost town populated by vultures. Every center, mosque, and seminary of the Muslims was destroyed and every Islamic preacher was executed. Only two Muslim kingdoms remained to confront the Mongols militarily: Egypt and India, and even though separated by geography this alliance proved disastrous to the Mongol-Christian campaign. The Mongols struck deep in western India but they encountered a fierce united resistance. The Mongols had sought an alliance with the Rajput princes promising them all help if they revolted against the Muslim Delhi Sultans. Surprisingly the Hindu princes refused cooperation perhaps because they become somewhat comfortable with the “Indianized” Sultans. Unfortunately the Sultanate survived and aided the resistance to the invasion, sheltering the terrorists that weakened the Mongol occupation by attrition. Egypt under Baibers struck the weakened Mongols defeating them at the Battle of Ain-e-Jalout. Baibers then turned his attention on the Crusaders routing them permanently. The Mongols demoralized, converted to Islam, and were absorbed by intermarriage. The converted Mongols now known as Timurids became the most brutal propagators of Islam. The 9th Crusade was a moment in history when Islam would have vanished forever. Then the Christian-Mongol alliance asked the Hindus for help to fight Islam globally. In the 10th Crusade the Jews and Christians once again ask the Hindus for help.

1. She had a PhD in neural networks but when her mother was asked she said Aafia had a PhD degree in Education. Which one is correct?
2. Did she buy night vision goggles?
3. Is her second husband a cousin of Khalid Sheikh Mohammad?
4. Why was she and Dr Fauzia black mailing her first husband based on the pictures that showed allegedly beating?
5. Why was she distributing Islamic Jehadi literature in front on MIT?

well it’s not the matter of afia being innocent or guilty. the most agonizing thing for every single pakistani who is living with some conscience is the treatment that she received during the whole episode. she allegedly assaulted US monsters soldiers and then snatched guns from them to kill them. what a crap, is it believable.
the poor lady had to endure the humiliation of strip searching in front of US p igs and then given the sentence of 86 years of imprisonment ahhh. she is still being tortured in that US hell. i think after this very incident US shouldn’t claim to be a civilized society where a delicate woman is treated like this. thanks to traitor mush who not only sold her but gifted other pakistanis to US including six months old child.
