Allah SWT is to be thanked for the arrest of the biggest serial killer of the century. May Allah Punish Him for all the crimes that he has committed in Pakistan and else where in the world. Ameen.

Today is Thanks Giving day for all patriotic Pakistanis.

So if London Police is only pursuing the money laundering case and not the Imran Farooq murder case (because of lack of evidence) then can somebody who has the knowledge of British law tell us how many years are we going to see this man behind bar, both minimum and maximum? What are the chances of his release on bail after serving some months in jail? I am afraid that he will be out in couple of months to become even more dangerous criminal than before for Pakistanis.

I only hope we can get rid of this God father once and for all so that people of Karachi can get some break from all the crime.

Dear gulraiz55 – On 26 May, 2014 I posted “you are right. I think as per recent developments it fits on altaf as well.

Punishment for money laundering in UK is from 2 to 14 years. Chances of his coming out of jail on bail are minimal because the courts will then be making precedence by which future such offenders will also claim benefit.

It apparently is clear that the blood sucking Vampire has gone for atleast 5 to 10 years minimum Allah Willing.

Deevav – thank you for the information. I can also hope that by putting him in jail they also remove his ability to control the mafia in Karachi. I can only then hope that some law abiding good Pakistani take over the leadership role in MQM to steer it clear from the present criminal elements in the party.

The latest news does not seem that any restrictions are being placed on the Don as he is making statements through his goons and Karachi is still under siege from these bandits. I hope British law can also take notice of this activity and term MQM and its leadership terrorists similar to Canada.

Meeting of Pakistani acting Counselor General with don Altaf is a routine thing. This meeting took place in the presence of Scotland Yard reps. Rest all is bullshit as he could not have the strength to stand upon his feet when Scotland Yard and SOCA came to his residence for his arrest.

As is very clear that all the terrorists are actually very coward. Whatever he is now acting is to make sure that his presence is felt in Karachi so that already divided MQM does not fall apart altogether.

Wait and see Allah SWT Has much more in store for this serial killer Allah Willing.

The news was good about his arrest but he use the same strategy which was used by musharaf i.e to use his bad health issues and land in hospital for his health related issues. my guess and hope is that he will be released soon either on bail or no evidence found about his involvement in the money related case. as UK will not do any thing instead they try to put the balls in Pak govt so that what ever bad thing happened it will happen in Pakistan and they can easily say that their system give a clear chit to altaf a renowned corrupt, murderer so called politician.

  8. deevav says:

Serial Killer has been released on bail. This as per known UK Lawyers was very much expected. Since his passport has been confiscated and he cannot escape, his bail was expected.

But he has been called in Jul and most likely by then Imran Farooq’s murder investigations will also be completed.

Money laundering issue is so solid serial killer has no chance of avoiding jail Allah Willing.

This is a sad day for Pakistan. I think things might not improve for Karachi for a long time as I dont think this Don will ever get punished for all the crimes he committed in Pakistan. Is there a way some Pakistani organizations can start an international case against MQM for crimes against humanity?

I feel sorry for people of Karachi as a lot of them were very hopeful that things will change for them but now all those hopes are dashed.

Deevav – I dont believe NS govt will now cooperate with British govt on Imran Farooq’s murder as they dont want MQM to join forces with ISI sponsored campaign to dislodge the govt. So only thing left is money laundry case and tax evasion. If people in London can convince the police that during Don’s detention Karachi was kept hostage by MQM goons then that charge may also be brought during his trial but I dont know if intimidation charges will stick to him.
