    Some people think, this forum is too restrictive. The moderators favor the right wing commenters. While the poise-religious throw “fatwas of Munaafqat” on anyone and everyone. This political party or that interest group owns PkP and so on.

    We try to keep the sanity of this forum but for a change I would like to float the idea of “PKP Hyde Park” - a onetime thread where anyone can vent out with best of articulation to worse of abomination. Since the proposed thread will be offensive to many, a strong warning will be prefixed to the title so that the “sobers” do not click on it.

    Post your cheerful and moving input here. The decision will be made after adequate input.

    Do these people will stop after that? I don't think so....
    and one more point... If you provide them with such a platform, they will abuse each other, their families, their faith and people around them... Do u understand that you will be the reason of this SIN! Kayoun admin sahib, apney gunnahoun may izzafa kartey hoe.
    I dont think we need this kind of thread.
    I vote against this idea..

    Not a bad idea. This could be a good corner for those who open the Internet being fully charged with anger.
    This Corner should be completely 'Moderator Free' and every participant could be warned:
    'Open at your own Risk'
    'Administration of the PKP won't be responsible for any Harm or Heart Burning or Heart Attack'
    Participants would perform internal moderation by themselves.
    Good luck for PKP Hyde Park.
    I am sure this would be one of the most Popular Corner.

    With due respect, it is not a good idea at all. Primarily,it is being conceded that Moderators are unable to Moderate. Why not sanction those who do not conduct themselves in a civilised manner, even if they are friends of the Admin and or Moderators. It does not matter whether one is a rightwinger or leftwinger if common decencey and the good manners are observed then there will not be problems. What I have observed that some members not just want to win an argument, they just want to defeat the apponent.

    It has been proposed before and it should be reconsidered that Moderation Procedures should be revamped. If you have the technology then I suggest that there should be a time laps before between the time a post is received in the system and the actual moment it appears on the Forum and in that time lapse the post should be reviewed by the Modertors and an offensive post is either deleted or moderated so that members will never see the offending remarks. Those who do make offensive posts now get a kick out of seeing their offensive posts published for the world to see.

    It is my view that Your suggestion will encourage that be it on a different thread/forum.

    So long as the meanspirited and disagreed contrariness can be let out with imaginative profanity, I say go for it! It will be an experience of cathartic and emotional relaxation. Let's spit out all that venom we have been so gracefully holding back.
