By an executive order Zardari reversed the Supereme Court Orders about decrease in Petroleum Prices..
I think its start of new crises in Pakistan between Govt and SC.
The other side bieng that poor community and people did STRUGGLE FOR JUSTICE will be much disappointed by this decision and may its not possible in the future for SC to issue such orders.
SO THE GROUND FACT IS THAT ABOUT THE PPL WHO DID SACRIFICES FOR JUSTICE,NOW WHERE THEY STAND,WAS IT A USELESS EXERCISE??

Zardari is in a confrontational mood here. CJ has done nothing wrong. A petition was filed in the count by Iqbal Zafar Jhagra, and he just followed the due process to temporarily suspend the price hike as govt couldn't make its case in the court.
They were supposed to go back and defend this hike to get it reverted. That is why you have an Attorny general who defends govt. policies and cases in the court. What the hell is he getting paid for?
This is utterly rediculous and it goes on to show how these people, when in power, think they are holy cows and are above the law.
The problem with Zardari is that he's making every little thing a matter of prestige. His stubbornness in CJ's restoration resulted in ignominious retreat but some people just never learn.

Good post MSohail. A very subtle criticism on Zardari however. Prestige and Honour are nouns more suited to a well-educated, ambitious, dedicated and sincere personality. I doubt a "sadak chhaap" like Zardari would even expect any respect from Pakistan or the rest of the world. He is in for a quick buck and then go back to showing low-budget porn flicks in Zardar Cinemas in Sindh,
