جیو نیوز کے پروگرام ”جرگہ“ میں عمران خان کے ساتھ میرے مکالمے کا حسب توقع اور حسب عادت ان کے بعض مداحوں کی طرف سے سخت ردعمل سامنے آیا ۔فیس بک اور ای میل کے ذریعے بعض نے گالیاں تو بعض نے دھمکیوں سے نوازا۔ جہاں تک گالیوں کا تعلق ہے تو میں حددرجہ گناہ گار انسان ضرور ہوں لیکن ماں باپ نے گالیاں نہیں سکھائیں اس لئے جواب نہیں دے سکتا البتہ دھمکیاں دینے والوں کی خدمت میں اتنا عرض کرنا چاہوں گا کہ وہ آج عمران خان کے مداح بنے ہیں اور میرا ان کے ساتھ تب سے واسطہ اور تعلق ہے جب میں سیکنڈ ایئر کا طالب علم تھا۔ پردے کے پیچھے رہ کر گالیاں اور دھمکیاں دینے والے یاد رکھیں کہ ان کے لیڈرنیم قبائلی اور نیم پختون ہیں جبکہ میں مکمل پختون اور مکمل قبائلی ہوں ۔ عمران خان کے ساتھ میرا جس نوعیت کا تعلق ہے وہ، وہ جانتے ہیں اور میں جانتا ہوں ۔ ”جرگہ“ کے انٹرویو کے بعد بھی وہ ہنستے مسکراتے میرے دفتر سے رخصت ہوئے کیونکہ میں نے انٹرویو کی نوعیت اور موضوعات کے بارے میں ان کو پہلے سے بتادیا تھا۔ گالیاں دینے اور دھمکیاں دینے والوں پر یہ بھی واضح کردوں کہ جوں جوں عمران آگے بڑھتا جائے گا توں توں ہماری تنقید میں بھی شدت آئے گی اور اگر اقتدار میں آئے تو پھر اس سے بھی بڑھ کر ہوگی۔ زرداری صاحب جیل میں تھے تو کبھی ان کے خلاف لفظ نہیں لکھا اور حکمران بنے تو کبھی ان کے حق میں نہیں لکھا۔ یہ اصول آپ کے لیڈر کے بارے میں بھی ہوگا ۔

If people disapproved Imran taking in old horses, they wouldn't have showed up for the Karachi jalsa. He even announced Sardar Assef's induction and received thunderous applause...
Mr Saafi, let the voters decide what they want for themselves.

Thread title should be 'awam ka saafi ke mu par tamacha'.

People did not disapprove Imran Khan for taking in old horses, because they have been mesmerized by Imran and most of them have Imran as idol. They do not use their intelligence.
This is evident when they gave thunderous applause on introduction of Sardar Asif, who placed roadblocks in HEC identifying "fake degrees" and thus promoted "corruption". Sardar, also supported USA policies in Pakistan by declaring that the Raymond Davis has immunity.

These poor "inqlabis" are getting desperate. They should learn patience and understand that their PTI is a temporary show. It has slim chances of getting beyond "Jalsas"--enjoy while it lasts.

If they are in doubt, they should check with Ross Perot about his "inqalab" debut of 1992.

No body can defend any abusive language toward any one. It condemnable if it is done by workers of PTI or PML-N or PPP or any other Party full stop.

Having said that how to identify the people who are sending this. I can send abusive SMS or email or call some journalist who criticize NS will people will assume I am from PML-N.

If Imran or any other leader of PTI use some abusive language or they approve such behavior then one should blame IK.

BTW I know its a typing error; just adding humour!

Rest, criticism of Safi against N-league is well known. If you read his columns regularly, you will conclude that he is one of very few who write without inclination to any party/leader.He is generally an expert on pak-afghan relationships.

کیا سلیم صافی نے پردے کے پیچھے رہ کر یا سامنے آ کر کسی کو گالیاں دی ہیں، کسی کو دھمکیاں دی ہیں یا کسی کو برا بھلا کہا ہے؟

کیا یہ درست نہیں کہ غلط لوگوں کی حمایت کرنے والا بھی برابر غلط ہوتا ہے؟

May be expakistani want to write Islah (اصلاح)

Tanqeed is important otherwise no body knows about their
-ive aspects.

Another thing is no one knows the real identity of people who are sending abusive messages to journalist who criticize IK.

As IK mention in his interview that once Hasb e Haal people got such abusive messages after IK was criticized in their program and then from same numbers they got loud applause when they praised Nawaz Shareef in their program.

اور ہاں پی ٹی آئ والوں کو اس معملے کو زیادہ سنجیدگی سے لینا چاہئیے اور کوشش کرنی چاہیے کہ ان افراد کی اصلیت معلوم کی جا سکے جو اس طرح کہ بیہودہ پیغمات بھجتے ہیں تاکہ دودھ کا دودھ اور پانی کا پانی ھو

اور صحافی حضرات کو بھی چاہیے کہ وہ گمانم مسیج ملنے کے بعد یہ اخذ نہ کریں کہ یہ اس پارٹی کے کارکن نے بھجا] ہوگا جس پر اس نے تنقید کی تھی

What Salim Saafi has written rings absolutely true....we must get out of this mentality that "You are either with us or against us"....criticism is a basic ingredient in the making of democracy pie we don't get tired of quoting...We should be mature and brave enough to take criticism in our strides and correct our mistakes as we go along the way......

حقیقت یہ ہے کہ تحریک انصاف کی طرف لوگوں کے رجوع میں عمران خان کی حکمت و بصیرت کا حصہ کم جبکہ آصف علی زرداری اور میاں نوازشریف کی غلطیوں، نااہلیوں ، اناپرستیوں ، اقرباپروریوں اور دوست نوازیوں کا حصہ زیادہ ہے۔ عوام تو کیا انہوں نے اپنے ساتھیوں کو بھی اس بری طرح مایوس بلکہ بے عزت کیا کہ وہ تیسری قوت کی تلاش میں لگ گئے۔ دوسری طرف عمران خان اور ان کے نادیدہ بہی خواہ تاک میں بیٹھے تھے چنانچہ انہوں نے ان کو فوراً جمع کرنا شروع کیا۔

یہ جو اب بڑے بڑے جلسوں میں عمران خان کے ساتھ تقریریں جھاڑتے ہوئے نظر آتے ہیں، وہ انقلاب کے لئے ساتھ آئے ہیں اور نہ تحریک انصاف کے نظریئے کے لئے ۔تحریک انصاف کے نظریئے کے اصل حامی اور عمران خان کے حقیقی مداح وہ لوگ ہیں جو 1995ء سے لے کر لاہور کے جلسے تک ان کے ساتھ تھے۔ اس جلسے سے پہلے بھی عمران خان انہی خوبیوں کے حامل تھے، ان کے آئین اور منشور میں لاہور کے جلسے کے بعد کوئی تبدیلی نہیں آئی۔ تبدیلی کے لئے آتے یا پھر عمران خان کے مشن کو آگے بڑھانے کے لئے تو یہ لغاری، قریشی، ہوتی، سواتی، ہاشمی اور قصوری وغیرہ لاہور کے جلسے سے پہلے تحریک انصاف میں چلے آتے۔

تحریک انصاف ایک ملک گیر اور موثر سیاسی قوت بننے جارہی ہے جس کے کئی مثبت اور خوش آئند نتائج بھی سامنے آئے ہیں یا پھر آئیں گے ۔ پہلا یہ کہ میاں نوازشریف اور زرداری صاحب کا سیاسی غرور خاک میں مل گیا اور لوگوں کو ایک متبادل اور نظریاتی طور پر متوازن سیاسی پلیٹ فارم بھی میسر آگیا ۔ پی پی پی ، مسلم لیگ (ن) ، ایم کیوایم اور اے این پی پر اب دباؤ بڑھ جائے گا اور شاید وہ اپنے کارکنوں اور وابستگان کو مزارع سمجھنے کی بجائے انسان سمجھنے لگ جائیں۔

Why Saleem Safi didnt publish the phone number from which he got sms. Just expose the people who sent you such sms instead of blaming PTI or any one else by assuming that he ask tough questions from IK so the senders of these messages must be PTI supporters

meray khial say Saleem safi aik acha zaheen Sahafi hai. Aishey ochey hatkanday mukhlifoon ki taraf se mazi main bhi istimal hotey rahe hain and hotey rahain ga. Yeh Imran Khan ko aur is kay party workers to badnam karney ki sarzish hai. jo expose ho choki hai. Ab is ka koi faida nahin hai koi naya tareeqa istimal karin. Mukhlifoon ka ik group is kam pay mamoor hai. carry on

Once again request to Salim Safi: Expose the people who sent you abusive sms by publishing their numbers so thats way we can know real face of them and know which party they belong to and then what action that particular party take against them.

This tripe has no effect on political situation in Pakistan. While we are talking about proverbial slaps (slapping is girly), let's not ignore the devastating blow right on the chin of PMLN by PTI i.e. Javed Hashmi. I think it will be a while before anyone can match that in Pakistani politics.

Saleem Safi would not be doing his job properly if he did not grill every politician properly. So fair play to him for asking difficult questions (and for idiots, that is not what slapping is). I find the **** reprehensible who has send him vulgar or threatening messages.

I have to admit I do not really watch him but I did watch him interviewing Karazai about a month or two back. I was not not very impressed, he seemed like the cat sitting on the villain's lap in the Bond film, 'You Only Live Twice.' He failed to take Karzai out of his comfort zone and treated him like a 'properly elected' leader.

And those of you who have three minutes to kill, I give you the cat;

I remind everyone not to take a shot at Sana (of Laikin fame) or else our own super hero SutanAliKhan will be on your case before you have hit the Enter key.
