پچھلے دنوں سابق چیف آف آرمی سٹاف اور سابق صدر مملکت پاکستان پرویز مشرف کے بدنام اور رسواۓ زمانہ
طمع اقتدار کے نظریہ کے تناظر میں تخلیق کردہ این آر او کے مستفید یافتہ پیپلز پارٹی کے مشترکہ چیئرمین اور موجودہ صدر پاکستان یعنی ٹو ان ون یا حقیقت پسندانہ الفاظ میں آل ان ون آصف علی زرداری نے ایک بڑے عوامی جلسے میں جو کہ گورنر ہاؤس پنجاب کے لان میں کرسیوں پر براجمان شرکاء سے پنجابی اردو میں یا اردو پنجابی میں خطاب کیا،لیکن ایک بات ضرور ہے کہ کرسیوں پر بیٹھنے والےعوامی نہیں ہوتے،خصوصی ہوتے ہیں،لہذا خبر کچھ اس طرح ہونی چاہيئے تھی کہ ایک بڑے خصوصی اور منتخب جلسہ عام سے خطاب کرتے ہوۓ دو زبردست انکشاف کیئے ایک تو یہ کہ انہیں معلوم ہے کہ ان کی زوجہ یعنی بینظیر زرداری کے قاتل کون ہیں،نیز وقت آنے پر وہ ان کے نام عوام کے سامنے لائیں گے۔ موصوف کے اس بیان پر مجھے 1965 کی جنگ کے بعد 10 جنوری 1966 کا معاہدہ تاشقند یاد آگیا جس پر دستخطوں کی تقریب کے بعد موصوف آصف علی زرداری کے مرحوم سسر جناب ذوالفقار علی بھٹو نے اس وقت کی حکومت یعنی ڈیڈی صدرایوب سے کنارہ کشی اختیار کرلی اور اس کنارہ کشی کے بعد اعلان کیا کہ معاہدہ تاشقند کیا ہے،اور اس کے بارے میں اہم انکشاف کرونگا۔ پھر اسی نعرے کو بنیاد بنا کر 30 نومبر 1967 کو پیپلز پارٹی تشکیل دی۔ لیکن موصوف 04 اپریل 1979 کو پھانسی چڑھ گئے ،یعنی 11 سال 04 ماہ اور 04 دن،جس میں کہ 05 سال 06 ماہ اور15 دن کا عرصہ حکومت کا بھی تھا پھر بھی تاشقند کی بلی تھیلے سے باہر نہ آسکی، اور یہ ہی ٹوپی ڈرامہ آصف علی زرداری بینظیر زرداری کے قتل پر فرما رہے ہیں اور یہ نوشتہ دیوار ہے کہ بلی کو آصف علی زرداری بھی تھیلے سے باہر ہرگز نہیں لا ئیں گے،کیونکہ اگرموصوف بلی تھیلے سے باہر لے آۓ تو سیاست سیاست کا کھیل کیسے جاری رکھا جا سکے گا،اوراگر سیاست سیاست نہ کھیل پاۓ تو پیسے واپس کرنے پڑیں گے،اور اگر پیسے ہی واپس کرنے تھے تو پھر اس ٹوپی ڈرامے کی کیا ضرورت؟ آصف علی زرداری کا دوسرا انکشاف اس سے بھی زیادہ حیران کن تھا،اور پاکستان کی یہ سترہ کروڑ عوام موصوف کا جسقدر احسانمند ہوں اتنا ہی کم ہے،کیونکہ موصوف نے جو حیران کن اور بھیانک انکشاف کیا ہے ،بقول حبیب جالب یہ گدھے جن کا نام ہے عوام مکمل طور پر اندھیرے میں تھے۔ موصوف نے انکشاف کیا کہ انہیں معلوم ہے کہ 4 فٹ 3 انچ کا شخص پنجاب میں دندناتا پھر رہا ہے،لیکن اسے جواب دینا ہوگا بھٹو کے قتل کا،کہ کیوں کرعدالتی قتل ہوا ان کے عظیم قائد کا،لیکن میری ناقص یادداشت مجھے یہ بتاتی ہے کہ بھٹو مرحوم کی پھانسی کے روز تک موصوف کا کوئی سیاسی قدکاٹھ نہ تھا اور موصوف کے والد پیپلز پارٹی سے کنارہ کش ہو چکے تھے، دوسرے آصف علی زرداری کی شادی پھی سسر مرحوم کے تختہ دار پر چڑھنے کے بعد ہوئی تھی، اور بھٹو مرحوم کی پھانسی کے موقع پر نہ تو بھٹو مرحوم کے سمدھی حاکم علی زرداری صاحب نے اور نہ ہی سمدھی صاحب کے فرزند آصف علی زرداری نے جو بعد ازاں بھٹو صاحب کے داماد بنے کسی تعزیت یا رنج اور ملال کا اظہار کیآ،ویسے داعی اس عزم کے ہیں کہ پیپلز پارٹی کی آبیاری اپنے خون سے کریں گے۔
اب آتے ہیں موجودہ حکومت کے ایک اور دبنگ شخصیت مجّو شاہ کے بھائی اور پیر بگاڑا کے سمدھی وزیراعظم امور معافی اور یو ٹرن جناب مخدوم سیّد یوسف رضا نے بیرون ملک دورے کے دوران پریس کانفرنس،جس کے بارے میں یہ نہیں پتہ کہ اپنے ساتھ گئے ہوۓ 75 صحافی حضرات کے روبرو یا ‏‏غیر ملکی پرنٹ اور الیکٹرونک میڈیا کے سامنے گلّے کے انداز میں واویلا کیا،کہ عوام این آر او کے مستفید یافتہ لوگوں کی کردار کشی یا میڈیا ٹرائل کر رہی ہے ،جبکہ دوسری جانب اس کا خالق اور موجد بیرون ملک کھلا اور آزاد گھوم رہا ہے،اور یہ کس قدر افسوسناک ہے۔ وزیر اعظم کے اس بیان پر مجھ جیسے ان پڑھ اور جہلاء کے کچھ تحفظات ہیں،ویسے تو یہ تحفظات کا لفظ غرباء اور عام شہریوں کے لیئۓ شجر ممنوع اور غیر ضروری ہے،کیونکہ ہم غریب غرباء کے لیئے تحفظات کی بجاۓ مشکلات اور مسائل کا لفظ ہوتا ہے۔ وزیر اعظم صاحب آپ کا گلہ بالکل بلکہ 110٪ صیح اور حقائق پر مبنی ہے۔ لیکن مسلہء یہ ہے کہ کھلا اور آزاد گھومنا بطور استعارہ ایک جانور جس کو گھر میں رکھنے کیصورت نیکی کا فرشتہ گھر میں داخل نہیں ہوتا،اس کے لیئے استعمال ہوتا ہے، اور اس کی نقل وحرکت اپنے آقا کے حکم کے عین مطابق ہوتی ہیں۔ اس کے کھلے پھرنے کے اوقات کار بھی مالک کی مرضی کے تابع ہوتے ہیں،نیز اس کھلا پھرنے کے ليئے کھولنا بھی مالک کی مرضی پر منحصر ہوتا ہے۔ اب جہانتک این آر او کے موجد کا تعلق ہے،تو پرویز مشرف 18 اگست 2008 کو مستعفی ہوۓ ، یعنی پاکستان کی تاریخ میں ماہ اگست میں وقوع پذیر اہم واقعات میں ایک اور اضافہ۔ 14 اگست 1947 قیام پاکستان کا مبارک موقع،17 اگست 1988 ایک فوجی غاصب امیرالمنافیقین ضیاءالحق سے نجات پائی، اور اب 18 اگست 2008 کو ایک اور فوجی غاصب پرویز مشرف کی چھٹی ہوئی۔ اور ملتان کے گیلانی اور پاکستان کے وزیر اعظم آن پیپر سےایک عاجزانہ سوال ہے،اور سوال یہ ہے کہ 18 اگست 2008 کو ریڈ کارپٹ خدا حافظ کس کے دور میں ہوا،اور اس کے بعد ٹیلی ویثرن پرعوام سے آخری خطاب اور اس خطاب میں قوم کو اپنے دورحکومت کی کارگزاری بتانے کا اختیار اور موقع کس نے فراہم کیا۔ اور اس کیبعد چک شہزاد کے پرتعیش محل میں مکمل حفاظت کے ساتھ کس نے رکھا۔ اور آخیر میں کس نے پرویز مشرف کو ملک سے باہر جانے کا پروانہ جاری کیا،اور اب ملتان کا گیلانی اس بات پر واویلا کر رہا ہے کہ این آر او کا خالق بیرون ملک کھلا پھر رہا ہے،کوئی اسے کیوں نہیں پکڑتا؟ واہ قربان جاؤں کاغذی وزیر اعظم تمہارے اس واویلے پر۔ محترم یوسف رضا گیلانی صاحب، جس انداز آصف علی زرداری ان کے حواری آپ خود اور آپ دونوں کے مشترکہ حواری جس انداز میں ملک ملک کھیل رہے ہیں،اس انداز میں توکوئی اپنے محلے میں سبزی کی دوکان یا پرچون کی ہٹی نہیں چلاتا،اور اس وقت اس ملک کو چلانے میں مصروف عمل جرائم پیشہ،بددیانت،خائن،شرابی،زانی،فاسق فاجراور دروغ گو حضرات شامل ہیں۔ آسان اور سلیس اردو میں یہ کہنا کافی ہوگا کہ ریوڑ کی رکھوالی بھیڑیے کے ذمہ، دودھ کا رکھوالا بلا،خزانے کا رکھوالا ڈاکو،اور پاکستان کے رکھوالے موجودہ حکمران۔ اللہ اللہ خیر صلہ۔ تسنیم احمد صدیقی

Do u remember what happened with Yahya Khan or Tikka Khan or Niazi ?

Bahi , ARMY is a 'racket/mafia' which protects its workers and no one can dare to touch them.

For your kind memory , current COAS was the chieif negotiator in NRO.

Bahi , its a war between ROUGE ARMY & bloody civilians and till we civilians get united , we will be runied like this.

No Sharif Admi. It is no WAR between Army and bloody civilians. It is a tug of war between corrupt generals and corrupt politicians. When these bloody politicians will be neat and clean and truly represent the public wishes, then you will not find any rogue general to f**k the system.

You only criticize the army side but be fair please that politicians are just other side of the coin.

The problem is only with the common public. You asked for unity. Yeah public has to be united but also to change their psyche. Everyone has to get out of the shells of these "big party" phobia. Give vote to only good person even if lacks a cycle to travel.

U tell me when politicians were given a chance by ROUGE ARMY to operate freely .

Give me a full five year stint ?

I criticize these politicians because they become puppet of this ROUGE ARMY but in order to get a break through one is bound to work from within the system . Probably , they are looking for a chance. NS , although i m a strong critic of him , gave it a try in both terms although he himself in illegal baby of ARMY itself and failed.

And , about big parties , do u think that its people vote which translates in results ? Then please look at the history and especially for IJI ,PIF , MMA and PML_Q. U will get to know how electoral process is hi-jacked and by whom and probabbly then u will understand that why i m saying that its war between ROUGE ARMY and bloody civilians (bloody civilian is not only zardari or NS . Its bascically u & me ---the masses).

I have given u answer in detail but

U didn't touch the main issue NRO in this case.

Isn't a fact that NRO was issued by ex-COAS and negotiated by current COAS ?

We are all after people who benefited from NRO but whats about these two ? Aren't they culprits and brought to justicse ?

SA .. I never advocated the present COAS. I just wanted to say and you also know that all these generals, politicians are two sides of same coin.

The problem is in the total lot of these thugs. we have to get rid of them if we wish to prosper .. otherwise NRO, deals, dialogue, etc ... will remain on our heads...

Dear friends,

Pakistan has been working as a proxy; a subservient to United State. It amounts to befooling ourselves, if we even say that Pervez Musharraf had a say in arranging NRO.

Since when; the slaves had a say in decisions making of his master?

NRO was initiated by United States; Musharraf simply carried out the orders on ground---- to lay a red carpet on the arrival of US robot, Miss Benazir Bhutto who was duly nurtured and mould at Washington for the job. Sadly she was taken off the scene when reportedly the Robot started malfunctioning.

I think we have also forgotten that we got money from US for laying reception carpets and for holding elections.

Aay Khokhar,

The ROBOT did not malfunction but rather it started showing signs of artificial intelligence, supposedly. Only then it was decided by its creator that it is better to pull the plug on this piece of hardware and instead develop a new piece of junk called "I Zardari."

Your story might be very correct but i don't pay taxes to US government.

I pay taxes to GOP from which presidnet of Pakistan and COAS get their salary and they are answerable to an ordinary citizen of Pakistan like me.

NRO was issued by then COAS/ President and was negotiated by current COAS.

Mr. Yusuf Reza Gillani pledged his loyalty and duties through an oath while Javed Hashmi refused oath on grounds that Gen Pervaiz Musharraf had detained him and attempted to undermine constitution of Pakistan. Huge difference!

Mr. Gillani was also present during a guard of honor for General Musharraf and was an onlooker when Musharraf left Pakistan.

Now he calls for Musharraf to be detained is an out right hypocrisy and double standards.

YRG took oath of loyallty and duties towards the state of Pakistan before the defacto/dejuro president of Pakistan not to Mr.Mushraf.

Although , i totally agree that Javaid hashmi's had more power stance.

Just to give example , ML , took oath from Lord MT.Batton in 1946 despite the fact it was working for independence of india.

Similary , in recent history , Nelson Mandella made agreemnets with arpatharid regimes to end arpatharid.

Point , i m trying to make is that , YRG , being the elected leader of house was supposed to take oath of PM of Pakistan .What were his options ?

Being a senior of mine , please tell me that what happened to Yahyaa Khan , Tikka Khan or Amir Abdullah Khan Niazi ?

I would be really obliged.

Kept in solitary confinement till their deaths. The two insisted to be heard at a public level or what ever they wanted to say should be made public but they were never provided an opportunity to do so!. (Tikka Khan was a PPP man therefore an exception - Who was detailed first to East Pakistan? this should be enough to uncover a secret).

Yayha khan was in his pindi home and died their and buried with all guard of honour.

Tikka was made first COAS after Gul Hassan.

Niazi was not under house arrest , was an active politican and member of JUP (noorani)

Yahya and Niazi were both presented in front of Hamood ur rehman commission and recorded their statements over there.

And hamood ur rehman commission report (still apart from few chapters ) has been declassified .

As far as I remember they were kept confined away from contact with public.
Any credible evidence that Yahya was allowed to move freely out of his Pindi house and mingle with public?
The same (credible evidence) about political activities by Niazi would be very much appreciated.

Anyway who knows Hamood ur Rehman report that has been declassified and released a lot later when all role players were no more is not doctored?

I didn't say that yahya was allowed. I said he was buried with guard of honour and in national flag.

About Niazi , i m pretty sure that he was free to move and member of JUP . I will try to find some source for u .

i agree tthat HR report might be doctored and proablably we should hear to bengali version of ARMY's "kartoots.

R u witness of all events that have happened in history and current events ? Not at all sir .

Does it make your oponion less worth while ? no sir .

All of us have learn about events around us and what happened in history through other sources & people .

I m really disgusted by this notion that since i was born after 71 thats why i m not capable of speaking on those events. Didn't expect from a senior member like u .

Main problem is 1973 constitution because

1)it is not workable document. we need amendment on every step to move forward.

2)IT CAN NOT DIFFERENTIATE good and eval.

if a member votes according to his concious against the will of party. he can be blamed for floorcrossing

if a member sells his loyalty. he will claim that he has voted according to his concious.

* OUR POLITICAL PARTIES ARE PROPRIETARY.

* NONE IS DEMOCRATIC

* BOTH PARTIES RUN THEIR SHOW THROUGH BUREAUCRATS

Beside BB and Musharaaf the other key players on NRO were Rehman Malik (interior minister), Farooq Niak (Chairman Senate) and Latif Khosa (Adviser to PM) from BB's side AND Gen. Kiyani (COAS), Gen. Pasha (DG ISI) and Tariq Aziz (then Principal Secretary to President Musharaaf).

Good luck in nipping the evil in the bud.
