Al jahad trust case is piece of garbage, which was unconstitutional decision to violate constitution of pakistan, and giving unconstitutional authority to chief justice, same like many other unconstitutional decisions from pakistan supreume court in past, we must follow our constitution and ignore these passed unconstitutional history and decisions of supreume court, if supreume court declare marshal law legal and give authority to marshal law administrator to break and change constitution in past , it does not mean we must accept that decision and follow that decision in future.
we must follow written constitution of pakistan to appoint judges and president have authority to appoint all judges, chief just has consultation role because he is hand picked and do not have final authority, final authority is elected president of pakistan to appoint all judges.

shall we take your definition of "consultation" or the definition interpreted by the constitutional experts?
why did zardari take this panggaa, what does he want?
anyway for me this whole constitution is meaningless because it was carved out of british constitution of 1935. all the codes, laws, regulations, and rules were authored by the colonials, they left 'trained clerks' behind who continued applying those rules/laws on 'subjects'.

Assalam-o-Alaikum-Warahmat-ULLAH ALL,
(joke) @Salam: Aren't you going against the constitution by calling it meaningless ? Aren't you creating a state within a state ? (/joke)
*lol*

Mara masla zardari ke cases nein hain, mara msala rule of law ha, mujay takalif yeh ha, keh yeh chief justice rule of law ke naam par revenge lainay kee kosesh kar raha ha, aur rule of law ko apni zati khawash ke mathabaq use kar raha ha.
hum sab chief justice ko support karain gay, agar woh rule of law sab ke liay ho, judiciary ke liay bee, baqi sab logoon ke liay bee.
yeh sab khud apnay mazi key kartooton ka hasaab bee dain and dusary sab logoon se bee hasab lain. aur constitution ko apni marzi ke matabiq istamaal karna bund kar dain. Al jahad aur Malik Asad cases were fraud and unstitutional decisions, it was attempt to steal powers from executive and parliment for all judicial appointments.Posted 2 years ago on 16 Feb 2010 2:38 # -
Assalam-o-Alaikum-Warahmat-ULLAH ALL,
Bhaee jaan, there is no such indication right now. The latest judgment about appointment of judges was exactly according to law of the land.
You need to re-read Article 177, 260 of our current constitution, again and again. I believe, your English is leaving you astray in understand words written in those articles.
Nothing was added, nothing was removed. CJ is correct in this case. Mr. Zardari made a serious error. I'd rather say, he committed a crime, for which he and his entire team of advisers can be hanged for abrogating the constitution of this nation.

@msyedh ... i respect your feeling and want to be specific about the objections raised by you.
Please tell us that how can you say that CJ is taking revenge as whatever has been done was claimed an achievement or success by Zardari & Co., including restoration of judges.
Secondly where do you find that SC is not doing justice for all and it is actually because of SC's bad intentions?
Thirdly what is your answer to Article 177 & 260, which are part of constitution and not the wish of Iftikhar Ch.

ISI funding to IJI case is pending in court, and many accused, including Nawaz Sharif and other confessed that crime, but there is no action in this case, tell me reason, why no action?
On the other hand chief justice want to open swiss case in hurry, does not matter Mr zardari has constitutional immunity, what is this ? everybody know the reason, because zardari opposing restoration of these judges.Posted 2 years ago on 16 Feb 2010 18:57 #
