    That is a good step by pco judges.

    Iam afriad they will either pass an ambiguous judgement or only penalise ns.

    Ab baat chal niklee hai tou missing persons case bhi khull jeay aur hamaray baloch bhayyoo kaa qatl.e.aam rukk jaey.

    In my opinion, missing persons case is the most important case in court right now.

    اگر یہ کیس آگے چلے گا اور نواز شریف کو پھنسایا جائے گا تو نواز شریف واپس پی پی کی طرف دیکھیں گے کہ آو مل بیٹھ کر بات کریں ،میمو گیٹ کا سارا جوش ٹھنڈا ہو جائے گا .
    اور چلو فوج کی سازشوں کے ساتھ وہ تمہیں بھی اسی طرح رگڑ دینیگے

    ...those who have disbursed these funds should be brought to justice...not just the recipients...establishment is hell bent upon eliminating both mainstream parties ...

    NS is considerably safe till the the time IMC is CJ ... he feels indebted towards MNS... the establishment is using various scientific methods at its diposal to eliminate MNS popularity ...his survival lies in aligning himself with democratic forces ... rather then playing double games with establishment as well as govt...

    btw those who get money today from establishment should be exposed too ...

    Do "Democractic forces" to you mean "corrupt forces".

    I mean don't dirty the term democratic.

    IK is the one who emphasized this petition and made it heard in the SC. He has also said it will expose all who took money from ISI whether in the past and now.

    The "corrupt forces"' time is over, and keep dirtying the word "democratic" to save them, it won't work.

    Both PPP and PMLN are hurdle to Pakistan's prosperity, as both are corrupt to the core.

    Do not forget that ISI gave money to other parties not Other parties gave money to ISI.. so infact the main problem is ISI who financed such activities.. Why Coward Imran Khan does not ask question to ISI that why ISI Gave money to parties??

    ALL the people who have come to PTI if they had decided to go to PMLN, PMLN would have accepted them with while blowing its trumpet. IN fact, it begged people like SMQ to join but they didn't.

    So have some shame.

    You are actually undressing your own self by this argument. The theory is that the people of Pakistan are tired of old parties which INCLUDES your party, PMLN, and that they want to see no old face in PTI.

    So when you concur with this argument, you are stepping your own tail!

    ISI is wrong in giving money, but those who took it prove themselves to be the lackeys of establishment.

    Such lackeys and corrupts can never be leaders!

    Nawaz poori taranh nanga ho jaye ga agar court mein ye baat sabit ho jati hai!!!

    And this case is basically against ISI, and Imran is the one who emphasized this case more than anyone else except Asghar Khan who is the petitioner and who is now in PTI!

    In this case I see ISI and Hameed Gul as the main culprits.
    SC should summon ISI chief and inquire about ISI's political wing and have it shutdown and ensure a mechansim or atleast recommend one that ensures that wing never operates again.

    However, I feel the outcome of this case will be ambiguous and politicians will be mostly penalised.

    chalain kisi tarha tou ap nay mana kay yeh dono jamatain Loteray aur Lotey paida karnay ki factory hai. Jis ka pata us party kay logon say chalta hay us say phelay tou woh masoom aur pegunnah hotey hain.

    I think this case was after Hameed gul era as dg isi. Asad Durrani was DG ISI at the time & Aslam Beg was COAS . President was GIK.

    This is more of 1990 elections era rather than 88 when Hameed gul was in ISI and formed IJI.
