I was unable to access discuss for a short while, but kept on with my loging attempts. Now immediately, after loging on I am posting this
as a trial.

Yes, but for a couple of minutes only. I kept trying, and as soon as I was able to I posted.
Now I understand the problem. KHAN_Sahib first reported this problem. To prevent search engines from hogging this site, the tool has a built in throttling feature. If a user/ bot (robot) stays online for more than 60 minutes AND browse through more than 100 pages. The user is automatically blocked from posting. (I suppose a bot should be blocked from browsing also?). That is what I observed today with the help of semirza.
My next task is to find out how to disable this feature for members? In the meanwhile if someone experiences such a problem, s/he should just open the Discuss forum in another browser. Or stay offline (do not click anything while in the Discuss) for 30 minutes. Same thing as if you leave Discuss for pkpolitics main site and come back after 30 minutes).

The problem still exists. I reported it earlier on, but today I have faced it again.
