MQM is different political party than other parties as they do not have wirasiti jageerdari politcal system. I think Mustafa Kamal will be next leader of MQM. He is again set to win World's Best Mator award so his profile is getting stronger among MQM members. He may also play a big role in our national politics in the near future.

Yes M. Kamal is the strong candidate but you might not be aware of the fact that MQM london group is not in his favour they want Imran farooq and on other hand s.Africa group want Saleem Shahzad and in karachi there are different opnion there are 4 different candidates for this, People of australia and canda have different opnion and they want some one else.... , b/c i live in karachi and i am bit active member of MQM so now the situation and there is bit tension in every group, what i wanted to say if we dont want unrest and killing in city then we should pray for A. Hussain's life otherwise you cant imagin whats going to happen....I hope u understand.
And regarding wirasiti jageerdari politcal system then sweet heart its among those parties which dont have democracy within them. what do u think we follow A. Hussain on our own will....NO.....once u join MQM then u cant leave it....
I think its useless to talk to u on this topic bc u r among the blind deaf and dump followers so.... time will come and will tell....Take care

Well I do not live in Karachi but MQM has changed the city and is barely recognizable. I am not an MQM member or voter and not sure about inside information of MQM leadership tug of war. I found deep respect, unwavering unity and massive support for Altaf Hussain from every 3rd person out of 4. Karachi is like any other metro city will have problems like housing, transportation and crime. Oh well, we can hope for the better and long lasting peace.

@aminahaq,
Are you a worker of MQM? If so, I am surprised by your comment:
"And regarding wirasiti jageerdari politcal system then sweet heart its among those parties which dont have democracy within them. what do u think we follow A. Hussain on our own will....NO.....once u join MQM then u cant leave it....".As for your allegation, that you can't leave MQM, then fyi there are people who have (even done press-conferences after doing that). Why are you unable to leave if you want to so much?
@sweettruth,
"about inside information of MQM leadership tug of war"
no bro, there is no tug of war. When AH is gone, MQM will become even more democratic and will be controlled only by the Rabita Committe (central committee) - like other political parties in the west - inter-party elections for which take place every 3 year. AH only has more influence than other members now because he is the founder of MQM, his place is not to be replaced by anyone after he is gone.

MQM are the biggest pretenders, on one side they talk about fighting the feudal system and at the same time they are in alliances with Feudal's for the last 20+ years. I very much doubt in they current foam we will see any change from them and in actual fact they Azaab is not needed anywhere else in Pakistan.
Thnx be to Allah that these monsters are confined predominantly to Karachi.

@aftab
In India congress has made Govt. with communist and in Britain Conservatives have also made Govt. with Liberals so does that means that they forget their ideology???I think not but they come together just for the need of the time but they still are different entities so same thing here MQM and PPP are different entities but they have come together to strengthen democracy which could collapse if they dont...So this is whole reason behind it because if this Govt. failed to respond then next Govt.s would started failing one by one...So this is the first Govt. and this should get success so that democracy could move forward in Pakistan...but sadly circumstances dont look that good because PPP(majority party in Parliament) is not serious about it so this is another story but the only reason why they have come together is the same as Congress and Communists came together in India and Liberals and conservatives came together in UK...
