    Supreme court has reacted to these changes... confrontational relationship has been established... Which way Army will side?

    Haven’t you seen the mafia movies? Mob boss always brings two silent staffers with him during a money exchange. Unless these two witnesses show up in the court, this affidavit is just hogwash.

    Yes, you can say Pakistani court front usually has a supermarket of witnesses. But then, only fool should expect a real change in Pakistan.

    With SC (CJ)ofcourse as Army chief had rebuffed dictation by Perwaiz Musharraf to influence CJ for his resignation.

    Like the column above says, this case is like opening up the cover of gutter.

    Many networks will get exposed... lawyers' network got exposed...let us see bankers' network get exposed now...then politician network...then bureaucrat network..

    Confrontation between government and judiciary is inevitable now. And If PM has now decided to be obedient to zardari, then this is the beginning of the end, but if gillani again wants to repeat his role which he has played before in the issues such as restoration of judiciary and NRO, then one can expect some good from the government. But if government really wants to take on judiciary, then I have a feeling that kiyani will support SC and then it will be, PMLN+PTI+LAWYERS+ARMY+JUDICIARY against PPP.

    And PPP will be having MQM, ANP, JUI, JI on it's side. Logical in case SC is fully supported by the Army. This time army is not going to take over but facilitate the deserving side as it has earned bad reputation already by supporting Musharraf and later Musharraf baqiyat, the PPP.
