We always criticize on politicians that their politics revolves around personalities not issues. Same goes with our columnist especially writers in Urdu dailies. Being a reader, I feel that they are just discussing Personalities not issues. They have their own idols and just worshiping. Pakistan has become a land of problems for a common man but our so called journalists / writers are putting their energies in fighting for their heroes and making other Zeros. Look two major Urdu dailies’ e editorial pages and think that what point you are getting from them? Food for thought? No. They are just after persons not real matters. Irfan siddiqui loves PML –N and self committed for praising of Shahbaz Sharif in any way. Haroon Ur Rashid loves Captain Imran and COAS Kayani. Always try to make justifications for armed forces especially for Mr Kayani. Nusrat Javed is in phobia of Imran khan and performing his holy duty of taunting. He thinks that all problems have been solved and no issue remains in the country except Imran khan. Mr ABBAS Mehkari assigned to praise Asif Zardari. Even, he tells us that how Mr Asif Zardari wept on the death of his father. Very informative Hasan Nisar loves to talk abt himself. More or less all columnists are doing same practice.
