The IHC was declared illegal last year by the Supreme Court as it was founded under the Provisional Constitution Order (PCO) of November 3, 2007, by then president Pervez Musharraf (July 31, 2009).
It is expected that the removed IHC judges would be reappointed to their previous positions.

What more can one expect from a criminal ?
He's trying to have courts, judges of his own choosing, so that he and his friends or masters are acquitted of their crimes, as if they never committed any crimes.
He should be brought to the court of law, charged, convicted of his crimes, and subsequently given exemplary punishment i.e., he should be HANGED!!! in OPEN!!! PUBLIC!!!
This nation should make an example out of Mr. Awan for the rest of the people of this nation, in-fact for the rest! of the world to heed as warning.
We need to send a strong! signal to the world, which should tell them that injustice, repeated crimes shall NOT! be tolerated within our nation, within our borders, within our ranks.

Dream on, what this nation needs is to make an example of murdering terrorists like Munawar Hasan. What ever Babar Awan has done is within the letter of law, you may not like it but Pakistan's majority is not with you.
We also need to make an example of PCO Iftikhar so no one dares take oaths on PCO again.

(Wonder what Justice Tariq Mehmood has to say now...those days he was screaming against it and today he sits in Awa's lap)
Also remember the Bank of Punjab fraud case taken away from SC and moved there so they could get a favorable decision. It is then that Shariffuddin Pirzada, Babar Awan, S M Zafar (and son), Aitzaz Ahsan, Latif Khosa, etc. took Rs 30 Million bribes each to assure a verdict in the culprit's favor (Sheikh Aftab and Sons)

The notification was issued in accordance with the Constitutional amendment. The judges will be appointed as per the new procedure and from all over Pakistan. What is against law?
