    This is an attitude.

It rejects every optimistic, positive and clear approach as being childish. Behind such views, there is no bright brain at work but deep-rooted complex of a life-long loser.

It comes with a beautiful mask of "experience".

Beware! it's **** among the attitudes.

Though not specific to any age group, but people who claim to be more "mature" have been found to be more prone to its attacks.

    its gap not gape

    Gap:

    1. a wide divergence or difference; disparity: the gap between expenses and income; the gap between ideals and actions.

    2. a difference or disparity in attitudes, perceptions, character, or development, or a lack of confidence or understanding, perceived as creating a problem: the technology gap; a communications gap.

    GAPE:

    1. to stare with open mouth, as in wonder.

    2. to open the mouth wide involuntarily, as the result of hunger, sleepiness, or absorbed attention.

  5. Old or mature people use to stick with what they have learned, problem occurs when they reject anything new without even thinking about it.

They must remain open to new just like they were when they were learning.

I did not mean to be rude to anyone. I wanted to mention the mentality of those people who could not achieve anything in their youth and did not serve the country in any way. And now when our youth wants to struggle and dream for a better future, all these life long losers have to offer is discouragement.

This is not specific to "old" people. This is an attitude that has afflicted many in our society. Those who could not succeed themselves, now do not want anyone else to succeed.
