The book was given to me by Mirza Sahib and its a beautiful balanced book which does resonate with the feelings i have for the City and its proper Locals.
The history about Mohajirs and MQM and Karachi and its cause of its violence is balanced and on point and is correct.
I wanted to discuss this book in this thread.

its written by Laurent Gayer.
Believe me if you will read it will remind you of the tales of KU told and witnessed by many during that time.
To download the book you need to have Utorrent program or another torrent downloader.
Just click on the link provided and the book shall be picked up the program and then dled to you.
I have some others also, like the one of old Karachi, illustrated with paintings and photos. One can see what Karachi was and what it is now. Its a PDF and anyone interrested can have it by emailing me at facts.watch@gmail.com
