لگتا ہے عتیقہ نے پنکی کو کاپی کرنے کی کوشش کی ہے. پنکی بھی ایسے ہی شراب کی دیوانی تھی . آج کل تو اس کی نا بالغ پلیاں بھی شراب پی کر وقت سے پہلے ہی بالغ ہو چکی ہیں.

BTW, do you know that his mum Pinky loved a fortified wine Sherry, and for this, she lovingly nick-named Sherry to sherbano. Even Mushy used to call ‘Whisky’ to his beloved puppy - so he tells us in his book.

No wonder, why the love of ‘Chand and Chakoor’ is so intense.

The above link is adequate to prove everything to any discerning person. For exemple, one out of many unreleased pictures from her friend Daphne Barak’s private collection shows her with a bar with bottles of liquor in the background. No doubt, Daphne Barak has not revealed every activity taking place at the venue for obvious reasons. Nevertheless, she tells about Benazir’s love for going to Harry’s Bar, where no one expects Halal stuff.

Furthermore, Daphne Barak writes, “Benazir had a very good appetite and particularly loved Italian and French food. When we went to restaurants together ……………………”
She further said, “No one would recognise her when we went on our dinner dates. She would dress very casually, usually in a blouse and slacks, and her hair would be Uncovered.”

She went on to write, “She cared about what she looked like under her clothes. I introduced her to Victoria's Secret, the sexy stylish underwear company, whose range she loved and always wore. She was very Americanised and wore her headscarf only when it was politically correct to do so.”

I fail to understand how people can go blind to accept every wrong of their leaders. The worst form of hypocrisy is to sanctify anyone with ‘Shahadet’ who even dines on forbidden food, which is a clear violation of Divine Commands.

Instead of being obstinate we should do something more beneficial for Benazir like praying for her that Allah forgives her and bless with a place in paradise, and descend His wrath on her killers.

Very nice & at the same we also should refrain from eating 'murdar' as prophet PBUH once forbade his companions from remembering a person who had died and made it paralell to eating 'murdar'

Shaheed is someone who gave up his life for a cause. Her followers (not me) claim that she gave her life for a cause , so whats the point. R they not entitled to this ?

Question arises when its said that someone got shaheed in the name of Allah. Let it remain to Allah for judgments day instead of passing our judgements .

As far as I know, shaheed means someone who gave up his/her life for a 'good' cause. What good cause did Benazir have? She was in London/Dubai just like Nawaz when the country was ruled by a dictator. Then when she learned she might have a chance at power, she comes back to Pakistan.

This is a very common and fast growing habit in Pakistan. Instead of proving your point, you jump to your biases and prejudices.
I am not a certifying authority but I would love a certifying authority in the form of an independant corruption commission, a renowned audit firm or a tax authority digging into the assets of all the leaders and tracing them to their real sources. Shaheed ka Shaheed aur Paani ka Paani ho jaye ga! (applies to all!)

Is there any news update on Atiqa Adhu’s trafficking of illicit items? What Islamabad airport security has done with those bottles, which Atiqa was not prepared to part with? Have they delivered the liquor to her home in Karachi as she demanded or have they consumed the ‘tonic of paradise’ themselves?

It is nice to know that SC is keeping a vigilant watch on such irregularities, but more imperative is the action

ایک خبر کے مطابق :
عتیقہ اوڈھو سے شراب پکڑے جانے کے بعد فراح ناز افہانی جو کہ حسیں حقانی کی بیوی اور زرداری کی دیکھ بھال کرنے کے لئے صدارتی محل میں '' خدمات'' سر انجام دیتی ہے اپنے شوہر کے تعلق کو استمال کرتے ہوۓ رحمان ملک سے ٹیلی فون کروا کر عتیقہ کی جان خلاصی کی. اگر کوی ام غریب پکڑا جاتا تو جیل کی سلاخوں کے پیچھے ہوتا لیکن اسلام آباد میں جب سے کرپٹ لوگوں کا ٹولہ حکومت کر رہا ہے ایسے واقعات اب معمول بن چکے ہیں. امید ہے اجنسیاں اب کی بار سارا ریکارڈ اپنے پاس رکھیں گی اور ان چوروں کو ایک عبرتناک انجام سے ہمکنار کریں گی .

صاحب: مجھے خود نہیں معلوم کہ ان کی '' خدمات '' کیا ہیں. میں نے ایک دو بار ٹی وی کے پروگرامز( جن میں وہ شریک تھیں) میں ہی سنا ہے کہ وہ صدارتی محل میں خدمات انجام دیتی ہیں . مجھے ان کی وزارت وغیرہ کا بھی کوی پتا نہیں لیکن ٹویٹر پر محترمہ صدارتی محل کی خبریں ہی ڈسکس کرتی ہیں اور زرداری صاحب کا موقف بڑے دبنگ انداز میں بیان کرتی ہیں.
