Govt of Punjab has already ordered inquiry in to police torture cases and responsible policemen have also been arrested then why our CJP deemed it necessary to take Suo Motto ?
Why didn't he allow CJ of LHC to take care of this case ?

eik petition agar SC mein 15 years say pending pari haai tu iss kii hearing fix karney kaay liye , superman is not needed.

missing persons case mein he gave his final deadline and has said that he will decide the case inside this month and ohh yea asghar khans petetion is really important wats not important is the coomon man for who he is takim these notices!

Asghar khan's petition is also for common man where he has challenged the rule of --pak army , the way it rigs the elections and deperives an ordinary man of his right of having a say in the affairs of state.
Isn't what PTI asking for ? Free ,fair election process ?
HOw it would be achieved ? By shielding the culprits involved in this henious practice or by punishing them ?
There are 17 judges in SC and this case is also pending in SC for last almost 17 years . Why one judge or a few can be assigned to hear this case ?
CJ can come on roads to save his job against a sitting general but can't fix a case against retired generals to give common man his basic right .

And please read his 31st july judgement in conjuction with his highness's judgement in Zafar Ali Shah case.

CJ wants cheap publicity and at the sametime making selective justice.
This is what he has done in the past as well. Look at his verdicts from 2002 to todate and one can easily find discrepencies there.
Suo mottos actions are to enjoy public popularity and to involve indirectly in popular politic, when it come to rule of law, these judges set aside convictions of Nawaz Sharif and others, after 8 years, these decision were rewarded without any merit. Everybody know the reason
I request that nobody should demand to bring Ashgar khan and other cases to this supreme court, they will reward again to Nawaz Sharif and Noon league,same kind of decision. And after these reward decisions, these criminal Sharifs will have clean chit from supreme court, nobody will be able to talk about thier past crimes.
