Nothing new. They also speak Pushto and Punjabi and sport beard and wear shalwar qameez. It is the new breed of secret service killers flooding into Af-Pak area as promised by Obama. There are more of these mercenaries compared to regular army and they are not going to help treat Pakistani sick or poor or to build hospitals or schools but to kill and maim. The Pakistani national career PIA is getting big $$$$ to fly these killers to kill Pakistanis. Subhan'Allah.

It is not justified for a True Muslim to spread miss-information, Dis-information, panic and baseless rumors without any proof.
This is crime as well as sin.

I would argue, that this is a matter of national security.
We as citizens of Pakistan have the right to remain EXTREMELY suspicious about it, untill our suspicions are dealt with in a satisfactory way.

All evidence so far points to sinister agenda of Blackwater. It has been even admitted by its own CEO who recently resigned. Just google and find out. The track record of spy agencies in West is nothing new. They have been engaged in clandestine activity since long and have now become more open.

But you deny because otherwise you would be addmitting that Taliban in FATA are working with and for RAW and CIA, thus legitimising army opp. You can't addmit this because this will leave Imran Khan nothing to rant on about, my dear PTI member :(

A huge number of Pakistanis happen to earn a living here from the Middle East. I personally know many who belong to various areas from Northern Pakistan. They not only confirm what Shahzad has mentioned but incidents they have witnessed themselves while during their stay when on leave or through their almost daily calls to relatives. This cannot be refuted while on the other hand what ever media is propagating is mere propaganda having little or nothing to do with on ground realities!

Interesting phrase which reminds me of Economics 101 course that I took back at university. The basic principle of Capitalist economic model goes like "resources are scarce and wants are unlimited".
Same thing here, short resource, endless wants.
Now coming to your point on War. When we talk about the on going war in global perspective we are talking about War lead by US/NATO with defined agenda, we are not talking about small/calculated military operation conducted by Pak Army for short goals. This operation may have no impact on the 'war'.
Don't mix the two things and muddy the water -plz.

MemberI don't know how many members, of this forum, are living in Islamabad or nearby. But we all can do one thing as this topic has been propagated and denied by different members. Lets do one thing that if anyone can obtain the pics or mobile videos of such foreigners roaming in Islamabad, etc and share here. This will clarify the situation as for the time being we assume that everyone who says there are spy agents, are not true.

Civil administration has no powers/capability to oust them.
Our army administration is only powerful institution to oust them all.

Former high-ranking intelligence officer of CIA Steven Cash (photo) is in charge of Peshawar office of the American terrorist unit of "Blackwater", American and Dubai sources reported.
The "Blackwater" supervisory team in Peshawar includes the following Americans: James Bill William, Copper, Steven Cash, Roderick Christopher and Alisha Cambel. They have hired several Pakistani government officials and retired army personnel at remunerations as high as $ 2,000 per day.
Various journalists have been approached and offered bribes by the "Blackwater" to implement the "psychological operations" (the so-called PSYOPs) in favor of the US in newspapers and electronic media in Pakistan.
They are pushing journalists to publish fictional news stories of Taliban, as the Psychological Operations group of US Army has planned.
"Blackwater" are paying as high as $ 1000 per published news story to journalists.
Meetings are held by the "Blackwater" in various houses rented in University Town, Peshawar and residents have reported activities with tinted glasses jeeps during late night hours.
The Pakistani woman Shoqat Maqbool, a reader of blog of well-known Dubai based Defense and Security Analyst Sana Aijazi, said that CIA's "Blackwater" operatives are also active in her city of Islamabad, who are also renting out houses there. Her cousin has seen them personally. They are armed and have vehicles without license plates.
"This is very disturbing. It looks like Zardari has sold Pakistan to the higher bidder, Shoqat Maqbool writes.
Earlier in the meeting with US Secretary of State H. Clinton Pakistani journalists asked her to give an answer on what basis the US armed groups patrolling Islamabad. Clinton could not answer that question.
We would like to recall also that a series of recent bombings in markets and shopping areas in Peshawar, which killed hundreds of Muslims, local residents and the Taliban accusing the CIA, which with the help of Western propaganda is trying to, in turn, accuse the Taliban with these mass killings.
