Government of Punjab has chronically failed in protecting the rights of people of Punjab. Which is evident from the fact that it has not made any efforts for the construction of Kalabagh Dam while Govt of Sind is very proactive even in wasting the water of river Indus in Arabian sea.If Punjab govt can not protect the rights of people living alongside river Indus,it will BE better to separate out those areas from Punjab,so that those people can protect their rights themselves. From NFC award it is evident that Punjab Govt has sacrificed the rights of people just for pleasing those who always hate punjab. Moreover Punjab Govt has not raised any concern about the suffering of people of Punjab in Baluchistan,Karachi and Sind. Thar coal project will have adverse effects on each and every living organism,atmosphere,enviroment in Punjab but Punjab Govt foolish leaders has not shown any concern about that project.

Its not Punjab who sacrificed: It was other provinces who were and are sacrificing till now. Now they start getting their right and in future i hope they will get their due rights.

Punjab Govt. is not the only govt that has failed. ALL provincial and even the national govt. has failed in 2009.
Federal Govt. is not pushing for building of Kalabagh dam, and the proposed dam in Kashmir. Referenced at;

Punjab govt. has done nothing for betterment of people's lives.
NWFP Govt. has dragged the American agenda in NWFP and FATA. IT has taken no steps in the entire year, that would improve the lives of its people.
Baluchi Leaders have acted like 'Nawabs' who eat all provincial resources, all resources thrown at them and do nothing for the betterment of their people.
Sindh's Govt. is perhaps the worst, because they are known criminals, mass murderers.
Federal Govt. of Pakistan is dragging American agenda in Pakistan over-all. Federal Govt. is not thinking on its own, not making policies on its own, not working for the betterment of Pakistan's people on its own.
I noted from the program Do Tok aired on 26-Dec-2009 in which Justice Wajeeh was interviewed, that this! current Federal Govt. has literally made only! 4 laws in the entire! year of 2009.
The constitution only has basics defined right now. A lot!! of work remains to be done in the details.
Can you imagine the salaries and benefits these politicians have drawn from the state's pocket in contrast to the output they have given all year, in 2009 ?
Govt. is like 'qalb' (in urdu, arabic) in a man's body. If 'qalb' doesn't work properly, the entire body can't function properly. If it works properly, the entire body functions properly.

MemberDue to incompetent Punjab Government , situation has so much deteriorated that other provinces which are very vocal about Provincial autonomy are interfering in the affairs of Punjab by violating provincial autonomy of Punjab , for example Sindh Province Government and Assembly has started to give suggestions to Punjab that which Canal should be kept opened or closed, which Dam (hydrel project ) should be constructed or not, and which land of Punjab should be cultivated or not, while Punjab Government is completely silent about such interference, while Sindh Government is busy in wasting River Indus water in Arabian sea which is a sin and crime against humanity but Punjab government is making no objection about such wastage.

MemberPoliticians of other provinces want to make Punjab a crippled province but foolish government of Punjab is not able to comprehend that, a sick ,crippled punjab wil be a liability and not an asset for Pakistan.Allowing and accepting wastage of River Indus water in sea in 1991 by Province of Sindh is a fatal and non forgivable crime of Punjab Government.

These are the faults of democratic system,
