    The Kuala Lumpur War Crimes Commission today heard harrowing testimonies about the atrocities committed against the Guantanamo Bay detainees, which included psychological torture and routine humiliation.

    F.B.I. agents who arrived at a secret C.I.A. jail overseas in September 2002 found prisoners "manacled to the ceiling and subjected to blaring music around the clock," and a C.I.A. official wrote a list of questions for interrogators including "How close is each technique to the 'rack and screw,'

    Independent war crimes tribunals should be set up to prosecute war criminals from US and NATO and their agents. These criminals and mass murderers are conducting genocide and our traitors are patronizing them.

    Foreign/non muslim powers are our enemy thats agreed.

    But more dangerous are Pakistanis who are their paid servent and playing terrorists role in the name of islam and shariah.

    first of all, we should clean our pak country from these barbarians and then to engage foreign enemies.

    First should look our innerself then to blame others.

    Your logic is upside down.

    Barbarians have been there for thousands of years. That is their country. Like it or not. The neo-barbarians that came last year are the biggest problem. You should have cleaned the country first before inviting your pet barbarians. You didn't do the job right and now you suffer.

    Ministry asked how Aafia’s case can be taken to ICJ

    Committee Chairman Talha Mahmood asked ministry officials if Dr Aafia was provided consular access in Afghanistan before US authorities took her to the US. Upon being told that she was not, Talha said Dr Aafia’s extradition to the US was illegal.
