The real power lies with the Military and Civil beaureocracy of Pakistan including the Inteligence agencies which are famous for destabilising any democratic setup fo their ulterior motives. What do you guys think with this defacto autocratic power structure can Pakistan survive?

Any discussion questioning the survival or integrity of Pakistan demonstrates pessimism and loser mentality and does not worth a response. Such mentality and threads are intentionally geared towards spreading hopelessness and pessimism in Pakistan.
A true Pakistani will see this same situation in a different way and would instead solicit suggestions to improve the situation rather than suggesting demise of the nation. I may have asked this same question but my wordings would have been completely different and I would have asked for suggestions on how to improve the situation because I want Pakistan to move forward. On the contrary, the underlying hope and suggestion in the original post of this thread is completely alligned with enemies of Pakistan.
I ask original poster to change the wording of his post to seek suggestions instead, and remove the part that makes me think that you are either an Indian or their agent or mentaly influenced or possessed by enemies of Pakistan.
UNLESS YOU CHANGE THE WORDINGS OF YOUR POST< I REFUSED TO PARTICIPATE IN THE DISCUSSION AND ASK EVERYONE ELSE TO REFRAIN FROM PARTICIPATION.

our dear Quaid has said
PAKISTAN QAIM REHNAY KAY LIYE BANA HAY....and how sincere and truthful he was in his saying.
in spite of all of corruption, lawlessness ,cruel feudalism ,scary neighbors and adventurous dictators .....
PAKISTAN IS ALIVE FOR THE PAST 62 years .
AND IT WILL BE .INSHALLAHPosted 2 years ago on 07 Aug 2009 5:17 # -
December 1971 turned one Pakistan into two. Today, bhindians keep on accusing bangladesh of sending terrorists in India. The person who said at the time that she had drowned two-nation theory into Bay of Bengal was herself despatched to hell by her sikh compatriots who supported Khalistan.
Inshallah, Quaid-i-Azam's Pakistan will remain a thorn in the side of enemies, within and without.

when Pakistan came into being .
indian leaders of that time use to say :
india is a reality ,Pakistan is an experiment .it wont last for year or two.some said ;
new Muslim state has no back bone,it will seek merger with india again in few years .but its 62 years since Pakistan came into being .
its Alive ....its not seeking merger from india .
its a Reality ....
from which every one is well aware .yes ...Pakistan is facing corruption, feudalism ,dishonest leaders ,bad bureaucracy, adventurous dictators ,but still it is alive .....
sometimes we have a chirstmatic leader by chance in years .
and he lead us ...sometimes we have a rebellious Cheif justice .
and we follow him ....sometimes just an earthquake jolt makes us a solid nation who can help each other in a fabulous manner .
sometimes a media revolution take us through new heights of awareness .
and sometimes just a small blog gives all the Pakistanis to come together ,think together and make a conclusion together .

And here we are spending half our energies defending teh Concept of Pakistan wherein the very same energies can be used to work for a better Pakistan.
I hope the Mods will understand the skepticism on allowing the deeply hate oriented people.

I second NNL.
Don't be so innocent mods. They are pretty cleverly trying to keep us bogged down in non-issues.

Quaid's Pakistan also included East Pakistan !
Are we justified present Pakistan to call 'Quaid's Pakistan' ???
Is Pakistan a name of area consisting of four provinces and without principles envisioned by Quaid ???Posted 2 years ago on 07 Aug 2009 7:18 # -
@Redscopio,
yes ...i believe it is still the Quaid ka Pakistan.
if a house has 5 brothers .
and one of the brother left .
it wont change the status of the owner .
father remains the owner of the house .
so do Quaid e Azam.
he is the founder ..he is the owner of the house.Posted 2 years ago on 07 Aug 2009 7:28 # -
Pakistan is surviving from past 62 years with all odds and adversities …
Nehru said that Pakistan can not exist over the three months.. Nehru is not here but we can see that Pakistan still exist on the world mapPosted 2 years ago on 07 Aug 2009 8:46 # -

I believe that all ppl who were involved in Pakistan building, were sincere..and their intention was quite clear ..After that unfortunately a group of black sheep’s has taken over the govt and other institutions of the country and they had ruined the country, institutions, constitution, rules, regulations, values and beliefs.. They r still doing same which is unfortunate. But it does not mean that country will not survive more …. Yes, we have bad characters in power centers, corruption, power politics, selfishness, extremism, social injustice, human rights violation, crimes, and double standards in our society but with all this, we have Edhi, AQ Khan, Samar mubarak, and many more even there is a number of ppl who r working for good but we don’t know even their names.. , look at what happened after October 2005 earthquake, how ppl were helping their affected fellow citizens..So in view of this positive side of picture, I always say and believe that Pakistan will survive Inshallah..

See even there is no freedom of expression in this army dominated Punjabi state.I pasted an article from a site which proved that a countdown has already begun for Pakistan expecting that our readers would reflect on it and get soem political consciousness but I didnt know that the affectes of Mutaliya Pakistan's false propaganda stories cannot even bear an iota of truth to be read by the poor Pakistanis who had a brilliant past before Pakistan but now have no future. What a shame!
By deleting my post facts cannot be hidden from the world. The days of PTV and ISPR propaganda are gone now even Pakistanis can see what is the reality of Pakistan which was founded to counter the spread of communism.
We Pakistanis are like the those travellers in a bus whose driver does not know where his destination is?

Please dont mix up Army with Punjab.Nawaz Sharif was a Punjabi and what Army did with him.?Was Musharraf a Punjabi?Remember Punjab used to be a part of Sindh many many years back.If you expand the genetic pool,Large number of kashmiris and Hazarvis are also Punjabi. Please dont spread ethnic division on this forum. I ,however agree with rest of your concerns.Posted 2 years ago on 08 Aug 2009 9:57 # -
NO! Pakistan can not survive with the current power structure, people ruling Pakistan and most importantly the system implemented in Pakistan. Pakistan has everything that could lead it to become a strong and self sufficient state, but due to the system of demon-crazy/Elitocracy the most corrupt lot of people are coming into power again and again just to enjoy authority and fill their bank accounts and then do NRO to get away with all their crimes!!!! No wonder we have Mr. 10% now Mr. 100% ruling Pakistan, this is the living example of how a person like Zardari can reach up to the presidency!!!!

Don't you have your posts among the others, while still you say 'posts of fanatics remain rest are deleted'. If your posts are on the forum, and others can see that they really are, than you yourself are among the fanatics.Isn't it. It was my duty to point this out to you. Pls refrain from such remarks.Posted 2 years ago on 08 Aug 2009 13:32 # -
@ Talal Khan
Do you think 60 percent of army is constituted of Britishers or French or Russians in Pakistan. It is not ethnic divide, it is a reality. I am no against the people of Punjab specially poor and exploited People of for example Seraiki belt but I am against the ruling junta and civil and military bureaucracy of Pakistan ,army included, the majority of which is from Punjab. As army is the infact the occupiers of Pakistani state by sheer power hence the people should rise against it illegal hegemony. Now all the four nations in Pakistan, Pakhtuns, Sindhis, Baloch and Seraiki are against the unjust and autocratic role and rule of army as it has empire of its own and is enlarging its resource pool by its Fauji Foundation, Real estate etc.Read Military Inc by Dr Ayesha Siddiqa or Dictatorshipwatch.com for example.Posted 2 years ago on 08 Aug 2009 22:21 # -

When quoting sayings and other people's thoughts please also post references.
India said this, or someone said that is just like "Hawai Fires". Try to make your posts more credible by inserting references i.e. where it was said so that we can look up for what you are quoting. Thank you!
