Is it just me or anyone else found that meeting highly disturbing? Nawaz Sharif's residence consisted of latest model Mercedes MLs, S600s, Brabus's and even the security guards had the new LandCruisers? Someone told me he even saw a Bentely Phantom right behind the helicopter??
A country with problems unlimited, has leaders living lives even Kings would envy. I have seen George W. Bush's residence on Memorial Drive Houston and it looked like a servant quarter infront of Nawaz's Raiwind lifestyle.
I have seen Zardari's residence too at Emirates Hills (Dubai). It is a AED 45 million mansion villa (or approx 1 Billion Pakitani Rupees).

So much poverty and the two biggest "leaders" living like they own the world.

Well I dislike Musharraf too but he's out of the picture now. These new "leaders" were elected democratically and Pakistani nation actually had some expectations from them. Imagine how many Swatis couldve been helped had Nawaz Sharif donated one of his LandCruisers (which I guess is atleast 10 million rupees) to charity? Anyway, I just hope this nation wakes up one day and perform a "real" million march in all cities against our corrupt leaders.

  5. When I hear the name Raiwind it conjures up a picture of the 2 brothers wandering about in their starched linen and mass luxury............. bringing about a feeling of nausea quite strong.

Anyway, Sasherwani, much agreed with your observations..... though the heart falls further into despair when I think of PML(N) supporters rallying to their leader's beck and call.

As we all say over and over on the forum, I do hope that one day the blind-fold will be taken off the eyes of the awaam and perhaps one day the people may actually decide to vote in a COMPETENT leader?!?!?!?!? Who knows!
