Curse on all those who are using swat incident to criticize
islam by calling crimes commited by IGNORANT TALIBANS as islamic laws.

You know that Islam has forbidden the Muslims from killing other Muslims with bombs and attacks, rather Islam directs Jihad against the occupying Kuffar. Moreover, it is crucial for you to know that these attacks and chaos will remain until we eject America’s political and military presence, and its intelligence agencies, from the region. Indeed, Allah سبحانه وتعالى has prohibited the Muslims acceptance of the kuffar’s influence and dominion over them,

وَلَنْ يَجْعَلَ اللَّهُ لِلْكَافِرِينَ عَلَى الْمُؤْمِنِينَ سَبِيلاً

“Allah does not permit the kuffar any authority over the believers” [Surah An-Nisa'a, Ayah:141]

There is no such thing as darul Kufur or darul islam ,these terminologies given by Tafkeerees/Jamaati ,For muslims the whole world is "daraul dawat " .

these Mulla will never end their war always will find some thing to fight ,
thousands killed by taliban in Sawat is this becouse of reaction of US attack ???

the situation in Pakistan and Afghanistan is similar to the one in Iraq, where America employed identical tactics. Before America invaded Iraq, there were no attacks on Imambargahs or mosques, yet, immediately after the invasion, conflicts were instigated between Muslims and attacks on security institutions began with unabated ferocity. The occupying forces were the direct beneficiaries of the chaos and became more deeply entrenched there. And now the Muslims of Pakistan and Afghanistan are seeing a similar surge in instability, after America’s invasion of this region.

Islam has nothing to do with these taliban. they have mixed their own traditions with touch of takfeeri ideology and named it as islam. where it is written in Islam to destroy schools, kill people by suicide attacks and destroy the business. this is what we are saying, they are just using name of islam for thier own purpose. they might even dont know how to write the world Shariah in urdu.
They are giving justifications and proof to the allegation on Muslims and islam that muslims spread islam by sword, they are proving this allegation. simply. and we pakistanis are suffering.

Please don't attempt to cover up an issue.
1. If it is not Islamic Sharia then why 90% recognized Islamic Scholars, Leaders, and a significant section of the Muslim Population do have a soft corner for Taliban and their associates?
2. No leader has shown the courage to initiate a Long March to check the rapid growth of Talibanization which is gradually taking whole of Pakistan into the grip.
3. There are scholars at the very forum of Pkpolitics who are not comfortable with the critics and opponents of Taliban.
4. Examine those who get annoyed and offended if someone condemns the Taliban Way of Life.

There are people who beheave so gently with the women that they embrace Islam when being kept in their custody.

What is true? the news which is issued by the US Govt. or the news which journalists issue when they visit theirselves those areas.

Hamid mir has different views about different groups of taliban because he went there, the people who live there have different thinking for different groups but the secular fasicts who are only listening to US media have only one opinon about taliban

For your information I have watched, participated and attended so many such Programs for the last 60 years.
Such programs don't provide any solution but create more confusion and problems.
Zameen jumbad Na Jumbad Gul Mohammad.
I strongly believe that there is not a single scientific and universally recognized settlement of Shariat Law yet.
Shariat Law of Turkey is different to the Shariat law of Egypt.
Shariat law of Bhatti Gate is different to the Shariat law of Gulberg.
It also varies from person to person.
Mulla sitting in Kala Shah Kakoo won't agree to the Shariat of the Mulla in the Model town.

there is not Shariat law in any part of the world not even in Iran or in sawat etc. most of the places is a mixture of democratic law with Shariat law. implementation of Shariat law is only for to defame the Shariat.

Shariat law include each and every asppect of life also the ruleing and ecnomic systems.

Islam is not something to be compartmentalized and boxed off as item no.1.... tick..... item no.2...... tick.

Those that wish to understand Islam with an open/unbiased mind will approach the subject without preconceived misconceptions. We all understand about media distortion and human wrong-doing as being two of the biggest factors that are maligning Islam today.

If you wish to find out the truth and respect the fact that those following the 2nd largest religion on the planet are not ALL blind fanatics or illiterate jaahils that cannot explain the meaning of 'La-illa-ha-illillah', then you will be approaching the subject in view to learn something.

The differences in opinion, different Madhabs, differences full-stop are not factors that confuse, but factors that add to the richness and variety (Let me stipulate before someone jumps for my jugular - the variety must be within bounds of decency and goodness; surely we do not need to be taught the parameters of decency and goodness.... where we not all born with a degree of common-sense also?)

perhaps this article by haroon rashid, clears the confusion in many minds. question is not that islam is right or wrong. question is the barbarism being brought in the name of islam is wrong. nothign to do with islam prophet ( sallalaho alaihe wasallum) brought for us.
