Well we should be honest in our opinion. There were many thousand people when i watched on Dunya News. Although it can't be compared with the public gathering of N-league, PPP, MQM or PTI, but it will be unfair to say that only 2000 people were there.

I am a big critic of Mush but don't believe in telling lies just because I dislike him.

    We should have sportsman spirit.

With all due respect Zingaro but that's a load of bullocks.....Musharraf deserves a few thousand chitrol on his head and an equal number on his backside.

@Siddiq73 , Well I may agree on your points of chitrol etc, but we should not tell a lie about number of people in his jalsa. I know his crimes list is long and he must be prosecuted but we should be fair in our attitudes. Am i right?

  9. I see this jalsa on TV. It is not bad. I guess, at least more than 15000 peoples there and more peoples were still coming.
It is not bad according to size of APML.

Lot of Peoples of Pakistan are jobless, they have enough time to come and enjoy these jalsas. That is why, every political party getting more crowed in their jalsas then expectation.

One other reason may be, because law and order situation is improving. Now, There are fewer bomb blasts then past. Public is feeling saver now. Peoples have chance, after long time to participate this kind of activities.

Pervez Musharraf's jalsa must be sponsored by the "Rent-A-Rally" party of Karachi. Let us not forget that this is the same party that has been in every government since 1986, when Mayorship of Karachi was given to it. This party joined the PPP govt in 1988 and then left it. Then they joined PML-N govt in 1990 and then they left it. The only exception to this has been the PPP government during 1993-1996, when Karachi Operation was going on. Now their party member is the longest serving Governor of Sindh.

This party has helped General Musharraf tooth and nail and also took the blame of 12th May 2007. They are now rewarding Musharraf for his patronage in the past.

Now is the time to learn a few things of Munafiq league supporters! Musharraf who has deep relationship with MQM, could not muster up a respected crowed in Karachi on the very same ground which witnessed the epic public show of power by PTI.

So if MQM support is what made PTI jalsa successful, why is Musharraf "jalsa" not even 1/10th of it?

But this is just to take the point home, we can already mention what happened to N-league in Lahore and that was some bad experience from N-league's perspective.

    @Pakistan Expant,

Yours and Kh Saad's reality is inverted.

It is Imran that has become NS' worst nightmare. It is Imran which has shaken N-league to its very corrupt core. In short, IK has N-league by the b@lls!

Maybe, Kh Saad doesn't know the meaning of "phobia" but it is healthy contempt that we have for PMLN, and no amount of paid propaganda can change it.

    Actions speak louder than words!
All neutral Pakistanis can easily see who has been crticising whom and spares whom??

All Pakistanis remember Imran Khan's comments on 12th May, 2007:

when he said that MQM is different because they first attack and then they project themselves as aggrieved. He blamed MQM for terrorizing Edhi’s son:

Imran Khan PROMISED that NO “reconciliation” will be done until JUSTICE is done with the blood of 50 people killed by MQM on 12th May, 2007.

On 27th May, 2007 Imran Khan said that MQM is a "mafia", whose “don” is Altaf Hussain sitting in London. They rely on blackmailing and harassment. They are extortionists. Please listen to the comments directly from horse's mouth:

Similarly, Imran Khan was also thrashed by MQM:

Surprisingly, the establishment has now started playing a new game through PTI&MQM when Altaf Hussain seeks help from Imran in Punjab:
    http://ummat.com.pk/2011/03/20/news.php?p=news-02.gif

So now Imran Khan has licked what he has been spitting about MQM in the past and has turned his cannons towards PML-N.

-MQM signals joining PMLN Grand Alliance

Acknowledging the PML-N’s stature among opposition parties, an MQM spokesperson Wasay Jaleel told The Express Tribune: “The PML-N is a major opposition party…we are in a process of looking into the prospects of cooperating with it for a shared objective.”

The comments came on the heels of Nawaz Sharif’s weekend statement in which he said his party would be “willing to include the MQM” in the alliance to rid the country of “a corrupt and discredited administration”.

Nawaz Sharif’s highly indicative ‘desire’ and Wasay Jaleel’s statement coincided, indicating a ‘change of hearts’ on both sides.

^^Oh, and teh Nalaik, corrupt and Munafiq Sharif means great things for Pakistan? Even when he has failed to deliver two times in the center and FIVE times in Punjab?

Tsumani is what you are facing. Tsumani is what has taken sleep from you. Tsumani is what that has made the likes of Javed Hashmi baghis.

The day is not far away when N-league will be reduced to such "Zalzalis" of Musharraf's Zalzla. Have the guts and resign from assemblies. Then we'll see how Punjab government can arrange patwari shows!

I dont think Mushsaraf has any thing to offer Pakistan beside another Muslim league. For me his unforgivable mistake is when he let NS, and Zardari go out of country alive.

Now all he can give speeches to "think tanks" or "rental workers"
But reality is that his chapter is closed; he cant even win the election on his own.

    1) NRO
    2) Support of Ch Shujat
    3) Imposition of emergency and setting aside of CJ

Submitting case against cj was not illegal.

Cj submitted fake petrol reciepts along withother fake expenses and the government at that time set up a body of judges, according to law and procedure, to investigate the complain.

Other then that cj used to beg musharraf to make him prime minister.

Not to mention he used his influence illegitimately for his son arsalan.

@bsobaid bhai .. kuch to Allah ka khauf karein. Ye petrol receipts wali bongi shaid 2007 ki sab say bari bongi thi jo Musharraf nay farmaai thi aur aap achay bhalay samjdaar ho kay us pay emaan lay aaey .. agar aap ko nahi maloom kay high level designations ki transport arrangement kaisay hoti hay to kisi siyaaney say pooch lejiay .. ik proper transport department hota hay jis mein ik responsible transport incharge baitha hota hay . wo level kay mutabiq vehicles assign karta hay aur un vehicles kay drivers hi fueling, etc kay zumma daar hotay hein aur wo receipts transport department mein submit hoti hein. CJ chaahay koi bhi ho lakin us pay ye ilzaam lagana yaqeen kejiay bahut hi mazhaka khair baat hay .. aur doosri baat ye kay kisi bhi angle say dekha jaey to CJ ko prime minister nahi banaya jaa sakta isliay CJ ka mutaalba hi aqal say aari baat lagti hay ..

rahi baat arslaan ki to janab ik poora bench baitha tha inhi ilzaam ki tehqeeqat kay liay jis mein Malik A.Qayum nay prosecute kia tha aur yaad hay na end pay government ko jurmana bhi hova tha ghalt ilzaam lagaaney pay ...

So the "rent a rally " party provided only that many participants for whom Parvez Busharraf had paid in advance. Bad days for Busharraf as GHQ is now sponsoring someone else and he has to pay from his own pockets and everyone knows how stingy he is with his "hard minted" money.

BTW, it was really amusing when the "crowd" started raising slogans in favor of MQM and the stage secretary had to remind them that it was a jalsa for Busharraf.

I don't have the video link. But it was during live jalsa coverage on one of the TV channels and the stage secretary immediately started calling for Jeay Musharraf slogans.

Someone will surely put a video link on the internet soon.

    @zinga,

The petrol receipts allegations were never investigated because the body formed to look into the issue never really worked.
CJ might have done an arrangement with driver to submit fake receipts and offered the driver to keep a %.

CJ was a PCO judge who not only legitimised martial law but also allowed an illegal ruler to ammend constitution as he pleases. I can expect anything from him.

CJ would make comments to get space in news headlines but then quietly pass judgement in favor of the same party.
