How beautifully you expressed the depth of your faith there, from whatever my faltering Urdu could pick up.
You really do have the poetic gift which so few are endowed with.As for our last encounter, I added a comment addressed to you. I'd be grateful, if you found the time, if you could go and have a look and give me a short reply even perhaps. The thread was, I think, The French Veil ban, if I remember aright. Thank you.

Mirza Ghalib Sahib,
I feel satisfied with a balanced approach to life.
I always tried to register and record my honest feelings through a smooth and decent way.
I believe in philosophy to enjoy the maximum of this Universe to the best of capability.
It is stupid to inflate difference of opinion to hatred, hatred into enmity and enmity towards killing.
There are so many modes of communications to deliver a message.
Sometimes, the word spoken is not so effective than silence.Posted 2 years ago on 22 May 2010 1:11 # -
Javaid Shaikh
Now here i differiate the Phiplosphy of Many Poets
Many poets do their work to show off (دکھاوا )to other people.
They write million and billion of poems and waste their life in these poesm only to get a word of """واہ""
I am here not to critcize anyone, but i am writing here what is truth
Now i come to <نعت >
I am not deneir of Naat but truth is truth
Many people write and read naats on TV channels for earning money and Fame
The Love for Allah and His Messenger is exclusive of Money and fame
The money and fame is a third party which should not indulge in the way of Love of Allah and His Prophet
Now I Come to Ur Poem Arzoo (آرزو )
Brother I am using a criticizing approach to tell u what is truth
If u really love the Prophet, then can u answer me why u put the poem here to get what type of Award from Members, or u really want to get fame
The Love to Allah and his prophet is matter which directly relates to Allah, and Allah will give u the award.
if u really love Allah and his prophet show it by ur character, work in the way of Allah for his religion.
rather i haven't seen such type of work from u.
Many poets destroyed their lives only to get a filty fame of this world and they also get it in this world. People after their death saying """واہ"""""واہ"" on their poetry.
Can anyone tell what they have get
because "every action depends on intesion"
SO the purpose is only to create awarness,
al-Musnad (27742) where it is narrated that Mahmoud ibn Labeed said: The Messenger of Allaah (peace and blessings of Allaah be upon him) said: “The thing that I fear most for you is minor shirk.” They said: “O Messenger of Allaah, what is minor shirk?” He said: “Showing off, for Allaah will say on the Day when people are recompensed for their actions: ‘Go to those for whom you were showing off with your deeds in the world, and see what reward you find with them.’” Classed as saheeh by al-Albaani in al-Silsilah al-Saheehah, 951.
As a muslim my purpose is fullfilled

Hsrd, hard, hard, psycho! Hard on the naat and hard on the human being. Psycho, Allah can read into the human heart, we ordinary humans as a rule, with the best will in the world, cannot. It is presumptious on our part to attempt to do so. It is presumptious on our part to condemn our fellow human beings on the strength of our perceptions alone. And as for words, as I said elsewhere, they are among are worst enemies at times: treacherous things, misunderstood like a shot, specially if the language they are being expressed in is not even our birth language.
Finally the naat, thanks to it, millions round the world have been converted to the Faith. It was our secret weapon in India to bring over downtrodden Hindus to our faith. It works with the same power even today. Do not, please, underestimate its importance.
I speak as someone who highly values your sincerity and I do not mean to criticise either. Simply to prompt a certain reflexion, if at all possible. Judgement is Allah's alone.

"""The Naat"""" I think u misundstood me
i already write this that i am not denier of naat
but in this age naat and hamad are become a business for earning money. I respect ur thoughts, but the truth is that u can see, people reading and writing only for earning money
the essence for love of Allah and his messenger has vanshied in their hearts, i can feel,There are still many good people but they are a like a drop of ocean.
Yes the judgement belong to Allah, I never denied that
but can u tell me,
million of poets in our urdu history writes poem on "Ishq Mashooqi" and corrupt the minds of our Generation.
U can see our kids, what are they doing on net and in their daily life, writing love letter with pages of poetry.
who is responsible for that, who gonna pay for this price.

(Into whose ears) they pour hearsay vanities, and most of them are liars.

And the Poets,- It is those straying in Evil, who follow them

Seest thou not that they wander distracted in every valley?-

And that they say what they practise not?-

Except those who believe, work righteousness, engage much in the remembrance of Allah, and defend themselves only after they are unjustly attacked. And soon will the unjust assailants know what vicissitudes their affairs will take!

Naseem
Thanks May Allah guide us, I am only here to tell the truth.
not to crticize any one.
I am very sorry if some's feeling are hurt

Do you think I do not agree, psycho, do you think I do not weep for everything that seperates us from our one and only undeniable source of fulfilment in this life and the next, our Creator Allah or on the way our youth are losing their God-given values and replacing them with the worst of material things taken from the West, I who stand so close to going to Him myself in coming days?
Money is not our God as so many seem to have begun believing apparently. And since even till my last breath I'll remain politicised, I hasten to add that perhaps the only person I know for whom money is dust is our Mullah Omar. Everyone else I know of seems to be drowning in the stuff or running after it.
Psycho, it's just two ways to approach the same end, you and I, finally. The message is always the same, I'd say: Open your eyes, friends, open your eyes fellow Muslims, open your eyes great people of Pakistan to the only thing that counts in this world: Allah Almighty, the noble Prophet and the commands He so clearly set down for us. Only I cannot do it through harsh judgement. I never could.
The ayat are beautiful, "undeniable" as Naseem says above, I'll end by repeating your heartfelt "May Allah Guide us All".

They will be taken by the hand, psycho, never fear. Allah is also infinite in his mercy. He loves His people beyond 77 mothers, doesn't He? And the good is there, psycho, along with the evil. He will guide us towards the first and rescue us from the second. He will save us from our distraction. Heartfelt thanks to you, psycho. And keep reminding us if you feel we are going wrong somewhere.

Also read the poetry of Admed Fraz and Ghalib, in context of above ayat.
We are liar not the Quran,
Also read the sher of "Mirza Ghalib" (note the sher is written in the life of Mirza Ghalib, In this sher he is telling the story of his death.
مجھ کو دیارِ غیر میں مارا، وطن سے دور
رکھ لی مرے خدا نے مری بےکسی کی شرمPosted 2 years ago on 23 May 2010 1:43 # -
psycho, that was a fascinating discussion you had then about the sense and meaning of poetry. I have just stumbled here as a newcomer and no specialist in the field. Of course, we are the liars, not the Quran.
But regarding poetry, if the Faraz ghazal in honour of the Noble Prophet is extraordinary, not everyone of us can simply copy his style and sentiments. On the other hand, if Allah has given you a gift of some kind seems also very crass on the part of the banda not to make use of it.
I can't judge of anyone's honesty or dishonesty myself, specially in matters of the idiom of poetry, above all lyrical poetry. Everything depends on our "neeat", doesn't it? You can do most things and if your neeat is pure, Allah will bless you. Allah alone knows the genuineness of anyone's neeat. He will decide and guide.
The greatest of our lyricists, Ghalib, without whom perhaps there would never have been the greatest of our epic poets Iqbal spoke of alienation as no other:
Mujh ko dayar-e ghair mein mera watan se door
Rakhli mere khuda ne meri bekasi ki sharmAnd we can't blame anyone on this blog for the looser morals of our younger generation. Let's really ban Indian cinema and television in Pakistan, until the Indians, too, learn how to avoid spreading West vulgarity throughout the Subcontinent.

psycho, this is specially for you. Allama Iqbal used to say to Nusrat's father and his qawwals: thanks to you, my words have spread throughout India. You have done more to help get the message across than anyone else I know.

Nusrat's greatest Iqbal qawwali, Tu rehnawarde shauk hai, also with that touch of humour thrown in which should appeal to the psycho humorist.
P.S. If it doesn't come straightaway, give it a minute or two to upload, please.
