Christian-Muslim Clashes or عیسائی کش فسادات ?

Whenever there are clashes between Hidus and Muslims in India Pakistani Media term them as مسلم کش فسادات . Whereas, when mobs burn down whole villages/neighborhoods of Christians in Pakistan same Pakistani Media term these incidents as 'clashes between Muslims and Christians'.
Discuss what is your opinion about double standard of Pakistani Media.

I was watching Aaj TV yesterday and both of their prime time talk shows covered this at lengths.

What more do you want?

yes ...media is covering this issue well and giving it due importance.
as long as the real issue itself is concerned .
i am 100% sure that it has been done by some third party.

just to prove that Pakistani is a in tolerant society for non Muslims ...otherwise non Muslims living here for the past 62 years.

It was really astonishing to hear reporting on electronic media about Gojra Tragedy on the morning of last Sunday.
Some reports were terming 'funeral' as 'Namaaz-e-Janaza' !!!
The fact was all the victims belonged to Christian community !

Refusal to Hand over the sick minded person insulted Quran and than refusal for FIR Resulted the damage to the community....

Wrong, non-muslims especially Hindus/Budhists have been living here for thousands of years !

Around 5% population of Pakistan is non-muslim. And these around 8 million souls are treated as second class citizens. They don't have equal rights which is totally against Quaid's vision of Pakistan !

by third party i meant India ...who is in full form to make us registered as an intolerant society in world community ,specially after Mumbai Attack drama.

about intolerance...i know for a fact that we are not intolerant to non muslims ,at least .
we respect them and allow them to have their own worship places ...we allow sikhs to come here yearly for Yatras .
we allow hinuds and chirstians to have good posts and have their own properties too ..
u can see hindu judges ,hindu lawyers ,chisrtian minister ....etc ....

coz in Pakistan ,non muslims are very tiny minority ,so nobody see them as a real threat to the country ...nor Govts neither public.
unlike India ,where Muslims consists of a great number of public and Govts and public consider them a constant threat and keep acting and re acting like that.

Watch Talat's program. Their were chemicals and patrol bombs that were thrown in houses to burn them down. Did you watch it scorpion??

There's a clear sign of it being pre-planned. I don't know who did it though.

I grew up in a community of barely 100 people and 3 of the houses had christians families living there. We all got along just fine and still get along well with each other.

Do you really think Sipah-e-Sahaba, Lashkar-e-Jhangvi, Sipah-e-Mohammad, Jaish-e-Mohammad, Lashkar-e-Tayyaba, Sunni Tehreek, Jamaat-e-Islami, and Jamiat-Ulema-e-Pakistan are very tolerant an peace-loving organisations ???

According to latest investigations there was no act of Blasphmy in Gojra.
It was the creation of a fanatic Molvi who used the loudspeaker at the Masjid to agitate the people against Infidels.
Mostly in the Islamic Republic of Pakistan it is Fanatic Molvi who creates a situation.

When some one is religious means a muslim and abiding by the laws of sharia is not fanaticism at all,english have so many good words to adopt.Why we should go for such words sound negative about own Pakistanis..Pakistaniyat requires a cool words and tone to use for own fellow...
Westren terminology should be avoided at all to live peacefully in between pakistan otherwise we are going towards destruction in comming dayss.....

It is not for the first time that an alleged act of blasphemy has triggered such brutal aggression. Nor, sadly, will it be the last if bigoted mindsets persist. Only weeks ago, Christian houses in Kasur were burnt down because the majority community there was able to allege blasphemy to exact retribution in an otherwise purely secular feud. Yet it seems little is changing to avoid the repetition of such incidents. In fact, while Gojra burnt the local administration made only half-hearted efforts to douse the fires. That is why the Christians there insisted on senior officials being booked for murder as a precondition to ending their protests. They, after all, had a duty to protect citizens no matter what their religion. Are we not supposed to be a democratic society that treats all its members, regardless of faith, equitably?

Unfortunately, the fact that we have blasphemy laws suggests that we are not. These laws have become a ticket in the hands of the majority to persecute and victimise the minority communities if they don’t easily submit to their inferior status in society. In not being blind to the faith of each individual, the state is supporting bias and bigotry against non-Muslims. The narrow-minded who spew venom through their sermons against religious minorities are only the loudest and most abominable symbols of such discrimination and their growing following is an unmistakable sign of the frightening future that we are heading towards. A state held hostage by its own bigots cannot guarantee protection for religious minorities in its jurisdiction. For that to happen, the state will have to ensure that all forms of religious discrimination, including faith-based laws that victimise even innocent civilians, are done away with.

Ironically, instead of arresting the culprits, the police – under pressure from the mob - registered a blasphemy case against the three Christians!

However, the irony doesn’t end here. While Chief Minister Mian Shahbaz Sharif condemned this incident, he had himself presided over an important meeting of the ulema just four weeks before with a very different message. The meeting put out a joint proclamation stating that “.. whosoever is even slightly guilty of blasphemy against the Prophet – directly or indirectly – is an infidel, an apostate, and liable to be put to death”. So why condemn now Mr. Chief Minister?

Further irony is that the above statement was part of a joint declaration prepared to condemn religious militant extremism! The Punjab government was so proud of bringing these progressive minded ulema together, that it published the declaration in newspapers.But the greatest irony of all is that those who were so perturbed by the alleged desecration of pages of Quran, shredded its entire message to pieces by destroying a place of worship.

People who try to forge or falsify history get erased by it. One should try to study the situation without prejudice so he can see it clearly and he can think about rectifying it. If you are not ready to truthfully evaluate your mistakes, weaknesses, sins, crimes and performance than you can never fix and improve. A weak loser should first concentrate on his short comings and work on fixing them. If he doesn’t take care of his weakness the strong will concentrate on it and take advantage of it and win the match. Blaming the west or India for every problem is the tell tale signs of defeatist personality resigned at the fate that it knows awaits it. The pictures of people who did these horrible acts are in the newspapers for all to see. Painting them as Indians, Israeli or CIA agents is a comical exercise.

As Pakistan has had three presendents that were from minority community !
Even Paistan's current PM is Sikh !
Minorities are treated as equal citizens in Pakistan and only Indian+Israeli+American+British+Zionist agents are involved in acts of arson and terrorism !
