    This website will be started when there are many followers and more example questions.
    It is a part of stackexchange websites. They have the best questioning answering system yet. For example they already have sites for

    programming questions
    cooking
    photography
    english language
    mathematics
    home improvement
    physics

    Just like above this site will not be started until it has a big number of users. I invite you all to join it and give your proposals.

    Above sites are not discussion forums like pkp. They are question and answer sites for specific fields
