A question from PTCL dsl users

    Are you people facing problems with PTCL DSL like it disconnecting frequently, and then not connecting again for like at least 2-3 hours?

    No one from PTCL would pick up the phone, so I want to confirm, is it just me facing these problem, or has it got something to do with PTCL's servers?

    Assalam-o-Alaikum-Warahmat-ULLAH ALL,

    This problem occurs when there's a problem at the exchange level, only then I see my dsl modem not synchronizing for hours.

    My modem sometimes gets "unsync'd", but connects back asap.
