Fareed Zakaria's bias exposed

(23 posts)
  1. Fareed Zakaria thinks that at the start of 2012, four countries need to be watched closely. These are, Pakistan, Iran, Italy, and North Korea. He thinks Pakistan could have a military government, Iran is acting out of weakness, Italy is the linchpin of the euro, and North Korea is a terrifying black box.
Well, I do respect Mr Fareed Zakaria as a journalist and analyst, but I think he is not being objective here. In my opinion, the only country that needs to be watched closely is United States of America. This county has been sowing seeds of unrest, hatred, and terrorism in the world.
As far as Pakistan is concerned, it was USA which always supported military coups and military dictators (a dictator serves its purpose, a democratic government cannot). America waged war against Russia from Pakistani soil, and then abandoned Pakistan. War against USSR introduced heroine, Kalashnikov, terrorism, fanaticism, and intolerance in Pakistani culture. And then Pakistan faced severe terrorism after America's invasion of Afghanistan.
Iran is being pushed by America, thus, acting out of weakness.
Therefore, I request Mr Zakaria to look objectively into his analysis, and include America's name into the list

@Omair....what you have written about fareed and usa is basically true, and lot more can be added to the list of havoc that usa caused directly or thru its proxies on nations.....Iraq is a prime example which usa invaded under the pretext of WMD and in total disrespect to UN charter.....Afghanistan is in utter chaos thanks to usa generosity, then there is conflict in the middle east which usa is fueling thru its proxy Israel....one can go on and on but there is no point in harping a tune already known to all except USA and her propaganda machine of which Fareed Zakaria is a tiny obnoxious part.....YOU POINTED TO THE RIGHT DIRECTION SIRE!!!

Google his name and read for yourself. What do you expect when someone becomes CNN, mainstream media icon.

Some of the info is from this link

    http://conservapedia.com/Fareed_Zakaria

Remember Riz Khan. He did not last either at BBC or CNN and went to Al Jazeera. Not that I admire Al Jazeera but at least he showed some guts unlike this puppet Zakaria.

Zakaria self-identifies as a Muslim but has stated "I occasionally find myself reluctant to be pulled into a world that's not mine, in the sense that I'm not a religious guy." and it is known that Zakaria enjoys wine. But I find him non-sense because of his BS analysis rather than his wife.

bsobaid, The BS comes from Zionist wife's stranglehold.

It is either this or divorce scenario like IK's Jewish wife Jemima Khan.

Dear Aadmi, Adjective "Sharif" needs to come from others. No one can claim and self glorify as Sharif by himself.

Sure. When you are on top of your deen, you will not be tainted by any BS from any side.

Have you ever heard of another New York born formerly Jewish lady that is living in your neighborhood with 5 kids as a God fearing Muslimah?

i don't get into personals of others and expect the same.

Waht fareed zakaria does or doesn't in his personal life , who he is married, whats her religion ,is not anybody's business.

If interfrering in others personal is your deen , tu aisa deen aap ko mubarik hoo , meeray liye Allah aur iss kaay rasool kaa deen kafi haai.

Are you familiar with the electoral process in America wich is supposed to be a democracy? There every one at the level of Fareed Zakaria to the President is grilled and his political, personal and religious views are up for open debate. Republican hopeful Newt Gingrich went low in rating due to his lies and not disclosing the divorce with his 2nd wife who was in bed with cancer when he married his third wife. Not sure but when someone like Fareed starts ranting about events surrounding the current political landscape then everyone has right to explore all the personal details to the minutest level.

I m pretty much aware of american electoral process as well .

An election candidate is seeking to become a rep of masses and thats why he has to open up his personal life.

But only people with low mentality can think that someone's analysis is impacted becuase of the religion of his wife.

They learnt from us. American constitution is based on Khilafa model but unfortunately God is relegated to Sunday worship. One day it may revert to Khilafa and it can certainly happen. Whatever negative image and stereo typing of last decade, Islam has penetrtaed deeply into every American household and that image can very well reverse for the better. It was same when Islam came to the Jahiliya Arabs and it soon crushed the man made pagan systems.

It is well known fact that Ummah has suffered a lot by marrying so called Ahle Kitab but Omar RA admonished Muslims not to fall into the trap otherwise you end up as puppet clown like Fareed.

"Personal life of somebody is no one else's business. "

Move to banana republics to enjoy that freedom. But if you choose to stay in a republic which even nominally uses the word Islamic then be prepared for consequences.

I would say it is better to take a hike to places where personal life is your own business. Lets see which is the nearest such place. Oh Yes, I remember it now.

The next door pagan republic where Veena Malik chose to show and practice her 100% freedom comes to mind. She knew it very well that it was no one else's business. One good act she did. She took a hike from pak sar zameen. I guess it was one way ticket.

Neither Omar RA nor u can block what has been permitted by GOD.

My deen was completed on the day of last piligrimage .

There can be new interpreations but no alterations.

But , really glad to know that American system is based on 'caliphate'. But if i remember correctly , there is no procedure of succession that has caused blooodshed even since the time of sahabas RA.

  19. No need to believe this Coconut. I vividly remember his statement right after US invasion of Iraq on ABC This Week program. He said the debate about the WMD was useless as Iraq would be a model of democracy in the Middle East in a few months and everyone would forget about the moral aspect of death and destruction of Iraq.

He was a liar then, he will be foolishly wrong now.

In case of Farid Zakaria, the BS runs through the family. His father Rafiq Zakaria was even a bigger nincompoop and coconut than this guy.

    Aadmi,

I am sure you may be asking: What does it has to do with the Fareed's family?

Family, wife , religion. Everything matters. When Rahm Emmanuel, the present Mayor of Chicago was Obama's chief of Staff in Whitehouse, a racist derogatory remark came from his father in Israel. Rahm also holds dual US and Israeli citizenship just like lot of prominent Jews including the wife of Fareed. When asked by reporters if Rahm will reinfore and change Israeli policies, his father replied: "Ofcourse, my son is not going to Whitehouse to mop floors like the Arabs."

You need to read the "Protocols of the elders of Zion" to understand the machinizations of the Zionist thugs.

One of the trivial act is to marry a gentile like Fareed and rest is what you saw in the main topic of this thread.
